IV.Presentation: Countable and Uncountable Words Game Present the students with different vocabulary words. Have
them decide, which are countable and which are uncountable.
T: What do you see.
S:Grapes.
T:Are they countable or uncountable?
S: Countable
T:Continue in this way for several different foods. Have the
foods fall into the right categories on the PPT as the students
name them.
V.Make Your Own Fruit Salad Game
T: Have the students read out the title and identify the meaning
of key words like “own.”
S: Respond accordingly
T:How do we make a fruit salad? What is step 1?
S: Cut up the vegetables.
T: Cut up the vegetables? Are we making a vegetable salad?
S: Cut up the fruit.
T: What is step 2?
S: Put them in a bowl.
T: Continue the process of eliciting the information from the
students accordingly.
VI.Perform the Fruit Salad Chant!
T: Have the students read out the lyrics
S: Clap and chant through all togethe
T:Repeat until they have learned it well.

Real Outcomes
Students were able to learn the steps for making a fruit salad well. They also demonstrated greater mastery over the grammar related to asking questions with is there/ are there? Self-Reflection
I was glad to take time to review the key grammar the students struggled with on their test as well as to reinforce the concept of countable and uncountable in class. Students demonstrated their understanding in answering.。
