The thrill es from the free falling and the rebound.when you falling down, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again.so up and down you will feel like heaven.so did someone have done this?(yes, how do you feel ? Where did you do this)(no,if you have a chance to do this ,try it).P7: Climbing is the activity of using one’shands, feet,or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. Because of the sea around Australia,so Australia person particularly fond of surfing.if you want to surfingin china, riyuewan in hainan province is the best place.P10:The last part is the popularity of extreme sports. Why the extreme sports bee more and more popular? I summed up in three aspects:first is the work press, then is the desire for new stimulus, last one is enjoying the nature. With the fast pace of life, work pressure is heavier,it makes people’s activity space smaller. So people cannotfeel the originoal stimulus. People choose the extremesport to release the pressure. But there are a few person just want to find the new stimulus .Most extreme sports are outside,so people can enjoy the nature and have a good time. that’s why extreme sports bee more and more popular. That’s all . These activitiesoften involve speed, height, a high level of physical exertion, and highly specialized gear or spectacular stunts. The definition of an extreme sport is not exact — for example, although studies show that (road) cycling ranks as the sport with the highest rate of injury, it is not considered an extreme sport because it is not counter-cultural. The term's origin is also unclear, but it gained popularity in the 1990s when it was picked up by marketing panies to promote the X Games.Extreme SportsIn the age of information explosion and economy development, people follow a fast-paced lifestyle and traditional sports, such as dances, discos, bowling and spaare no more able to satisfy their need, which leads to more and more people, especially the youth trying some special sports. And that is why extreme sports appear and bee popular. Extreme sports, consisting of bungee, roller skating, parkour, surfing, skateboarding, water-skiing, rock climbing, demand high-tech, great energy and extraordinary courage. Sometimes I wonder why a great number of people are fascinated about such difficult and dangerous sports at the risk of hurting themselves. As for the suggestions that extreme sports be banned, should they be aepted and implemented or not? Finally, I know it is the superior difficulty, excitation and contentment after finishing these sportsthat make people fascinated about extreme sports. People escape from busy work, study and life to challenge and release. Not only do they strengthen their bodies but they get entertainment and bravery. Most importantly, they are much closer to the nature and have new experience towards life. So if you are energetic and brave enough, why not have a try?。

介绍一项喜欢的极限运动英语作文
介绍一项喜欢的极限运动英语作文My Favorite Extreme Sport - Skydiving!Hi there! My name is Johnny and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my favorite extreme sport - skydiving! I know what you might be thinking - "Skydiving? But Johnny, you're just a kid! Isn't that super dangerous?" Well, let me explain why I absolutely love this amazing sport.First off, I have to mention that while skydiving may seem scary, it's actually extremely safe when you follow all the proper rules and safety procedures. The skydiving equipment like the parachutes and rigs get checked over very carefully before every jump. And you always jump out of the plane alongside a highly trained and experienced skydiving instructor who is strapped to your back. They are there to deploy the parachute and help guide you safely down to the ground. But let's get to the really fun part - the actual skydiving experience itself! The day starts out by going to the dropzone, which is the area where skydivers take off from. You suit up by putting on your skydiving rig which has the parachute packed up nice and tight. Then you make your way over to the little airplane that will take you up into the clouds.Climbing into that tiny plane is always an adventure. You have to squeeze in really tight with all the other skydivers. As the plane lifts off, you look around at everyone's smiling and excited faces, and that's when the adrenaline really starts pumping! The plane just keeps climbing higher and higher until finally, it reaches around 14,000 feet up in the air! That's over two and a half miles high up. At that point, the plane levels off and the crew opens up the small door. Do you know what comes next? It's the most awesome part! One by one, the skydivers jump out of that little doorway and into the bright blue sky! Can you imagine that experience of stepping out into the open air with nothing but clouds all around you? It's insane! For the first 60 seconds after leaving the plane, you just fall