No matter whether their colleges are the normal universities or not , no matter what their majors are, they all choose to get the certificate and regard teacher as one of options for their career. Now I am sophomore in English major in Nanchang Hangkong University , and I’m going to be junior and confronted with the pressure to land a job . Deeply influenced by my father who is a art teacher in a high school, I’m very interested in the job of teacher, thinking teacher is a respected and sacred job. What’ s more, Many of my classmates also are preparing for getting the certification, so I also am considering teacher as my career. In order to know more about the job teacher , I interviewed my father on the phone several days ago.Brief introduction of the intervieweeMy father , Li Chungui, forty-four year-old, graduated from Jiangxi Normal University in 1989, once worked in a company of Qindao, thenteached in the rural school, later was transferred to the urban school, now is a math teacher in the Second Middle School of Wanzai , Jiangxi province. By 2014 , he have been a teacher for about 20 years. He have worked in education for so many years, accumulating a lot of experience and like reading newspapers, magazines and books, so he have rather good knowledge of the occupation of teaching. The content of the interview1. Q:Why did you choose teacher as career for your whole life?A: Firstly, Actually I worked for a company of Qindao for few years, But, you know , the competition in a company is so fierce, so youshould try your best to get all the opportunities to practice yourself and get promoted , or you will be fired. And you willtouch persons. Dealing with relationship is a big headache. So I felt very tired. What’s the important thing is the income in the company was not stable. Compared with working in the company , to be aTeacher is more pure and the income is more stable , after allTeachers’ salary is paid by the government.Secondly, I graduated from Jiangxi Normal University, which gave me a advantage to be a teacher, in that we learned some coursesrelevant to education in school.Thirdly, I like this job. I like staying with teenagers who are veryenergetic and full of special ideas, which can make me keep youthIn mind. In addition, as a teacher, I can teach my students what Ilearned and my experience , with which they can find the direction of life and be a successful and good man . The minute I see theyhave the bright future, I have the sense of achievement. I think I achieve my value of life in the position of teacher.2. Q: What the responsibilities of a teacher?A: Teaching students knowledge; pay attention to students’condition of study, lives and physic; what’s the most important is to guidestudents to be good man .3. Q: What advantages do you think to be a teacher have except whatyou said in the last question?A: Yeah, besides these benefits of less troubles to deal with various people, stable income and the sense of achievement, there are many other advantages of being a teacher.Firstly, although teachers’ income is not very high but we havesome welfare and allowance. For example, we have many holidays, weekends, summer and winter vacation. And after giving lessens,we have a lot of free time. Of course , teachers in high school aremore tired, because they will make up classes for students. But they also can get the extra fees from it.Secondly, teachers’ working environment is really clean andrelaxed. Teacher need neither to work in the dirty constructionsite and sweat a lot, nor sit in front of the computer for a long time and then suffer from the chronic diseases . Q: What are the problems did you meet as a teacher?A: The problems I met as a teacher are mainly related to students. For Instance, students don’t like study and are not willing to study. Some students who are emerged in the psychological rebellious phasedon’t listen to the suggestions of teachers and parents. Somestudents are addicted to the computer games and other bad habits. Some students are very shy, dare to express themselves. SomeStudents are extremely naughty and often fight with others. Thereare also some students isolated with others, having somepsychological problems due to some family problems and so on......5.Q: How did you deal with the above-mentioned problems?A:With the development of social civilization, the ways to educatestudents should make progress. We can’t use violence to teach them like some severe parents. We should use different methods indifferent cases. Generally speaking, when I meet these problems , I will find other students to know about the situation, and talk withthe student and exhort him. If the method is useless , I will askother experienced teachers for help and discuss the problemtogether, or surf the Internet to find a method.6. Q: Taking yourself as a example, what are the disadvantage of being ateacher?A: To be honest, the main disadvantage is that after a few years, youwill get bored in repeating the same things again and again yearafter year. Because I have been teaching for 20 years, the knowledge is very familiar and keep firmly in my mind, so it’s no freshness and make me no passion.7. Q: What pressure do you bear as a teacher?A: Our teachers’ pressure mainly come from three aspects: students, parents and the society.Firstly, the students who are still in the psychological rebelliousphase attempt to persue so-called freedom and don’t listen toteachers’ right suggestions. So