华为决定起诉美 国政府
Huawei said it had filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas challenging the constitutionality(宪 法 ) of Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization(授权) Act (NDAA), a section signed into law by the US president in August that banned federal agencies and their contractors from procuring(取得) its equipment and services.

In a press conference on Thursday, the company claimed the US government has failed to produce evidence to back up concerns that the company poses a security threat, and it said the US government has acted unconstitutionally.