through the sky at around 120 miles per hour! The wind rushes by as you plummet down towards the earth. You can see for miles and miles in every direction. And that feeling of freefall is like nothing else - a pure adrenaline rush of fear and excitement all mixed together! After that minute of freefall, it's time to finally deploy your parachute and start gliding back down softly. As you descend, you can take in all the incredible views of the landscape below. It's just you, your parachute, and the peaceful sky. Ah, those moments of serenity after the intensity of the jump are amazing. Finally, you approach the landing area and get ready to set down onto the ground to end your skydive. The instructors teach you special landing techniques to come in for a smooth, safe landing. When your feet finally hit the earth again, there's a feeling of accomplishment unlike anything else!Phew, and that's just a taste of what the skydiving experience is all about! Every single jump is different and special in its own way. One time you might jump through a misty cloud for a view like you're in Heaven's paradise. Or a different time you could be treated to a magnificent sunset illuminating the sky with brilliant colors as you fly through the air. Skydiving is just nonstop adventures!I'm sure you can understand now why this is my absolute favorite extreme sport. The places you get to jump, the breathtaking views, that insane freefall adrenaline rush, and then the peaceful glide back to earth with your parachute - it's all just so incredible! Every skydive is a thrill unlike anything else.Of course, I have to give a major thank you to my parents for being super supportive and making my skydiving dreams come true. When I first told them I wanted to try this extreme sport atsuch a young age, I'm sure they were a bit worried. But after learning about all the safety procedures and seeing how passionate I was about it, they allowed me to start skydiving on what's called a "tandem" rig attached to an instructor. Now, I've been skydiving for a couple years and have dozens of jumps under my belt! I'm working on accomplishing all the requirements to be able to start doing solo jumps without being attached to an instructor. It takes a lot of specialized training, but I'm determined to get there. Skydiving is my absolute biggest passion in life! You're probably curious about what exactly got me interested in this extreme sport to begin with. Well, it all started when I went to an airshow with my family a few years back. We saw skydivers put on an amazing demonstration, gliding down and landing right in front of the crowd. I was in total awe watching them soar through the air with such grace and freedom! From that day on, I knew I had to try skydiving myself.I read every book I could find about skydiving. I watched tons of videos online of people going on skydiving adventures all over the world. And I bugged my parents every single day about letting me take skydiving lessons and go on a real jump! Finally, after lots of persistence on my part, they agreed. My first tandem skydive was one of the most incredible experiences of my life so far. Even though I was a little nervous beforehand, as soon as I left that plane, all my fears melted away and were replaced by pure ecstasy! That first jump is what truly hooked me. I couldn't wait to go again and keep experiencing those mind-blowing adrenaline rushes and epic views of the earth below. Now, just a couple years later, skydiving has become my biggest passion. Whenever I'm not actually skydiving, I'm spending time watching videos, reading books, and talking to other skydivers in online communities. My dream is to one day get enough experience to be able to travel the world and go skydiving everywhere from the Swiss Alps to the Australian Outback to the tropical beaches of Hawaii. How cool would that be? To combine my loves of skydiving and traveling into one awesome extreme sport lifestyle! For now though, I'm just focused on working hard, saving up my allowance money, and doing everything I can to go skydiving as often as possible. I feel so grateful to have discovered this fantastic sport at such a young age. Not everyone gets theopportunity to experience the incredible thrill and freedom of soaring through the skies! So there you have it - that's my deep, deep love and appreciation for the amazing sport of skydiving! The breathtaking views, the insane adrenaline rush, the calmness of floating back to earth, and being able to soar like a bird...what's not to absolutely love?If you ever get a chance to go skydiving, I highly encourage you to experience it for yourself. But be warned - just like me, you might just get completely hooked on that incredible feeling of human flight! It's an extreme sport that is sure to give you memories and an adrenaline kick you'll never, ever forget.。

极限运动越来越受欢迎的英语作文