these kind of students are hard toteach. And we teachers must guide them into the right directionwithout hurting them. And some students hate the teacherbecause they don’t like the ways of teaching.Secondly, many parents put all the responsibility of educatingstudents on our teachers. Once something happen to the student, they always blame the teachers. In fact, the factor of family is also very important.Thirdly, recently, It was reported that some immoral teachers didsome evil things to students, which make the society have manyprejudice to teachers.8. Q: How do you reduce these pressure?A: When I am under the stress, I will choose to do some exercise and listen to music in order to divert my attention. Of course It just can relax me for a while. In order to tackle these problem , I will try my best to communicate with students and parents, and try to use some new methods according to students’ opinions. As for the pressureComing from the society , I think I only can improve my ownQualities to be a respected and trusted teacher.9. Q: What personalities do you think a teacher should have?A: First, be decisive. Under no circumstance, you neither are in aloss, nor ignoring the emergence. You should keep calm to solve theProblem.Second, be active. You should be full of passion and keep smile ,Giving students warmth and care.Third, be patient. Educating a student is a long and hard work ,requiring enough patience carefulness.Four, be honest and gentle. Every student’s heart is not tough, when you really love and respect them , they will treat you in thesame way.ConclusionBy analyzing the 9 questions raised to my interview, I know a lot about the job of teaching in some aspects as follows: the advantages and disadvantages , the responsibilities of a teacher , the problems teachers will meet and the method to solve them , the pressure of being a teacher and the ways to reduce it, and the personalities a teacher should have. Taking all above-mentioned factors, I can draw a conclusion that under the severe employment situation, to be a teacher is a good choice for the advantages overweight the disadvantages. But it not means that if you can’t find a job , you come to be a teacher. Through these questions , I know a teacher also have many responsibilities and pressure, so if I want to be a teacher , I must really love this job and be full of passion to it. Andthe job of teaching requires the suitable characteristics, so I should reflect myself and make a analysis to my personalities, then consider whether I am suitable for being a teacher. If not , but I want to , I must cultivate these personalities to be a good and qualified teacher.Through the interview , I get some experience. So I want to give some suggestions to persons who are very confuses with the future career.1.Find which kind of job is what you really like and can strugglefor2.Know about all the information relevant to this job3.Analyze whether your personalities and skills are suitable for thisjob4.Try your best to cultivate the abilities and personalities this jobrequires。

采访报道英文范文

采访报道英文范文

采访报道英文范文Writing an effective interview report in English can be a valuable skill for a variety of professional and academic contexts. Whether you are conducting a journalistic interview, a research interview for a study, or a job interview, the ability to summarize the key information and insights gathered in a clear and compelling way is essential. In this article, we will explore the key elements of a well-crafted interview report and provide some tips to help you produce high-quality written work. One of the most important aspects of an interview report is the introduction. This is your opportunity to provide context for the interview and set the stage for the reader. Begin by briefly explaining the purpose of the interview and who the interviewee is, including their background, credentials, and any other relevant information that will help the reader understand the significance of the conversation. You may also want to mention the date and location of the interview, as well as any other logistical details that provide helpful context. In the body of the report, the goal is to accurately and objectively summarize the key points raised during the interview. This means focusing on the most important and insightful responses from the interviewee, rather than trying to recount every single detail. When selecting which information to include, consider what will be most valuable and relevant to your audience. This might mean highlighting the interviewee's expert opinions on a particular topic, their personal experiences and anecdotes, or their responses to specific questions that are central to the interview's purpose. One effective way to structure the body of the report is to organize the information thematically. You might, for example, have sections devoted to the interviewee's background and qualifications, their perspective on the current state of the industry, their predictions for future trends, and their advice for others in the field. It's a connection that brings joy, comfort, and support into our lives. As a student, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that true friendship can have on one's academic journey and personal growth. Intrigued by this topic, I decided to delve deeper and conduct a series of interviews with my fellow classmates to gain insights into their perspectives on friendship. The Interview ProcessTo gather a