1.形容词和副词最高级的构成
1)hard hardest great greatest

一般情况在词尾直接加est;以字母e结尾的只加st;重读闭音节词尾只有一个辅音字母时,先双写该辅音字母,再加est;以辅音字母+y结尾的先变y为i再加est;在多音节和部分双音节词的词前加most或least;此外还有一些不规则变化的单词,需要我们特殊背诵。

2.最高级的用法
1)我是我们班最高的。

I'm_the_tallest_in_our_class.
2)他是三个人中跳得最高的。

He_jumps_highest_of_the_three_people.
表示三者或三者以上的人或事物的比较,其中一个在某方面超过其他几个时,我们要用形容词或副词的最高级,在句子的后面可以用of (in)短语来表示比较的范围,形容词的最高级前面一般要加定冠词the。

副词最高级前面的the可以省去。

请学生们做前面课时训练部分。