极限运动越来越受欢迎的英语作文Extreme Sports are the Coolest!Have you ever seen people doing crazy stunts like jumping out of planes, riding monster waves, or flipping their bikes high into the air? Those are called extreme sports, and they are becoming more and more popular these days, especially with kids my age. Extreme sports are so awesome and exciting to watch! My personal favorite extreme sport is skateboarding. I love seeing skaters doing kick flips, grinding on rails, and landing mind-blowing tricks in the skate park. It looks so fun and feels like you're flying through the air. Of course, falling can be really painful too, which is why you have to wear all that safety gear like helmets and pads. But the skaters make it look so effortless and stylish.Another extreme sport that's super cool is BMX biking. The bikes are built for doing stunts and jumps on ramps and dirt tracks. The riders get so much air time as they launch themselves off those huge ramps! They spin the bikes in circles while soaring 20 feet in the air. Then they nail the landing and immediatelystart preparing for the next jump. It's incredible how much control and bravery it takes. But the craziest of all has to be BASE jumping - that's when people jump off buildings, antennas, spans (like bridges), and earth (like cliffs) while wearing a winged suit or parachute. Can you imagine stepping off the roof of a skyscraper and just freefalling towards the ground? Their hearts must be pounding out of their chests! I get nervous just thinking about it. But the adrenaline rush from something that extreme must be out of this world.Similarly, there's also windsurfing, kiteboarding, and other wind-driven extreme sports where you can reach speeds over 50 mph by being pulled by the sheer force of the wind. Kiteboarders especially get enormous air as their kites yank them high into the sky before they come back down and skim across the water. It's like they're part human and part flying squirrel or something!I think the reason extreme sports are getting so popular with kids is because they look unbelievably fun and exciting. They combine high intensity action with athletic accomplishment and artistry. We're drawn to things that get our hearts pumping and make us say "wow, I wish I could do that!" And in our digital age,it's easier than ever for video clips of crazy stunts to go viral and inspire the next generation of extreme athletes. They're not just for watching though - extreme sports promote an active lifestyle, perseverance, managing risks, and pushing oneself to the limits. Kids nowadays have so many distractions like video games, YouTube, and social media. Extreme sports get us up, out of the house, and pursuing goals and challenges in the real world. I know I'd much rather spend my time skating at the park and progressing my skills than just sitting on the couch all day. Some people might think extreme sports are just for adrenaline junkies with no fear. But the best extreme athletes actually have incredible skills in managing their fear and risks. They make very calculated decisions about each trick or stunt based on years of experience and training. It takes amazing levels of courage, but also remarkable self-control, precision and judgment. That's why the greatest extreme athletes can continue pushing their boundaries while avoiding serious injuries for the most part.As you can probably tell, I'm completely fascinated by the world of extreme sports! From the amazing gravity-defying feats, to the mastery of high-risk maneuvers, to the free-spiritedlifestyle, I'm in awe of it all. Skateboarding will probably always be my first love, but I definitely want to try other extreme sports like rock climbing, parkour, and maybe even sky diving someday when I'm old enough. Because as awesome as they are to watch, extreme sports look even more fun to actually do yourself!Who knows, maybe I'll end up becoming a pro extreme sports athlete when I grow up. Can you imagine me soaring through the air off mega ramps on my BMX bike? Or cascading down the bam。

It's called skateboarding and it's the coolest, most fun, and awesome thing ever!Skateboarding is where you ride on a board with four tiny wheels. The board is made of wood or plastic and has a sticky surface on top so your feet don't slip off. You push yourself along with one foot on the ground and ride on the board. It lets you go SO fast! The really cool part is you can do tricks on a skateboard. Like ollie, which is where you make the board pop into the air. Or a kickflip, where you spin the board under your feet while it's in the air. The best skaters can do insane tricks like 900 spins whirling through the air. It's mind-blowing!To skateboard, you need a good skateboard of course. You can buy ones made of maple wood or modern plastic boards. You also need safety gear like a helmet to protect your head, plus knee and elbow pads. That stuff is really important so you don't