教材分析:
Book 4 Unit 2 的主题是“housework”, “Lesson 1 Can you clean t he windows ?”的语言功能是能用can表达做家务的能力,并熟练运用句型进行交流。
二.学情分析:
本课的教学对象是四年级学生,四年级学生的个性差异较大,自主学习的意识增强,他们对英语的学习已有一定的基础,能够用英语交流简单的信息。
在新语言点的学习过程中,教师要尽可能多地制造较好的语言环境,给学生充足的机会,让学生大胆实践,积极参与,形成积极的情感态度和自主学习的能力。
同时,四年级的学生具备了一定的合作能力,小组活动中,小组长能担任起“小老师”的角色,组织学习。
在教学中,教师要面向全体学生,以学生的进展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习爱好放在首位,让每一个学生都爱上英语的学习。

三、教学目标:

(1)听说认读单词:clean shoe window housework
(2)能够听明白、会说句型:“Can you clean the windows?”“Yes, I can.”“No, I can’t.”
(3)在实际生活中能熟练运用所学语言进行表达。
2、情感态度目标:
通过师生、生生之间的交流,加强相互之间的了解,增进友谊,激发学生学习英语的爱好,培养学生爱劳动的良好品质,鼓舞学生关心父母做力所能及的家务。

六、教学过程:
Activity 1 Warming-up
Greetings:T: Now class begins.Hello,boys and girls .
Ss: Hello, Miss Wang.
TPR : T: Now let’s listen ,say and do the actions, OK ? If I say “play,play”,you say “play basketball”.Are you clear? Let’s try!
T: play , play Ss: play basketball
T: watch, watch Ss: watch TV
T: read , read Ss: read a book
T: draw , draw Ss: draw pictures
T: play , play Ss: play the erhu
随着有节奏的动感音乐,教师边表演边说出动词,学生依照教师的提示,在表演的同时说出完整的短语。
(设计意图:上课一开始,通过TPR活动活跃了课堂气氛,节奏感十足的音乐激发了学生的爱好,吸引了学生的注意力,同时复习了学过的相关短语,为新知识的学习做了铺垫。

Activity 2: Presentation
1. 承接一位女同学的回答:我经常帮妈妈做家务。
T:How nice y ou are ! I think it must be a new word for you .(出示housework单词卡片)Before learning it ,please look at the screen.(课件出示mouth, abo
ut, cloudy)生读出单词后再出示ou,学生体会字母组合的发音,最终自己读出housework,找生读并当小老师领读。
(课件出示短语do housework)教师引领学生边表演边读。
2.出现LiMing 、Mum、Danny做家务的图片,引出课文。
T: Today, our friend LiMing、his mum and Danny plan to do housework. Now le t’s listen ,and try to find the answer to the question: What does mum a sk LiMing and Danny to do? (课件出示问题)(生观看课文动画) T:What does mum ask LiMing and Danny to do? (课件出示四幅图片,学生依照听到的内容选择正确的答案)
3. T:I think there are three new words for you .The first one is “c lean”.出示单词卡。
Before reading it , please read the words at the scree n. (课件出示单词speak ,season)学生读出学过的单词,体会ea字母组合的发音。
尝试自己读出新单词clean. The second new word is “window”.(课件由winner、win过渡到window,学生连续自主探究尝试读出新单词。
)教师手指教室的窗户:Because we are making a vedio,the curtains must be closed.But we do know there are windows behind the curtains. So rea d after me. 师生边指着一扇窗边说window.师演示指着两扇窗说windows,学生明白windows的含义。
师生反复指读window、windows. The last ne w word is “shoe”.教师指着自己的鞋读shoe,学生仿照。
指一只鞋读shoe,指两只鞋读shoes.
(设计意图:有了一定的英语基础,学生们能够通过单词拼读规律尝试着准确的读出新单词,教师及时抓住每一次机会,让学生动动脑,使学生越来越有信心、有爱好学英语。

4.比一比谁更快:T:Read the words I point as quickly as you can.
5.Back to the text, let’s listen and answer the question: What does mum say to LiMing?(课件出示问题,观看课文第二段视频)T: Children , w ho’d like to be mum and LiMing?学生戴头饰回答问题,并当小老师领读。
教师板书Can you clean your shoes? Yes, I can.
操练:chant: clean, clean, clean your shoes
Can you clean your shoes? 教师示范后集体读,分组加速读
(设计意图:为幸免枯燥无味地学习,通过朗朗上口的chant操练巩固重点句型是不错的选择,通过从一组到四组分组读,速度逐步加快,激发学生的挑战性。

6.Go on the listen and answer the question: What does mum say to Danny?(课件出示问题,观看课文第三段)两名学生戴mum 和Danny的头饰回答问题,并当小老师领读,教师板书。
7.T:Danny can’t clean the windows.He can clean the floor. Can h
e clean the floor well? Let’s go on to listen !(观看课文最后一段视频)得出结论:What a pity! Danny can’t clean the floor well.

Activity3: Practice
1.Play a guessing game.
课件显示图片,但图片被遮挡住大部分,学生靠提示猜clean the floor /clean the windows/clean your shoes/clean your schoolbag.共猜四幅图,其中后两幅图的遮盖物逐步褪去,增加趣味性。
2.Let’s talk. T: Talk about the pictures on the screen with your p arteners.And ask someone to show.
3.Let’s do. T:Take out your papers and fill in the form. (教师利用投影仪演示,学生小组内完成调查)Who’d like to come here to show us your survey.生利用投影仪展现自己的调查表并逐个介绍组内成员能做什么家务。
