1.0范围:
1.1 AISI 410(UNS S41000)最小屈服强度7ksi酸性工况下马氏体不锈钢轧坯和精炼型材
1.2本规范涵盖的产品形式为自由锻和模锻,胎模锻,棒材和轧材。
2.0要求
a.化成组成:表1给出了化成组成限值。
生产厂应对每炉钢进行分析,最好是浇铸时包中取样。
所列元素应以重量百分比报告,杂质元素报告不要求,但是总杂质不超过1%。

b.机械性能:表2列出了机械性能要求。
每炉应进行试验并应报告所列机械性能。
c.焊接规则:炼钢可通过带有连续的氩氧脱碳(AOD)或真空处理(EFVD)电炉工艺进行,真空感应熔炼(VIM),真空电弧重熔(V AR),或电炉渣重熔(ESR)也是可以接受的。
d.条件:所有产品都应该正火(N),然后双重回火(N+DT)或淬火并双重回火(Q&DT)

spotlight on...Valve World Americas | February 2017 • 2Crane’s tp-410: LeadershipWhen it comes to the fluid handling industry, there is one publication that every engineer has heard of, studied, and refers to often regarding the flow of fluid through valves, pipes and fittings, and that document is the CRANE Technical Paper 410 (TP-410). Intended for use by a wide range of plant en-gineers, technicians, maintenance personnel, and plant operators, the TP-410 has become the quintessential guide in selecting the correct equipment and parameters when designing and operating any piping system. This year marks its 75th anniversary, and since its inception in 1942, the TP-410 has under-gone multiple revisions and updates to remain relevant to generation after generation of engineers.Crane was founded in 1855 by one man, Richard T eller Crane, who built his com-pany on a set of values that have guid-ed its employees for over 160 years. Since then, Crane has been the world’s leading innovator and pioneer of prac-tical flow control solutions, addressing and exceeding the needs of the indus-try, enabling customers to operate bet-ter, faster and safer. With a heritage of innovation built upon a dedication to technical design and manufacturing ex-cellence, combined with standards and values that center on honesty and fair-ness, it’s no wonder the company was behind such an influential and educa-tional publication as the T P -410.It was Crane that realized the impor-tance of truly understanding the prin-ciples behind the flow of fluids in order to effectively design piping systems and properly select the most appropri-ate valves, pipes and fittings for that system. T he T P -410 was a product of this discovery that would help engineers for years to come, its relevance never weakening as new applications and en-vironments were explored.In recent years, the global industrial base has continued to expand and flu-id handling is still at the heart of new,more complex processes and applica-tions. Today, almost every conceivable fluid is handled in pipe during its pro-duction, processing, transportation, or utilization. In the current decade ofnew technologies, heat-transfer flu-ids from solar plants, mineral slurries, and new chemical compounds process pressures and temperature much more extreme than ever before. And as new technologies, fluids and applications were introduced to the industry, the TP-410 provided updates, adding new chapters and technical references. The current edition consists of seven chap-ters that cover the theory and calcula-tion methods used in the design of pip-ing systems as well as the sizing and selection of valves, pumps and fittings, and is published in two versions Metric (using SI units) and ASME.In recognition of the more complex processes and applications which engi-neers encounter, in the late 1990s Cranepartnered with Engineered Software,Inc. to produce a branded softwareproduct to complement the TP410 Pub-lication. This software, Flow of Fluids P remium, is piping system simulationsoftware for use in the design, optimi-zation and troubleshooting of fluid pip-ing systems. T he history between Crane and Engineered Software goes back much further than the nineties however,to 1978 when two innovative and driven engineers with an early microcomputerand a 1970’s version of the TP410 start-ed developing software to calculate pipeline headloss, followed by software for pump, control valve, flow meter, and orifice calculations. Over the past 39 years, Engineered Software has con-tinually developed features and func-tionality to improve communication between design engineers, plant man-gineers in the fluid handling industry, so in 2009 Crane and ESI partnered again to provide T P -410 readers with ad-ditional tools to assist with their fluid handling needs. 2.天然气和石油气这一类气体燃料包括通常称为天然气和液化石油气(LPG)。
天然气中主要成分是甲烷,以及少量的重烃,如乙烷、丙烷和丁烷。
液化石油气是丙烷和乙烷以及微量重烃的混合物。
A.天然气天然气的热值通常在每标准立方英尺800~1200Btu(29.8-44.7 MJ/NM3),这取决于其中重烃和惰性气体所占含量。

涂料的流动与流平(绝对经典)一、前言涂膜的流平是涂料表观性能的体现,实际上流平性好坏涉及到涂料的许多方面,例如粘度、涂料的流变性、原材料匹配性、颜料分散工艺的设计、助剂的选择及应用技术、涂装工艺及涂装环境等诸方面因素。
可以说涉及到涂料生产及涂装的全过程,绝非单独依靠流平剂所能控制的。
以实际工作经验为基础,拟对涂料的流动与流平及其与流平剂的关系作如下介绍:流平剂在涂料的流动与流平中所发挥的作用。
流平剂种类不同作用机理和发挥的效果亦不同,即使流平剂的种类相同结构不同,使用效果亦不同。
所以应用流平剂时要根据涂料需要克服的问题和助剂的结构类别进行选择。
应用时要注意流平剂与其他助剂的匹配性及其负面作用和克服对策。
掌握了流平剂的应用对提高涂料产品质量水平会有一定帮助的,另外对流平剂的开发也是有益的。
二、影响涂料流动与流平的因素涂料流动成膜的力是外加的剪切力。
即外力作用于涂料使其铺展成膜。
流平的动力是表面张力即涂料自身收缩的力,这是在外力消失后,使涂膜表面达到光滑平整状态的主要作用力。
由此可以得出这样的结论:流动与流平两个定义之间没有什么太大的区别,涂料要达到光滑平整的表面需要具有良好的流动与流平特性。
2.1涂料流体性质对流动与流平的影响不管是流动还是流平都是涂料的运动形式,都要受到涂料粘度的影响。
涂料流体性质不同,粘度与剪切速率呈现出不同的关系,所以对流动和流平的影响程度也不一样。
如何利用涂料这一属性即达能到流动与流平的目的,又能克服涂料某些弊病是我们技术人员所追求的目标。
涂料大约有五种流体类型:牛顿流体、塑性流体、假塑性流体、膨涨流体、触变流体。
假塑性流体和触变流体是涂料最常用的两种流体结构。
它们对防沉、防浮色发花、防流挂、防止立面涂装时的波纹都是相当有益的。
但对流平和光泽会造成一定影响。
只要注意选择触变剂,合适地调节流挂极限膜厚度,仍有可能达到理想的涂膜流平效果。
由式1中可以看出极限膜厚度与屈伏值成正比,只要改变屈伏值就可以调整涂膜厚度。