get injured! My first skateboard was a hand-me-down from my older cousin. It was a bit beaten up but I loved that board. I fell down a ton learning how to ride and do tricks at first. But slowly I got better and better. Now I can drop in to pools and ramps, grind along ledges, and even do some little air tricks off ramps and stairs. I'm nowhere near as good as the pro skaters, but it's so thrilling pulling off a new trick I've been practicing hard. There are different styles of skateboarding too. Street skating is riding and doing tricks on rails, ledges, stairs and other obstacles you find around cities and towns. Vert skating is in big ramp parks with huge ramps and bowls to skate in. I prefer street skating personally, but they're both awesome. Some of my favorite pro skaters are Nyjah Huston, who has won more competitions than anyone and has the sickest trick combos. Leticia Bufoni is one of the gnarliest female skaters and her skating videos are so inspiring. And Rodney Mullen basically invented most modern street tricks - he's a legend!Of course, skateboarding has a whole cool culture around it too. The clothes, the lingo, the punk/hip-hop music, and those awesome skate videos are all part of what make it so rad. I love wearing my baggy skate brand clothes to school to show my passion for skating.Skateparks are like a second home to me. That's where all the local skaters hang out and practice together. We cheer each other on trying new tricks and just have an awesome time skating and bonding over our shared hobby. The park is our kingdom!I even entered my first amateur contest last year. I didn't win or anything, but just being out there on that contest course was the biggest thrill ever. One day I hope I can go pro and enter huge competitions like the X Games or Street League and win!Of course, skating has some risks too. You can get some pretty gnarly injuries if you fall or bail hard. I've gotten my share of cuts, bruises, and even a fractured wrist one time. So safety gear is crucial. But in my opinion, the thrills and awesomeness of skating is totally worth the risk if you take proper precautions. It gets your heart pumping like nothing else as you're flying through the airoff a ramp or ledge. Landing that new trick you've been trying for months is one of the best feelings ever!Skateboarding has gifted me so much too - awesome friends, a passion in life, better confidence, and a way to get exercise while having a blast. It's more than just a sport, it's a lifestyle and an art form all in one.I really hope I get to skate for my whole life. Maybe one day I'll be a pro skater going on world tours and competing for millions of dollars! Or if not, just being able to always skate and have that fun will be enough for me.So yeah, that's why skateboarding is simply the most insane, radical, and sick hobby in existence in my opinion. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend you get a board and safety gear to give it a shot. It might just change your life like it did for me! Skateboarding rules!篇2My Favorite Extreme Sport - Rock Climbing!Hi there! My name is Tommy and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my favorite extreme sport - rock climbing! It's super fun and exciting. Just thinking about it gets my heart racing!Rock climbing is where you use your arms and legs to climb up a tall rock wall or cliff. The main goal is to get all the way from the bottom to the very top without falling off. It takes a lot of strength, balance, problem-solving skills, and bravery! There are two main types of rock climbing - indoor climbing at a climbing gym, and outdoor climbing on real cliffs and mountains. Indoor climbing is great for beginners because the walls aren't as high and there are nice thick safety mats on the ground. The climbing holds (those cool colored rocks that stick out of the wall) are arranged in fun routes of different difficulties. When you go outdoor rock climbing, you usually have to hike to the base of the cliff first. Then you put on a climbing harness that connects you to a rope. Your climbing partner (called a "belayer") controls the rope from the ground to catch you if you fall. You have to scout out your route carefully and use any cracks, ledges or other features in the rock to inch your way upwards. It's way harder than indoor climbing but the views from the top are unbelievable! My favorite part of rock climbing is the feeling of accomplishment when you finally reach the top after giving it your absolute all. It's such an amazing rush! I also love how focused and present you have to be. When you're climbing, youcan't think about anything else except finding the next hand and foothold. It's like meditation in motion.Of course, rock climbing can be pretty dangerous if you don't take the proper safety precautions. You always have to double check your knots and harness before starting. Using climbing