Team A: You are consultants who advise on building bridges
Team B: You are company of engineers intending to build a new bridge in China and you need the consultancy skills of Team A. Your budget for the work is €12,000. The amount of work is estimated at 30 to 40 hours but it could be more. There are 3 possibilities of a deal:

Team B – You are a manufacturing company that wants to produce and sell this product There are 3 possibilities of a deal: 1. Team B pays a fixed price of €200k. Team A get no further income from sales 2. Team A gets a 10% share of profits. If sales are low (20,000 units p.a.) this would be €40k but sales could be as high as 100,000 units p.a., giving Team A €200k 3. You could negotiate a combination of 1 and 2
