Single parameters can be modifiedwith the Belimo service tools MFT-P or ZTH EU.The communication parameters of the bus systems (address, baud rate etc.) are set with theZTH EU. Pressing the "Address" button on the actuator while connecting the supply voltageresets the communication parameters to the factory setting.Quick addressing: The BACnet and Modbus address can alternatively be set using the buttonson the actuator and selecting 1...16. The selected value is added to the "basic address"parameter and results in the absolute BACnet and Modbus address.Simple direct mounting Simple direct mounting on the damper shaft with a universal shaft clamp, supplied with ananti-rotation device to prevent the actuator from rotating.Manual override Manual override with push-button possible (the gear train is disengaged for as long as thebutton is pressed or remains locked).Adjustable angle of rotation Adjustable angle of rotation with mechanical end stops.High functional reliability The actuator is overload protected, requires no limit switches and automatically stops whenthe end stop is reached.Home position The first time the supply voltage is switched on, i.e. at the time of commissioning, the actuatorcarries out a synchronisation. PRECAUTIONS FOR USING LCD MODULES10.1. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS(1) The display panel is made of glass. Do not subject it to a mechanical shock or impact by droppingit.(2) If the display panel is damaged and the liquid crystal substance leaks out, be sure not to get any in your mouth. If the substance contacts your skin or clothes, wash it off using soap and water.(3) Do not apply excessive force to the display surface or the adjoining areas since this may cause the color tone to vary.(4) The polarizer covering the display surface of the LCD module is soft and easily scratched. Handlethis polarizer carefully.(5) If the display surface becomes contaminated, breathe on the surface and gently wipe it with a softdry cloth. If it is heavily contaminated, moisten a cloth with one of the following solvents: - Isopropyl alcohol - Ethyl alcohol(6) Solvents other than those above mentioned may damage the polarizer.Especially, do not use the following:- Water- Ketone- Aromatic solvents(7) Extra care to minimize corrosion of the electrode. Water droplets, moisture condensation or acurrent flow in a high-humidity environment accelerates corrosion of the electrode.(8) Install the LCD Module by using the mounting holes. When mounting the LCD Module, makesure it is free of twisting, warping and distortion. In particular, do not forcibly pull or bend the I/Ocable or the backlight cable.(9) Do not attempt to disassemble or process the LCD Module.(10) NC terminal should be open. Do not connect anything.(11) If the logic circuit power is off, do not apply the input signals.(12) To prevent destruction of the elements by static electricity, be careful to maintain an optimumwork environment.- Be sure to ground the body when handling he LCD Module.- Tools required for assembling, such as soldering irons, must be properly grounded.-To reduce the amount of static electricity generated, do not conduct assembling and other workunder dry conditions.-The LCD Module is coated with a film to protect the display surface. Exercise care when peeling off this protective film since static electricity may be generated.10.2. STORAGE CONDITIONSWhen storing, avoid the LCD module to be exposed to direct sunlight of fluorescent lamps. For stability, to keep it away form high temperature and high humidity environment (The best condition is : 23±5°C, 45±20%RH). ESD protection is necessary for long-term storage also.10.3. OTHERSLiquid crystals solidify under low temperature (below the storage temperature range) leading to defective orientation or the generation of air bubbles (black or white). Air bubbles may also be generated if the module is subject to a low temperature.If the LCD Module have been operating for a long time showing the same display patterns the display patterns may remain on the screen as ghost images and a slight contrast irregularity may also appear.A normal operating status can be recovered by suspending use for some time. It should be noted that this phenomenon does not adversely affect performance reliability.To minimize the performance degradation of the LCD Module resulting from destruction caused by static electricity etc. exercise care to avoid holding the following sections when handling the modules.- Exposed area of the printed circuit board.- Terminal electrode sections.。

DESCRIPTION
The OPA1611 (single) and OPA1612 (dual) bipolar-input operational amplifiers achieve very low 1.1nV/√Hz noise density with an ultralow distortion of 0.000015% at 1kHz. The OPA1611 and OPA1612 offer rail-to-rail output swing to within 600mV with a 2kΩ load, which increases headroom and maximizes dynamic range. These devices also have a high output drive capability of ±30mA.