chalk on your hands helps grip the holds better. And you should never climb alone or without a belayer, just in case you do fall. Wearing a helmet is a must too to protect your head. While the dangers of rock climbing can be scary, the risks make the sport even more exciting! My heart feels like it's going to beat out of my chest when I'm hanging off the side of a cliff by just my fingertips. But that adrenaline rush and the incredible views make every second worth it.Some of my favorite places I've been rock climbing so far are at Yosemite National Park in California and Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas. The cliffs at Yosemite are ginormous and have cool features like crack climbs where you literally shove your hands and feet into cracks in the rock to pull yourself up. So wild! Red Rock had a ton of shorter beginner routes that were the perfect intro for me when I was first starting out.My biggest rock climbing accomplishment so far was summiting a 5.10b route at my local indoor gym. For those notfamiliar with the climbing difficulty scale, 5.10b is considered fairly hard, especially for a kid! The crux (hardest part) involved an insanely difficult stretch where I had to lock off with one arm and dyno (launch myself) to a distant handhold. My foot slipped a few times and I was sure I'd peel off, but I stuck the move and topped out! I've never felt so stoked. In the future, my biggest rock climbing goal is to climb the iconic El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. At 3,000 feet from base to summit, it's one of the most famous and challenging climbs in the world. Only the most elite rock climbers can do it. But I know that with enough training, perseverance and passion, I can make it to the top someday. El Cap, I'm coming for you!Another dream is to travel the world going to all the most epic rock climbing destinations like Thailand, Spain, Greece and more. Can you imagine dangling high above sparkling blue ocean waters with an incredible view all around? That would be so insane! I'd love to experience climbing on different types of rock in different countries.Well, that's my crash course on the intense, exhilarating world of rock climbing! I could go on forever about all the crazy routes, funny belaying stories, awesome gear, and jaw-dropping climbing locales. If you're an adventurer who isn't afraid ofheights, I'd highly recommend giving rock climbing a try. Just make sure to start at a gym with a qualified instructor. Climbing is a lifelong journey where you're constantly setting new challenges for yourself. It's the ultimate test of mental and physical strength. And in my humble 10-year-old opinion, it's also the raddest extreme sport out there! Thanks for coming to my TED Talk... err, I mean elementary school essay. Happy sending!篇3My Favorite Extreme Sport: Rock Climbing!Hey there! My name is Tommy, and I'm going to tell you all about my favorite extreme sport - rock climbing! Get ready for an exciting adventure because rock climbing is the coolest thing ever. It's like being a real-life spider-person, scaling up massive rock walls with just your hands and feet. How awesome is that? Now, before we start our climb, let me explain what rock climbing is all about. Imagine a humongous cliff or mountain face covered in tiny little holds and cracks. These are the spots where you can grab on with your hands or put your feet to pull yourself up. Pretty neat, right? The goal is to use these holds toclimb all the way from the bottom to the very top without falling off. Sounds challenging, but that's what makes it so much fun! There are different types of rock climbing, but my favorite is called "sport climbing." In sport climbing, there are permanent anchors already drilled into the rock face. You clip your rope into these anchors as you go up, so if you slip, the rope will catch you and keep you from falling too far. Phew, that's a relief! Now, let me tell you about the gear we use for rock climbing. First up, we have the harness. It's like a giant belt that goes around your waist and legs to keep you securely attached to the rope. Next, we have the climbing shoes. These have super sticky rubber soles that let you stand on tiny ledges and smear your feet against the rock for grip. They're like Spider-Man's shoes, but even cooler! Then there are the carabiners, which are these metal loops that clip the rope onto the anchors in the rock. And don't forget the chalk bag! Climbers carry a little bag of chalk powder that we dip our hands into to keep them from getting sweaty and slippery.Okay, enough about the gear - let's get climbing! When you start up a rock wall, you have to look really carefully for those tiny holds and plan out your route. Sometimes, you might haveto stretch your body in crazy positions to reach the next hold. It's like a giant game of Twister, but vertically! As you climb higher and higher, your