一、教学目标
(一)知识与技能
1.学生能够理解并运用本节课所学的词汇和短语,如“goal, champion, succeed, achieve, confident, skill, powerful, strength, weakness, practice, improve”等,描述运动员的成功之路和自己的目标。

stress为不可数名词,意为“精神压力;心理负担。

enough作副词时,要放在形容词/副词后,即后置。