diverse range of viewpoints, I carefully selected a group of five students from various backgrounds and grade levels. Each interview was conducted one-on-one, allowing for a more intimate and candid conversation. The questions were open-ended, encouraging participants to share their personal experiences, thoughts, and values surrounding friendship.Interviews and InsightsInterview 1: Sarah, a senior, shared her perspective on the evolving nature of friendship. In an effort to delve deeper into the multifaceted tapestry of friendship, I conducted a series of interviews with my peers, seeking to capture the essence of this profound relationship. The first person I spoke with was Sarah, a vibrant and outgoing individual known for her infectious laughter and unwavering loyalty to her friends. When asked about the significance of friendship in her life, Sarah's eyes lit up with a warmth that spoke volumes. "Friendship, to me, is like a warm embrace on a cold winter day," she mused. "For me, honesty and authenticity are paramount," he said, his voice carrying a sense of conviction. "True friendship is built on a foundation of trust and vulnerability. A friend should be someone with whom you can share your deepest fears and aspirations without fear of judgment or betrayal."James' words struck a chord within me, reminding me of the countless late-night conversations I'd shared with my closest friends, where we had bared our souls and found solace in each other's unwavering acceptance. Friendship, it seemed, was a sacred space where we could be our truest selves, without the need for pretense or masks.Intrigued by the diverse perspectives I had encountered thus far, I sought out the insights of Claire, a thoughtful and introspective individual known for her love of poetry and philosophy. When asked about the role of friendship in personal growth, Claire's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "Friends are likemirrors, reflecting back to us the parts of ourselves that we may have overlooked or forgotten," she explained. "They challenge us to grow, to question our beliefs, and to embrace new perspectives. True friends are not merely companions; they are catalysts for personal transformation."Claire's profound words resonated deeply, reminding me of the countless times my friends had pushed me to step outside my comfort zone, to confront my fears and insecurities, and to embrace the path of self-discovery. Friendship, it seemed, was a journey of mutual growth and evolution, where we inspired and uplifted one another to become the best versions of ourselves. As the interviews progressed, a common thread began to emerge: friendship was not merely a superficial connection but a profound bond that transcended time and distance. It was a tapestry woven from threads of shared experiences, laughter, tears, and the unwavering belief that we were not alone in this world. In the words of Emily, a compassionate and empathetic soul, "True friendship knows no boundaries. It is a bond that withstands the test of time and distance, for the heart has a way of finding its way back to those who matter most." Emily's sentiment echoed the sentiments of countless others who hadshared their stories with me, reminding me that true friendship was a force that could weather any storm, a beacon of light in the darkest of times. As I reflected on the interviews and the insights shared, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of gratitude for the friends who had woven themselves into the tapestry of my life. They were the ones who had celebrated my triumphs, dried my tears, and reminded me of my inherent worth when I had lost sight of it. They were the ones who had challenged me to grow, to embrace new perspectives, and to become the best version of myself. In the end, friendship emerged as a multifaceted andever-evolving bond, one that defied simple definitions or explanations. It was a connection that transcended mere words, a force that had the power to shape our lives and transform our souls. As I looked ahead to the future, I knew that the bonds of friendship would continue to be an integral part of my journey, a constant reminder of the beauty and richness of human connection.。

The entrepreneurial mindset is an essential and significant concept for the entrepreneurs to build up self-development and the corporation governess. They should improve the recognising and using of this valuable conception.1.0 IntroductionOver the years, the entrepreneurial mindset, as a topic, has attracted the attentions of the academic researchers. The concept of entrepreneurial mindset contains five different components. It works for classifying, identifying, and evaluating the entrepreneurs. The objective of this report is that interviewing an entrepreneur in the actual work, according the real circumstances and situations, to investigate and examine the entrepreneurial mindset. In this report, the author uses the method that designing and making many questions, which are relating these five factors about the mindset of entrepreneurs, by the emails function, to interview a successful Chinese entrepreneur. Further to this, analyse the findings and discuss the similarities and differences between realistic operations and sensible concepts. Finally, some suggestions and recommendations will be provided constructively.2.0 The theory of entrepreneurial mindsetThe procedure of upgrading an entrepreneurial mindset contains five essential stages, which are “creating the entrepreneurial frame ”, “stocking the opportunity register” , “targeting the best opportunities”, “employing adaptive execution” , “exercising entrepreneurial leadership”.