arms and legs start to feel the burn. But you can't give up, because the view from the top is totally worth it. Imagine standing at the very peak, looking out over the whole world below you. It's an incredible feeling of accomplishment and freedom.Of course, climbing back down is just as important as going up. You have to be extra careful not to let your guard down or get too cocky. One wrong move, and you could go for a big swing on the rope. That's why climbers always have a partner belaying them from the ground, controlling the rope and keeping them safe.Rock climbing isn't just about the physical challenge, though. It's also a mental game. You have to stay focused and calm, even when your muscles are screaming at you to quit. It teaches you to push past your limits and never give up, no matter how tough things get.And let me tell you, the rock climbing community is the best! Climbers are always so friendly and supportive of each other. We cheer each other on, give beta (that's climbing lingo for advice),and celebrate every send (climbing slang for completing a route). It's like one big, sweaty, chalk-covered family! Now, I know what you're thinking: "Isn't rock climbing super dangerous?" Well, sure, there's always a risk when you're scaling up a massive rock face. But climbers are trained to be super safe and use all the proper gear. We never climb above our abilities or take unnecessary risks. Safety is always the number one priority.Besides, the rush of adrenaline you get from rock climbing is like nothing else! It's an extreme sport, but in a totally controlled and safe way. You get to push your limits and face your fears, all while having an absolute blast. So, what do you say? Are you ready to give rock climbing a try? Just remember to start small, listen to your instructors, and never climb without a partner or proper gear. Trust me, once you get the hang of it, you'll be addicted to the thrill of conquering those rocky heights.Who knows, maybe you'll even discover a hidden talent for climbing and end up competing in awesome events like the World Cup or the Olympics! Stranger things have happened, right?Well, that's all I've got for now, my friends. Just remember: rock climbing is the ultimate extreme sport that combines physical strength, mental toughness, and a whole lot of fun. So grab your harness, lace up those sticky shoes, and get ready to scale some serious heights. The cliff awaits, and this spider-kid is ready to climb!篇4My Favorite Extreme Sport - Skydiving!Hi everyone! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my favorite extreme sport - skydiving!I know it sounds really scary and dangerous, but it's actually super fun once you get over the fear of jumping out of a plane. Let me explain what skydiving is and why I love it so much.Skydiving is when you jump out of an airplane way up in the sky and free fall towards the ground. But don't worry, you have a parachute that you pull after free falling for a little bit to slow you down before you land. The free fall part is the best - it feels like you're flying as the wind rushes past you! Your stomach does flips from the adrenaline and it's such a crazy thrill.I got into skydiving because of my dad. He's been doing it for years and years, even before I was born. At first I thought hewas totally crazy for jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. But then he started taking me to the drop zone (that's what they call the place where you take off and land) and I got to see everyone having so much fun. The skydivers would come back with these huge grins on their faces after landing. I knew I had to give it a try.Of course, my parents made me go through a ton of training before my first jump. There are special rules for kids under 16 who want to skydive. An experienced instructor has to go up in the plane with you and they are attached to you during the whole jump. That way they can pull the parachute for you in case you get too scared or something goes wrong. My first jump was absolutely terrifying but also the biggest adrenaline rush ever! As we climbed up to 14,000 feet, my stomach was doing backflips. When it was time to go, I just kept telling myself "you got this Timmy!" as we shuffled to the open door of the plane. Then before I could chicken out, the instructor shouted "GO!" and literally pushed me out into the sky. Those first few seconds of free fall were like nothing I'd ever felt before - the wind rushing past, the ground getting closer and closer. It was equal parts terrifying and exhilarating! But then the instructor pulled our parachute and we slowly started drifting back down to earth. That's when I could finally look around and enjoy the incredible views. Up in the sky, you can see for miles and miles in every direction. It's so peaceful and quiet except for the gentle flapping of the parachute. Those couple minutes under the canopy after