They include a terminal block and the auxiliary circuits leave the circuit breaker through a hole provided for this purpose. They perform the following functions, depending on where they are located in the circuit breaker:Low levelGV7AB11Fault discrimination devicesThese make it possible to:b either differentiate a thermal fault from a magnetic fault,b or open the contactor only in the event of a thermal fault.VoltageReference a 24...48 and c 24…72 V GV7AD111 (1)z 110…240 VGV7AD112 (1)Electric tripsThese allow the circuit breaker to be tripped via an electrical control signal.b Undervoltage trip GV7 AUv Trips the circuit breaker when the control voltage drops below the tripping threshold, which is between 0.35 and 0.7 times the rated voltage.v Circuit breaker closing is only possible if the voltage exceeds 0.85 times the rated voltage. Circuit breaker tripping by a GV7 AU trip meets the requirements of IEC 60947-2.b Shunt trip GV7 ASTrips the circuit breaker when the control voltage rises above 0.7 times the rated voltage.b Operation (GV7 AU or GV7 AS)v When the circuit breaker has been tripped by a GV7 AU or AS, it must be reset either locally or by remote control. Each connection can take two independent conductors.GV3GV3 circuit breakers feature connection by BTR screws (hexagon socket head), tightened using a n° 4 Allen key. This type of connection uses the Ever Link ® system with creep compensation (1) (Schneider Electric patent). This technique makes it possible to achieve accurate and durable tightening torque, in order to avoid cable creep.GV3 circuit breakers are also available with connection by lugs. This type of connection meets the requirements of certain Asian markets and is suitable for applications subject to strong vibration, such as railway transport.GV7GV7 circuit breakers: with connection by screw clamp terminals (for bars and lugs) and by clip-on connectors.OperationControl is manual and local when the motor circuit breaker is used on its own.Control is automatic and remote when it is associated with a contactor.GV2 ME and GV3 ME80Pushbutton control.Energisation is controlled manually by operating the Start button “I” 1.De-energisation is controlled manually by operating the Stop button “O” 2, or automatically by the thermal-magnetic protection elements or by a voltage trip attachment.GV2 P , GV3 P and GV7 Rb Control by rotary knob: for GV2 P and GV3 P b Control by rocker lever: for GV7 R.Energisation is controlled manually by moving the knob or rocker lever to position “I” 1.De-energisation is controlled manually by moving the knob or rocker lever to position “O” 2.De-energisation due to a fault automatically places the knob or rocker lever in the “Trip” position 3.Re-energisation is possible only after having returned the knob or rocker lever to position “O”.(1) Creep: normal crushing phenomenon of copper conductors, that is accentuated over time.GV2 MEwith screw clamp terminals124D F 526134.t i fGV2 MEwith spring terminals connections124D F 526135.t i fGV3 P1324D F 526136.t ifGV2 P1342D F 526137.t i fGV7 R132D F 526138.t i f。

HR5 Series Fuse Type Switch DisconnectorUser Manual Standard: GB/T 14048.3□Please carefully read this User Manual before installing and operating the product, and keep this manual properly for future referenceInstallation and Operation Instruction of HR5 Series Fuse Type Switch Disconnector1 Overview1.1 Product FeaturesThe fuse used in this series product is used as a moving contact of the disconnector, and has obvious gap when open, so it is very safe.1.2 Main Purpose and Scope of ApplicationThe disconnector is primarily used in the AC 50Hz power distribution circuit and motor circuit with the rated operating current up to 690V, the rated operating current up to 630A, and the high short-circuit current as a power switch, an isolating switch, and an emergency switch, and it is used for circuit protection. However, the product is generally not used to directly turn on or off a single motor.1.4 Model and Its Meanings"0" means the type without fuse signal device type (fuse link with a fuseindicator), and "1" means the type with fuse signal device type (fuse link with afuse striker)Number of poles, 3 means three polesConventional thermal currentDesign codeCode of fuse type switch disconnector2. Normal Working Conditions2.1 Ambient air temperature: The upper limit value does not exceed +40°C, the lower limit value is not less than -5°C, and the mean value does not exceed +35°C within 24 h;2.2 The altitude at the installation site does not exceed 2000 m;2.3 Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere air does not exceed 50% at the ambient air temperature +40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature; for example, the relevant humidity is 90% at 20°C. It is considered to take measures to eliminate the condensations occurred on the surface of the product due to temperature changes;2.4 Pollution degree: Level 3;2.5 Installation category: Class III, Class IV;3.1 Structural characteristicsThe disconnector is mainly composed of two parts: a steel plate base and a plastic cover. Three pairs of clamp-shaped contacts and arc extinguishing chambers are installed on the base through an insulating plate, and the fuse link is installed on the cover directly as a moving contact blade; the cover can be rotated along the hinge pin and opened in a fan shape to make the fuse link completely pulled out of the socket, and the upper cover can also be easily removed from the base for convenient installation of the disconnector and the safe disassembly and replacement of the fuse link. The arc extinguishing chamber of the disconnector is composed of two parts, and is equipped with a metal arc that is conducive to enhancing the arc extinguishing capability, eliminating the flashover hazard, and improving the life of the contact. There is a LX19K travel switch on the side of the disconnector. When a fuse link with a striker is provided, the striker will pop out if the fuse link of a phase is burnt out to trigger the stroke switch through a transmission shaft to issue a signal, providing a phase loss protection signal for taking measures.3.2 Working PrincipleTo indicate the open and closed positions of this product, the actuator is used to indicate the position of the contact; when the contact is open, it means the Open position, and in Closed position when closed. When closed, the power flows through the fuse to protect the circuit.4.1 Main Performancegrater than the rated operating current of the disconnector.4.2 Main Technical Parameters4.2.1 Rated insulation voltage: 1000V;4.2.2 Rated operating voltage: 400V. 690V;4.2.3 Rated operating current: 400V: 160A, 250A, 400A, 630A.690V: 100A, 200A, 315A, 400A.4.2.4 Rated power frequency withstand voltage: 2200V.4.2.5 Rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp: 12kV (2000m)4.2.5 The rated operating current of the auxiliary switch is AC 380V, and the conventional thermal current is 6A.5. JTAG-HS2编程线,适用于Xilinx FPGA说明书

1300 Henley CourtPullman, WA 99163509.334.6306 JTAG-HS2™ Programming Cable for Xilinx® FPGAsRevised January 22, 2015This manual applies to the HTAG-HS2 rev. AOverviewThe Joint Test Action Group (JTAG)-HS2 programming cable is a high-speed programming solution for Xilinx field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). The cable is fully compatible will all Xilinx tools and can be seamlessly driven from iMPACT, Chipscope™, and EDK. The HS2 attaches to target boards using Digilent's 6-pin, 100-mil spaced programming header or Xilinx's 2×7, 2mm connector and the included adaptor. The PC powers the JTAG-HS2 through the USB port and will recognize it as a Digilent programming cable when connected to a PC, even if the cable is not attached to the target board. The HS2 has a separate Vdd pin to supply the JTAG signal buffers. The high speed 24mA three-state buffers allow target boards to drive the HS2 with signal voltages from 1.8V to 5V and bus speeds of up to 30MBit/sec. To function correctly, the HS2's Vdd pin must be tied to the same voltage supply that drives the JTAG port on the FPGA (see Fig. 1).The JTAG bus can be shared with other devices as systems hold JTAG signals at high-impedance except when actively driven during programming. The HS2 comes with a standard Type-A to Micro-USB cable that attaches to the end of the module opposite the system board connector. Features supported by each port.1 Software SupportIn addition to working seamlessly with all Xilinx tools, Digilent's Adept software and the Adept software development kit (SDK) support the HS2 cable. For added convenience, customers may freely downloaded the SDK from Digilent's website. This Adept software includes a full-featured programming environment and a set of public application programming interfaces (API) that allow user applications to directly drive