论文摘要:随着我国经济不断发展,社会对外语人才需求和要求也发生了很大改变和提高。

大学教育中,如何使英语教学尽快适应社会变革的需求,注重学生语言技能和能力的培养,已成为英语教学研究的重要方面。

本研究通过六个班近两百人实施跨年度不间断的教学改革和实践,探讨和研究了新形势下,专业英语中《综合英语》课堂教学模式及教学效果,使学生真正参与到课堂教学活动中来,成为外语学习的主体,从而达到突出语言技能和能力培养的目的。

我院英语专业首届本科学生就业率达91.13%,其中,商务外贸单位就业总人数69.35%;第三届本科毕业生就业率为90.78%,商务外贸单位就业比例达到了68.2%。

特别是2009年和2010年,英语专业本科毕业生就业率分别为97.29%和98.23%,同时毕业生的就业流向都达70%以上,学生的绝大多数到商务部门、外贸部门就业。

2、平衡教学法 英国应⽤语⾔学家Peter Skehan于1998年发表的《语⾔学习的认识法》中提出平衡教学法,即“形式与意义的平衡,及对⼆者注意⼒的交替”。

其关键在于如何根据信息处理的⾃然规律,使语⾔学习者的注意⼒在形式与意义之间平衡交替,最终建⽴起⾃⼰的语⾔知识体系。

Peter Skehan同时提出平衡教学法的五项原则:①选取⼀定范围的⽬标结构。

②选取符合使⽤环境的'任务。

③选择并操作任务使其达到平衡的⽬标。

④通过控制注意⼒尽可能使学⽣注意到形式。

⑤重复训练。

五原则相辅相成不可分割,第四原则⼜最为重要。

第四原则的操作可分为任务前、中、后三个步骤。

在组织任务前活动时,应要求学⽣注意学习语⾔形式。

在进⾏任务中活动时,应控制好学⽣的注意⼒在意义与形式间切换。

在任务后活动中,学⽣应有机会表现并巩固所学语⾔知识。

不论何种活动,皆以达到意义与形式的平衡为最终⽬标。

Peter Skehan最为担忧的是如何掌控学⽣的注意⼒以达到这种平衡。

3、综合英语教学中的平衡法 综合英语的课堂教学通常分为教授和练习两部分。

In fact , China has the largest population in the world.. However , more than 70% of Chinese are poor peasants. Why most of people want to have a baby between 25 to 30 ? In order to know the factors and to resolve the issue ,I did a survey about the it. According to my investigation, there are many factors that effect people‟ choices. They are society factor, family factor and personal factor.Key words:Baby choice economy tradition familyBody:In developed countries, there are lesser population in a country than developing countries. In the past, there were much investigation on the issue “When do you want to have a baby”.From the information ,there are some factors about the issue. Some experts analyze it by children cost and children utility. According to their investigation , economy factor is most important reason to effect people‟s choice about the time to have a baby. People pay most attention to education cost of children in that people earn more than before and people pay more attention to children education. The other reason is that the school fee is still expensive to many people. If the family have baby to early , the parents can not have enough money to support the education fee of children. For many people, they are not expect that their babies must support them when they get old. For some people, they want to have a baby early because they want to bebaby‟s friend and can communicate with children well. If someone have a baby in old age , he has no energy to play with his child. In other words, he may have many problems in communicate with his child. In simper words , there will be a generation gap between parents and children. In addition, people who want to have a baby early want to have more than one baby in a family. A world of people believe that just one child in a family is not enough. They are not sure that if one child can strong enough to face the unknown risk of family when the only child is grow up. A couple of people concern that two girls are better than one boy or one girl. It seems that the tradition idea “big family‟ is still play a irreplaceable position in Chinese. People do not want their financial support but emotion support when they get old. If they have more children, they may have more emotion support from children. What is more, bigger family means more auspicious. So people want to have more children . In tradition idea, “Have a lovely baby early, as early as well” ,some people want to have a baby in teenager age. For ladies, many of them think that if they have a baby earlier, they can recover their body better than in older age. On contrary, Some people get too much love from their parents and do not want to grow up. They want to enjoy being cared by others plus they do not want to take care of a baby so early.The second reason is that they do not have enough money to support a baby well. If they have a baby in such position, they have to lower their living level. For many ambitious ladies, they consist that having a baby in youth age will influent their career People who received well education also want to have a baby in older age .Their reasons are lies in the following. To begin with, they are mature to deal with child matter. In addition, they can have enough time to improve study or career, and earn more money to support family. At the same time, they can provide a better environment for the child. Some people think that they can enjoy longer “two-people world” if they have a baby in older age. Furthermore, everyone in china knows that government encourage people have a baby in older age. In order to contribute to the country population matter, several people will have a later child. In fact, if there is no population policy‟s limitation, people will have a tendency to have a baby in youth age. In addition, government encourage people get married and have a baby in older age to solve population problem.2, economy situationEconomy is material basis of when to have a baby. Those who have stable high level economy situation will have a baby earlier. For instance, people who are from wealthy family will get financial support when they have marriage or have a baby. So they need dot worry about the economy situation, just have a baby when they want. On contrast , people from poor family can not get economy help or get little help from their poor parents. Then they have to save enough money to prepare baby‟s cost. Saving money needs time, they have to have a baby in a better economy situation. Because of Reform and Opening-up, coastal cities boom quickly, people in those area have ideal economy situation to have a baby earlier, but they often have a baby in older age. People in booming area receive well education , they are more mature enough to decide when to have a baby. In order to give baby a ideal growing environment, they often have a baby in older age.3,Tradition cultureIt is known that China is a country with 5000 years history. They do not worry about the children cost because they think that giving birth a baby is priceless to the family. Some people Even have a baby before they reach 18 years old.It is reported that a girl suffered the situation, when she was a junior high school student, her family arranged a lot of blind dates in order to let her have a early marriage and have a baby in such young age. According to her family, education is less important , career is less essential, the most important thing is to have a early baby.. In order to satisfied her parents wish about having a grandson , she fall in love with several boys during her middle school times. Under the press of her family, her did not continue to finish her college. Because her parents desire to have a grandson, she quit her study and prepared to have a baby. From the news , we can image how strong the tradition idea is. Although the economy is growing rapidly ,people‟s mind is hard to change. The influence of 5000 years will not be change by such short time.4, Social security systemNowadays , social security system of our country is not perfect. The majority of elderly pension assumed by the family. In some developed area , old people get more welfare from society, and have less willing to have a baby to support them.Family factor is also important in the issue.1, Parents‟ health situationPeople who have healthy parents want to have a baby earlier, because they do not have to spend much on taking care of them. In other words,they have energy to take care of a baby.2, Children costThe price of living is growing. A family spend a large amount of money on baby‟s growing up .including living, education, health care, etc.3, Education levelIt is said that people with high education level will have a baby in older age. They want to raise the baby in high quality. In simpler words, they want to have a baby when their saving is enough.Personal idea is the deepest factor in the issue.People who have sense of social responsibility tend to have a baby in older age in that they want to do something to solve Chinese population problem.