the crazy free fall are my favorite part.Well, I don't have to tell you that when we landed I had the biggest smile plastered across my face. As soon as my feet hit the ground, I immediately asked my dad if we could go up again! From that very first jump, I was completely hooked on skydiving.Since that first jump nearly two years ago, I've gone on over 20 jumps already. My parents saying I'm technically an "experienced" skydiver now since I've done a certain number of jumps. That means I don't have to go up with two instructors anymore - I can have just one strapped to me which is way more fun. My dream is to soon start doing "free fall" jumps where I get to free fall for an entire minute all by myself before pulling my own ripcord. How awesome would that be?!People always ask me if I'm scared to skydive since I'm still just a kid. But you know what, I don't get scared anymore - just crazy excited! The adrenaline rush of leaving the plane and freefalling through the sky is unlike anything else. And the views and sense of freedom you get from floating under the parachute make it all worth it. Whenever I'm stressed about school or other stuff, I just think about my next jump and I instantly feel better.I know skydiving is considered an "extreme" sport and it definitely is a little dangerous. You have to follow all the safety rules and train a ton before you can go. But to me, it's just pure fun and excitement! If you ever get the chance, I totally recommend at least giving it a try. Who knows, you might just get hooked like me and find your new favorite sport. Make sure to yell "COWABUNGA!" when you jump out of the plane like I do!Alright, that's all for my skydiving story. Thanks for reading and happy jumping!篇5My Favorite Extreme Sport: Skydiving!Hi there! My name is Tommy and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my favorite extreme sport - skydiving! I know what you're thinking, "Skydiving? That's way too dangerous for a kid!" But just hear me out.Skydiving is when you jump out of an airplane really really high up in the sky, free-falling towards the ground at crazyspeeds before finally pulling the ripcord to release your parachute. It's an incredible adrenaline rush! Just imagine stepping out of that plane door, with nothing but open air in front of you. Your heart would be pounding out of your chest with excitement! Now I know you're probably thinking "But Tommy, isn't skydiving super scary and unsafe?" Well, let me explain. Skydivers actually train a whole bunch before they ever jump out of a real plane. They practice their body positioning and how to safely deploy their parachutes and land. And they always jump with two parachutes, just in case one fails. Plus, they wear really cool gear like goggles, jumpsuit, and helmet to protect them. So it's very carefully planned to be as safe as possible.Professional skydivers make it look so effortless and graceful too. They can twist and turn their bodies while free-falling, almost like they're dancing in the air! Some of them even skydive while holding hands or wearing wingsuits to look like flying squirrels. The most elite skydivers can land so accurately they practically hit a tiny target on the ground. It's incredible! But let me back up a bit and tell you how I first got into skydiving. You see, my dad is actually a skydiving instructor. Ever since I was a little kid, I would tag along to the drop zone wherehe works and watches all the skydivers having fun. I was always in awe seeing their parachutes bloom open against the bright blue sky. Finally, on my 8th birthday, my dad surprised me by taking me up for a tandem skydive! A tandem is when you're securely attached to an instructor who guides you through the whole jump. I was nervous at first, but also crazy excited. My stomach was doing somersaults as the plane climbed higher and higher into the sky. Then the moment came - the door opened, revealing the entire world below us. Before I could reconsider, my dad shouted "One... two... three... JUMP!" And we leapt out into the abyss. Those first few seconds of freefall were the biggest adrenaline rush I've ever felt! The wind was roaring past us as we plummeted towards the earth. But then my dad pulled our ripcord and our parachute exploded out behind us, slowing our descent into a peaceful float. Looking down at the world far below was just breathtaking.Ever since that first jump, I've been hooked! Skydiving makes me feel free and alive like nothing else. Whenever I jump, all my worries and fears seem to disappear. It's just me and the endless sky. My dad takes me up for a jump as often as he can, onweekends and school breaks. I'm what they call a "skydiving kid" at the drop zone!I've already jumped over 50 times now, working my way towards getting my official skydiving certification. Then I'll be able to skydive without an instructor attached to me. I dream of one day being a pro skydiver, competing in skydiving competitions and maybe even setting world records. How cool would it be to skydive into a baseball stadium before a big game? Or jumping out of a hot air balloon instead of an airplane? The possibilities are endless! But for now, I'm just happy and thankful to be one of the rare kids who gets to experience the incredible thrill of skydiving. It really is the most extreme sport out there in my opinion. So what do you say - want to go jump out of a plane with me sometime? Just kidding! (Unless you actually do, then let me know!) Either way, I hope reading this has shown you how amazing and not-so-scary skydiving really is. The sky's the limit! Thanks for reading, and blue skies forever!。

