I'm Betty. Last Sunday I celebrated my 14th birthday.
My parents planned a big party for me and my friends.
My mother made a list of all the friends that I
wanted to invite. She also helped me make invitation
cards and send them to each of my friends. The contents
of each card were not the same. Then, she took me to the market and we bought balloons, masks, hats and so on to make the room beautiful. We ordered a cake and the cake was a white house with colorful chocolate. When we got home, we started to work. We hung the balloons on the walls, doors and windows. We arranged the masks and hats. Each friend would pick his or her favorite in this way. My mother spent a lot of time in the kitchen cooking delicious food. In the evening, my friends poured in.