(McGrath & Macmillan 2000).These steps incarnate the entrepreneur‟s business brainchild and own personalities. It directs the general orientation of their goals and management and leadership models, and plays a vital role of their objective management. The perception of entrepreneurial mindset also helps them grasp opportunities and improves the abilities of seeking opportunities. Moreover, basing on this, it is beneficial that entrepreneurial mindset becomes an important factor to analyze the target in competitive environment, select the optimization of choice, and make the investment combination for gaining acquisitions. It also can contribute to them to create the strategies, action plans, and projectapproaches the whole proposition about entrepreneurial mindset can divided into five different sections:2.1 Creating the entrepreneurial frame“Establishing a frame helps people to realize exactly what expected of them. It can also begin to create a sense of urgency about becoming more entrepreneurial.” (McGrath & Macmillan 2000 p11) The entrepreneurial frame identifies their goals for challenging. The proposal is to drive themselves and other followers to take on those endeavors that overstep expansion. Framing to create an aim should be taken into the priority by a “definition of success”, and “an articulation of strategic direction.” (McGrath & Macmillan 2000)2.2 Stocking the opportunity registerRae (2007) introduces what he calls “Opportun ity-Centered Entrepreneurship”, arguing that the establishment, detection and utilization of opportunity should be regarded as the core of entrepreneurial undertaking. (Rae 2007 pp61-62) there are several activities should be required in seeking the opportunities, which are “redesign, redifferentiate, resegment, reconfigure, and breakthrough” (McGrath & Macmillan 2000). These techniques can build up an entrepreneurial strength that will help them get the permit to succeed in the indeterminate and potential commercial environments.2.3 Targeting the best opportunitiesAfter analyzing and disposing the new opportunities, the entrepreneurs need to target the best one of opportunities. They should make a hierarchy structure to target in the competitive environment.Real options approach can create focus and strategic coalition across their portfolio of plan. (Lenos Trigeorgis1998) It should require varieties of options to occupy the strategic benefits. Then aim at the best opportunities for them to compound the tangible assets and finance investment2.4 Employing adaptive executionFocusing on the adaptive execution of commerce, two factors should be considered one in the strategy, the other is implementing. Because of the fact that discovery-driven planning is an influential implement for any important strategic mission that is filled with uncertainty, the entrepreneurs also should make a useful discovery-driven plan in running accessible business appearance as it helps managers focus on key assumptions and adapt to changing external environments(McGrath & Macmillan 1995). Furthermore, they must judge and evaluate the value of project progress.2.5 Exercising entrepreneurial leadershipFor engaging the follower‟s vigor in their spheres of influence, “entrepreneurs must provide leadership to the organization by initially framing the challenge to develop entrepreneurial opportunities.”(William 2001) Entrepreneurial leadership implicates instilling the self-assurance to believe, perform and proceed with entrepreneurship in the benefits of completely comprehending the planned intention of the organization to the valuable expansion of every stakeholders concerned. Therefore, it influences the internal and external environments of the organization and it is the method that an entrepreneur is competent to encourage staffs to accomplish the goals of the organization. 3.0 Method3.1 ApproachThis report utilizes sending mails as method to interview the entrepreneur. The reason why using this method in the report is that E-mail has become one of the most commonly communication functions for the internet users. It has two main advantages. The first advantage is that it can save time. Networks has reduced the time of sending and receiving of information, during the transmission and greatly accelerated the speed of information dissemination. The second one is the lower cost. The features of information flow on internet are cross-boundary and low-cost. So, the costs of transportation and communication in interview also have been abridged. The author sent two emails with listed questions to the interviewee. One of emails is some question for asking information about the interviewee herself and her company, which sent to the interviewee on April 10. The questions of other one are relating the five factors about the mindset of entrepreneurs for investigating of this report that sent to her on April 13.3.2 Background of intervieweeYang Yang is a 27 years old businesswoman from Harbin China. She is a graduate of a famous Chinese university in China who has successfully received bachelor degrees in Journalism and Business English. Her company is LuDu Bee raising Co.,Ltd founded in 1984. During 25 years development this company become to the biggest bee products producing company