The extreme sport 极限运动4人对话稿
The extreme sportann:hello every body, today We bring you a period of discussion ,about the extreme sport ,do you know what is mean about the extreme sport ? Extreme sports are very new in America. They usually come from people trying the craziest things. Bungee jumping is a good example. Someone tied a bungee cord to himself one day and jumped off of a very tall bridge. Bungee cords stretch a lot, so the person lived, but he took a big risk to find out if his idea would work. Another extreme sport is snowboarding. A skier decided to stand sideways on one piece of wood to get down the mountain instead of using two skis. People like these dangerous sports because they are exciting. They often do them for “the rush” they get. The first extreme sport might have been mountaineering, or mountain climbing.大家好,今天我们为大家带来了一段关于极限运动的讨论,你知道极限运动吗极限运动在美国还很新鲜。

极限运动The extreme sport that impressed me most is rock climbing. It is a sport that participants climb up or across natural rocks. The goal is to reach the summit of the rocks. For the purpose of safety, ropes and other protection equipment are indispensable because climbers may easily get injured or even lose their lives. In terms of the reason why rock climbing is so popular, to my mind, many people are tired of routine life and want to get away. That is to say, some challenging sports like rock climbing provide people a chance to challenge themselves and surpass their limit. The sense of achievement after reaching the top of the rock gives them a pleasant sensationApart from that, rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport so that it enables people to keep healthy and strong. In fact, it not only tests a climber’s strength and endurance, but also strengthens their bodies but they get entertainment and bravery. They are so fascinating because they provide People a chance to escape from busy work, study and life to challenge and release.有用的网站Well, the first website that comes to my mind is Baidu, one of the most famous search engines in the world. It's the first website I've ever known and also the most frequently visited. I got its address because it’s my homepage which will guide me to where i want to go. So from this you can see how influential it is. It is just like the root of the tree for the global Internet, starting from here you can reach to all kinds of information.the website is useful because it is well-designed and informative, and then fill in the blank with what you need. In a few seconds the whole world is on your computer screen. As a search engine, it is not complicated, like an ATM machine. It's useful to me now because it's like a bus with no conductor, you can go anywhere and won't lose your way home. For example, when you want to find some materials for your thesis, i can gain swift and convenient access to the latest reference materials on the website Baidu because it's more brief and efficient than libraries. There are also flaws about Baidu——sometimes the search result is not accurate enough and some of them are even unavailable. Basically Baidu is a miracle.汽车The vehicle I wish to have is a an electric car which was invented by a scottish in 1934. It is very special because it is propelled by an electric motor and powered by a rechargeable battery packs. As an increasing concern has been paid to the world energy conservation, it is beneficial to the environmental protection.Apart from that, it is equipped with four-wheel drive and is designed for on-road performance and handing. It is a family car that can carry up to seven people, along with a spacious trunk. What attract me most is that the BYD is very entertaining and high-tech. For example, the car is equipped with an amazing stereo system which enables the driver to enjoy driving over listening to the music. Also, the GPS navigation system is set up so that it can provide drivers the most convenient way to go to the destinationLAST, the brand name BYD means a guarantee of security and safety to them, which is the biggest issue for them when they decide to purchase. . It will definitely make me feel confident and boost my self-esteem when I socialize with others.。