the JTAG chain. With the Adept SDK, users can create custom applications that will drive JTAG ports on virtually any device. Users may utilize the APIs provided by the SDK to create applications that can drive any SPI device supporting those modes. Please see the Adept SDK reference manual for more information.Digilent's AVR programmer also supports the HS2 and the cable can be used to program any AVR device.2 IEEE 1149.7-2009 CompatibilityThe JTAG-HS2 supports several scan formats including; the JScan0-JScan3, MScan, and OScan0 - OScan7. It is capable of communicating in 4-wire and 2-wire scan chains that consist of Class T0 – T4 JTAG Target Systems (TS). (See Figs. 4 & 5).Figure 4. 4-wire series topology. The Adept SKD provides an example application that demonstrates how to communicate with a class T4 TAP controller using the MScan, OScan0, and OScan1 scan formats.3 Design NotesThe JTAG-HS2 uses high speed three-state buffers to drive the TMS, TDI, and TCK signals. These buffers are capable of sourcing or sinking a maximum of 50 mA of current. The HS2 has 100 ohm resistors between the output of the buffers and the I/O pins to ensure the cable does not exceed the maximum limit. To further limit short circuit current, additional resistance may be placed in series with the I/O pins of the HS2 and the target board. However, Digilent recommends limiting the amount of additional resistance to 100 ohms or less as higher resistance may result in degraded operation. When the JTAG-HS2 first receives power, the three-state buffers attached to the TMS, TDI, and TCK signals move into a high-impedance state. They remain in the high-impedance state until an application enables the HS2's JTAG or SPI port. Once these ports activate, the buffers actively drive the TMS, TDI, and TCK signals until the port is disabled. The IEEE 1149.7-2009 specification requires any device that functions as a debug and test system (DTS) to provide a pull-up bias on the TMS and TDO pins. In order to meet this requirement, the JTAG-HS2 features weak pull-ups (100K ohm) on the TMS, TDI, TDO, and TCK signals. While not strictly required, the pull-ups on the TDI and TCK signals ensure that neither signal floats while another source is not actively driving them. The JTAG-HS2 can interface scan chains that consist of one or more IEEE 1149-7 compatible Target Systems (TS). The devices in these chains communicate using the TMS, TDI, TDO, and TCK signals or they may communicate using only the TMS and TCK signals. Communication using only the TMS and TCK signals requires both the HS2 and TS to drive the TMS pin. The current scan format, bit period, and the level of the TCK pin determine which device is allowed to drive the TMS pin.A drive conflict may occur when the HS2 and TS disagree on the current scan format setting or bit period. In the event that a drive conflict occurs, the 100 ohm resistor between the TMS buffer and output pin will limit the maximum current to 50 mA to prevent any damage from occurring to the JTAG-HS2. The drive conflict may be resolved by having the JTAG-HS2 perform a reset escape, which will reset the scan format of the TS toJScan0/JScan1. If the TMS pin of the TS is not capable of sourcing or sinking VDD (VREF) ÷ 100 amps of current then an additional resistor should be placed in series with the TMS pin of the TS to further limit current flow.In most cases a drive conflict can be avoided by having applications that use the HS2 communicate with the TS in two-wire mode. Use the applications to reconfigure the TS to use the JScan0, JScan1, JScan2, or JScan3 scan format prior to disabling the HS2's JTAG port.4 Absolute Maximum RatingsSymbolParameterConditionMin Max Unit VDD (VREF) I/O reference/supply voltage -0.5 6 V VIO Signal Voltage -0.5 6 V I IK ,I OK TMS, TCK, TDI, TDODC Input/Output Diode Current VIO < -0.5V -50 mA VIO > 6V+20 I OUT DC Output Current ±50 mA T STG Storage Temperature-20 +120 ºC ESDHuman Body Model JESD22-A114 4000 V Charge Device Model JESD22-C1012000V5 DC Operating CharacteristicsSymbolParameterMin Typ Max Unit VDD (VREF) I/O reference/supply voltage 1.65 2.5/3.3 5.5 Volts TDOInput High Voltage (V IH ) 1.62 5.5 Volts Input Low Voltage (V IL ) 0 0.65 Volts TMS, TCK, TDIOutput High (V OH )0.85 x Vdd0.95 x Vdd Vdd Volts Output Low (V OL )0.05 x Vdd0.15 x VddVolts6 AC Operating CharacteristicsThe JTAG-HS2 JTAG signals and SPI operate according to the timing diagram in Fig. 6.
