智能变电站设计的探讨【摘要】下文主要结合笔者多年的工作实践经验,解析了智能变电站自动化系统的构架,提出了区别于传统变电站的主要技术,以及这些技术在 220kv 云会变的具体应用。
然后,介绍了 220kv 云会变的主要技术特点。
仅供同行参阅。
【关键词】构架;技术及特点;智能终端;合并单元引言伴随着我国现代化经济与科技的不断发展与进步,我国的电网规模也在逐步的扩大,信息化程度的不断提高,国家电网公司提出了“坚强智能电网”的概念,因此,建立智能化变电站势在必行。
智能变电站以数字化变电站为依托,通过采用先进的传感器、电子、信息、通信、控制、智能分析软件等技术,建立全站所有信息采集、传输、分析、处理的数字化统一应用平台,实现变电站自动运行控制,设备状态检修、运行状态自适应、分布协调控制、智能分析决策等高级应用功能,提高管理和运行水平。
1、智能变电站自动化系统的构架智能变电站是按照全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化的基本要求,通过系统集成优化,实现全站信息的统一接入、统一存储和统一展示,实现运行监视、操作与控制、综合信息分析与智能告警、运行管理和辅助应用等功能。
设备间信息传输的方式主要为网络通信方式,取代传统的二次电缆等硬接线。
智能变电站一体化监控系统由站控层、间隔层、过程层设备,以及网络和安全防护设备组成。
设备之间联系均采用iec61850标准协议进行通信。
站控层设备包括括监控主机、数据通信网关机、数据服务器、综合应用服务器、操作员站、工程师工作站、pmu数据集中器和计划管理终端等;提供站内运行的人机联系界面,实现变电站的监测控制、报警、操作闭锁、记录和自诊断功能、继电保护定值正定、故障分析及变电站远方控制等。
间隔层设备包括继电保护装置、测控装置、故障录波装置、网络记录分析仪及稳控装置等;在站控层及网络失效的情况下,仍能独立完成间隔层设备的就地监控功能。
过程层设备包括合并单元、智能终端、智能组件等;完成与一次设备相关的功能,包括实时运行电气量的采集、设备运行状态的监测、控制命令的执行等。

合并器是高压侧数据处理系统,并且为高压侧采集器提供能源。
主要提供以下功能:a)接收来自最多达9路采集器的采样光信号、两路母线电压合并器的数字信号,对原始数据处理之后按照IEC-61850-9-1、IEC60044-8规约以光信号形式对外提供采集数据;b)如果是母线电压合并器,则可接收两组母线电压互感器的采集器的光信号,按照IEC60044-8规约以光信号形式向其它合并器提供母线电压数据,并根据需求提供PT切换/并列功能;c)以光能量的形式,为采集器提供工作能源;实时监测两种工作电源的工作状态。
d)接收来自站级或继电保护装置的同步光信号,实现采集器间的采样同步功能;e)系统自检、告警及维护功能;f)人机界面接口;g)提供配置功能,实现光电互感器的灵活配置功能2 技术参数2.1 额定电气参数2.1.1 直流电源:a)额定电压:220V;b)允许偏差:-20% ~ +15%;c)波纹系数:不大于5%。
2.1.2 交流回路:a)交流电流:5A 、1A;b)交流电压:100V、100/3V;c)频率:50Hz。
2.1.3 功率消耗:a)交流电流回路:当I N=5A 时,每相不大于1VA;当I N=1A 时,每相不大于0.5VA;b)交流电压回路:当额定电压U N时,每相不大于1VA;c)直流电源回路:当正常工作时,不大于120W;注:IN、UN为额定值,下同。

2.3 绝缘耐压性能2.3.1 绝缘电阻在正常试验大气条件下,装置的外引带电回路部分和外露非带电金属部分及外壳之间,以及电气上无联系的各回路之间,用500V的兆欧表测量其绝缘电阻值,应不小于20MΩ。

试验温度+30℃±2℃、相对湿度(93±3)%,试验时间为48h,在试验结束前2h内,用500V直流兆欧表,测量各外引带电回路部分对外露非带电金属部分及外壳之间、以及电气上无联系的各回路之间的绝缘电阻应不小于1.5MΩ;介质强度不低于1.10.2规定的介质强度试验电压值的75%。
2.4 电磁兼容性能(抗电磁干扰性能)2.4.1辐射发射限制合并器应能通过GB 9254-1998规定的辐射发射限值A类试验。
2.4.2抗干扰要求表2给出了合并器应通过的一系列电磁兼容试验类型,包括了严酷等级和评价标准。

2.5 机械强度要求2.5.1振动(正弦)a)振动响应装置应能承受GB/T 11287-2000中3.2.1规定的严酷等级为1级的振动响应试验,试验期间及试验后, 装置性能应符合1.8、1.9的规定。
