2.2.1“文化+旅游”开发模式“文化+旅游”开发模式主要依托浓厚历史人文基础、地方特色进行旅游主题区打造,可划分为基于现状基地条摘要 文化自信战略提出后,数量众多的文化主题项目蓬勃发展,促进城市文化特色化塑造与文化产业创新发展。

目前大多数的研究都是基于传统文化与项目管理的冲突,本文阐述了传统文化与项目管理的联系,并且介绍了传统文化在项目管理中的应用,通过这些,最后说明了民族特色的项目管理体系的形成过程。

• Each country will have a National Day to introduce their country and it’s culture. • Team 1 – 13th April • Team 2 – 20th April • Team 3 – 27th April • Team 4 – 4th May or 11th May • Each team will have about 1 period (45 minutes) for their National Day.

• How did the country begin? • What great people come from your country? • How about the leaders of the country, why are they so special? • Have there been any wars with the other 3 countries? • Were there any great disasters that affected the country? (earthquakes, floods etc) • Were there any important marriages or death/murders?
Culture Project
• Each team should create their own country. • The members of each team are the founding fathers of their country. • Of course the country will grow and may develop a big population later.

4. Geography and Environment
• Tell us about the country’s land area, climate, population, national resources, disasters (earthquakes, floods etc) • Is tourism popular in your country? • What landmarks can people see. • Are there many parks? • Are there any protected species in your country? • Is pollution a problem there?
• Don’t use notes during the presentation. • That’s reading, not speaking. • Also don’t read from the computer or Powerpoint slides. This is the same as using notes.
Individual Tasks
• Each person from each group should make a 5-6 minute presentation on one of the following aspects of the country. (The countries leaders will decide which aspect you talk about). • There are 8 choices of task in total. • I’ve listed some ideas about what you might like to talk about for each tasks. ….
• Hopefully there will be some relationship between each founding father’s presentation and the facts in each of the presentations are consistent.
• For the individual task remember everything I told you last semester… • Don’t take long pauses in speech. • You should be speaking almost continuously for the 5-6 minutes.

What do you produce? What are some famous goods? • Is it easy to get rich there? Are there any billionaires?
• You are very welcome to use Chinese to translate some unfamiliar or difficult English words, but don’t use Chinese when it is not necessary to.
8. Healthcare
• Is it free or not? • Do people in your country smoke, drink or take drugs? • Have there been any serious outbreaks of disease in the country? • What is the life expectancy of people in the country? • Is plastic surgery popular? • Are there any famous hospitals in the country? Have they found the cure for any diseases?
6. Beliefs, Religions and Attitudes
• Are people superstitious? Do they believe in ghosts or black magic? • What religions are in your country? Are there many or just one? Do different religions get on well? • How do people practice the religion? Do they have to wear interesting clothes (like a veil) or have some weekly ritual? • What are some of the attitudes to women, minorities, old people (do they have a pension?), homosexuality, immigration etc.
