摘要：PURPOSE:To provide the subject conjugated fiber excellent in radiation ability of far infrared rays and having high fiber strength, flexion resistance and peeling resistance by using a thermoplastic polymer containing a compound capable of radiating a specified amount of far infrared rays as the sheath component and a thermoplastic polymer as the core component. CONSTITUTION:(A) A thermoplastic polymer such as polyethylene terephthalate containing a compound such as alumina or magnesia capable of radiating far infrared rays in an amount of >=3wt.% of the weight of the total fiber is used as the sheath component and (B) a thermoplasitc polymer such as polyethylene terephthalate or polyester is used as the core component to obtain the objective fiber suitable for a fiber web or a fiber-intertwined unwoven fabric.