in Heilongjiang Province. This company is also the supplier of Nestle Since graduating, she has entered the business world and she currently holds the position of Business Manager and President of Harbin bee raising Company. During her tenure, she has led her team to consistent sales increases of 100% for the past three years. Last year, she was chosen as one of the top 10 young businesswomen in bee product industry. She plans to build on this accomplishment in years to come.4.0 Results or FindingsThe entrepreneur, who is interviewed, takes over her family‟s business as sole proprietorship. She follows her father‟s business climate, which is her father was an expert beekeeping industry that changed most honey selling in this field. So, during China's economic reform, her father decides to founded his own honey producing company .She tends to allocate tasks and emphasizes task completion is the same process that archiving the objective of organization. She governs a top-down organizational hierarchy and considers “a good manager must be hands on and reproachable”She thinks the most challenging goals is that the current situation expanding to uncertainty future. For establishing a challenging objective, she wants to conduct the appropriate market research and make it with marketing management and her mission statement inside. It does not like other businessmen, She can identify the working and personal priority, she prefer to “keep working time and personal life separate.”The greatest challenges for her to implant her own business thinking is that as she argues that “we had to overcome when starting this business were no different than many other new businesses in the same predicament. Initially we had to prove that our products were top and we had much competition.”For seeking commercial opportunities, she takes the perspicacity into this regard and she focuses on the significance of market sensitive change. To improve the breakthrough competences, she divides this conception into two sections. These are company…s marketing management and the self learning of entrepreneurs, especially learning in the organization. She thinks the real option always come with risk. And the best opportunity is the chance that can make highest benefits in the lowest risk. She relies greatly on her study to distinguish new-fangled opportunities to gain. And she conducts focus groups periodically in an effort to get the consumer opinion on present and yet to be released investment. To make the strategies for improving the competitive edge, she mentions that “I am confident that our investment in our staff is the first aspect of gaining a competitive edge and maintaining it for years. We will always refuse to compromi se the integrity of our good name by offering”. She also puts the idea, “highest benefits and lowest risk”, which is mentioned above, into herdiscovery-driven plans. For evaluating the project process, her opinion is that “how close I am in reaching my go als on daily basis by keeping record of revenue and expenses associated with the project.”5.0 Analysis and DiscussionAfter interviewing, according to the result, it comes out some similarities and differences between realistic operations and sensible concepts. The entrepreneur just takeover the business from her father and it needs her own business idea to consider the new business. This may be an encumbrance for building the entrepreneurial mindset. What kind of leadership style she chosen is a direct factor for her to attempt to follow what kinds of entrepreneurial mindset. She prefers to use task-oriented leadership style and it seems to be a powerful entrepreneur. The leadership goes through all the process of management, so the mindset is in all the internal and external environments of business. The challenging goal is that the process is form currents to uncharted. It is significant that going for trip to the undiscovered business area can help them to build the mindset. It contains all the part of the objective management. And for the business critical thinking her viewpoint is that it must be different from others. This difference also delegates the mindset…s different. So it relates to the theory.Perspicacity, she mentioned, is a key to the seeking commercial opportunities. So entrepreneurs need to apperceive the situations and positions of them. The ability of perspicacity requires the excellent entrepreneurial mindset. She focuses on self-learning. It is definitely correct that it is a high-quality function to achieve the mindset (Grahame Pitts 2000).Marketing research, she considered, is a strategy to analyze the build the business model. Entrepreneurial need to research is also a contribution of building the mindset. She can understand the relationship between benefits and risks. To achieve this, it is also related the entrepreneurial mindset.According the gender and age of the interviewee, this report interviewed, her consideration partly covers the theory of discovery-driven plan and evaluation the project process.6.0 ConclusionThis report finds out some piratical skills and ideal theories about the entrepreneurial mindset. Some of realistic operations are related to the theories; however some of them are not. The entrepreneurs should keep learning and use critical thinking more frequently in their business.ReferenceGrahame Pitts 2008 ,DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING IN ORGANIZATIONS VOL. 22 NO. 3 p17McGrath, R.