LM26001board,schematic shown in Figure1,is configured to provide an output of3.3V at up to1.5A from an input range of3.5V to38V(a minimum of4.5V is required for startup).The nominal operatingfrequency is305kHz and can be synchronized from+30%to-20%of nominal using the SYNC connection post.The evaluation board is designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to75°C.Typical evaluation board waveforms and performance curves are shown in Figure2through Figure7.Figure8and Figure9show the pcb trace layout.To aid in the design and evaluation of dc/dc buckconverters based on the LM26001regulator,the evaluation board can be re-configured for different output voltages and operating frequencies.Test points are also provided to enable easy connection andmonitoring of critical signals.Table2shows the Bill of Materials(BOM)for a second example circuit for1.5V output and480kHzswitching frequency.This design operates from an input voltage of3.5V to38V and enters pulse skipping Sheet(SNVS430).2Jumper SettingsThe FPWM jumper is used to disable the sleep mode function.For normal operation,select‘off’,which connects FPWM to GND.For FPWM operation(sleep mode disabled),select‘on’.The Vbias jumperconnects the VBIAS pin to Vout.When Vout is greater than3V,the VBIAS function will be activated for improved efficiency.To disable VBIAS,or if Vout is set to less than3V,set the jumper to‘GND’.3Optional ComponentsBefore changing the default components,see the device-specific data sheet for information regarding the component selection.Output voltage and frequency are easily adjustable with single resistors,R1and R3,respectively.However,large changes to the default settings may require other changes to the inductor,outputcapacitor,and compensation network.Several optional component pads have been provided for application flexibility.The C7pad is provided for an additional ceramic output capacitor.This capacitor can be used to lower the total ESR at the output.D2blocks reverse current to the input supply during low input voltage and light load conditions.This diode may not be necessary in all applications and can be replaced with a Component not installedPowering Up 4Powering UpBefore powering up the LM26001evaluation board,all external connections should be verified.The power supply input must be turned off and connected with proper polarity to the VIN and GND posts.The load should be connected between the VOUT post and GND post.Both the VIN and VOUT connections should use the GND post closest to the VIN post.Output voltage can be monitored with a DVM or oscilloscope at the VOUT post.The second GND post,close to the IC,is provided primarily for small signal measurements,such as soft-start voltage,or PGOOD.This GND post should also be used when applying optional external signals such as EN and SYNC.Once all connections have been verified,input power can be applied.The input voltage must be setbetween 4.5V 电路上电时清零复位,通过命令端进行工作状态设置,通过片选、读、写端对RAM 数据进行读、写、修改操作,按照一一对应的原则,驱动LCD 显示器。
该电路可用于点阵式LCD 显示驱动,各SEG 端是互相独立的,且容易对RAM 数据进行修改,所以显示点阵内容灵活,可随用户任意定制。
2. 系统结构(1) RAM静态显示存储器(RAM )结构为32×4位,贮存所显示的数据。
低电压高效率W波段脉冲行波管设计
综上所述,目前百瓦级 W 波段脉冲行波管工作电压均在 20 kV 左右。高工作电压很难实现整管小型化,同 时 会 增 大 整 机 中 电 源 体 积 和 质 量 。更 为 重 要 的 是 ,电 压 过 高 容 易 引 发 打 火 、漏 电 ,降 低 系 统 可 靠 性 。因 此 ,低 电 压、高效率是行波管发展的必然方向。本文设计了一种低电压 W 波段脉冲行波管:工作电压 16 kV,电流 125 mA, 6 GHz 带宽内输出功率大于 125 W,工作比 30%,总效率大于等于 25%。
国内外多家机构已成功研制出 W 波段脉冲行波管。法国 Thales 公司的 W 波段脉冲行波管,工作电压 22 kV, 电流 180 mA,在 0.5 GHz 带宽内得到百瓦输出功率[3]。美国 L3 公司的 W 波段脉冲行波管,工作电压 20.5 kV, 电流 220 mA,92~96 GHz 内输出功率大于 100 W[4-5]。国内研究单位有中国科学院电子学研究所、电子科技大学、 中电集团十二所等。中国科学院电子学研究所研制的 W 波段脉冲行波管工作电压 19.4 kV,电流 90 mA,最大输 出功率 65 W[6]。电子科技大学的 W 波段脉冲行波管工作电压 19.1 kV,电流 145 mA,94~96 GHz 频率内输出功 率大于 100 W[7]。中电集团十二所已研制出 22 kV 工作电压,170 mA 电流,6 GHz 带宽内输出功率大于 100 W 的 W 波段脉冲行波管产品。

Function Specifications4.1 Basic Setting To drive the LCD module correctly and provide normally display, please use the following setting - N=1, 2-line display - F=0, 5x8 dots font - D=1, display on Note: *1. These setting/commands should issue to the LCD module while start up. *2. See the Display Commands section for details. 4.2 Resetting the LCD module When turning on the VDD and VSS power supply, LCD module will execute the reset routine automatically. It takes about 50ms. After the reset routine, the LCD module status will be as follow: Display clear DL=1, 8-bit interface N=0, 1-line display F=0, 5x8 dot character font D=0, Display off C=0, Cursor off B=0, Blinking off I/D=1, Increment by 1 S=0, No shiftNote: *1. Totally 8 User-defined Characters (character code = 00h ~ 07h) could be created. The User-defined Character Codes are 00h and 07h. They could be called into DDRAM as normal character. Design and Handling Precaution1. The LCD panel is made by glass. Any mechanical shock (eg. dropping form high place)will damage the LCD module.2. Do not add excessive force on the surface of the display, which may cause the Displaycolor change abnormally.3. The polarizer on the LCD is easily get scratched. If possible, do not remove the LCDprotective film until the last step of installation.4. Never attempt to disassemble or rework the LCD module.5. Only Clean the LCD with Isopropyl Alcohol or Ethyl Alcohol. Other solvents (eg. water)may damage the LCD.6. When mounting the LCD module, make sure that it is free form twisting, warping anddistortion.7. Ensure to provide enough space (with cushion) between case and LCD panel toprevent external force adding on it, or it may cause damage to the LCD or degrade thedisplay result.8. Only hold the LCD module by its side. Never hold LCD module by add force on the heatseal or TAB.9. Never add force to component of the LCD module. It may cause invisible damage ordegrade of the reliability.10. LCD module could be easily damaged by static electricity. Be careful to maintain anoptimum anti-static work environment to protect the LCD module.11. When peeling off the protective film from LCD, static charge may cause abnormaldisplay pattern. It is normal and will resume to normal in a short while.12. Take care and prevent get hurt by the LCD panel sharp edge.13. Never operate the LCD module exceed the absolute maximum ratings.14. Keep the signal line as short as possible to prevent noisy signal applying to LCDmodule.15. Never apply signal to the LCD module without power supply.16. IC chip (eg. TAB or COG) is sensitive to the light. Strong lighting environment couldpossibly cause malfunction. Light sealing structure casing is recommend.17. LCD module reliability may be reduced by temperature shock.18. When storing the LCD module, avoid exposure to the direct sunlight, high humidity, hightemperature or low temperature. They may damage or degrade the LCD module。
