中華小姐環球大賽乃鳳凰衛視有限公司舉辦及製作的賽事。

2013中華小姐環球大賽
美洲賽區由鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司主辦。

大賽宗旨為拉近全球華人距離、建立華人新生代美麗標準，推崇“美麗與智慧同行，內在與外在兼修”，是美麗與活力、勇敢與智慧、個性與愛心的華人新女性形象展示，以「高標準、高定位、高品味」的「三高」為原則，打造高端型的全球性選美賽事。

參賽資格：
任何女性符合下列條件均可參賽。

1.參賽者必須為從未有過任何形式的婚姻、從未有過生育的女性自然人；
2.參賽者必須為18－28周歲（以2013年10月01日為準，即出生日期在1985年10月1日—1995年10月1日之間）；
3.參賽者必須擁有華人血統；
4.參賽者必須持有有效身份證件及旅遊證件；美洲賽區參賽者必須持有美洲當地合法居留
證件；
5.參賽者必須有良好的外型基礎，身體健康，身高在1.65m以上，身材勻稱，五官端正；
6.參賽者必須受過良好的正規教育，大專以上學歷或在讀，具備良好的交流與溝通能力；
7.參賽者必須無任何不良或犯罪記錄，且無裸體照片刊登於任何成人雜誌及互聯網上。

參賽協議及注意事項：
1.參賽者保證向大賽提供的所有個人資料，包括但不限於報名表、照片、個人簡歷、學歷
證明、在讀證明、視頻圖像資料均真實有效。

否則，一經發現，大賽組委會有權立即取消其參賽資格，並要求其賠償大賽因此而遭受的經濟及聲譽損失；
2.參賽者的姓名、形象（包括報名及網絡面試時提供或形成的照片、視頻圖像）、聲明（陳述）都可能被拍攝及在現有的全球媒體（或今後出現的媒體）播出。

以上這些資料的使用取决於鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司。

另外，參賽者同意鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司使用參賽者本人參賽過程的部分或全部內容。

參賽者的一切個人及參賽資料有可能在全球媒體的廣告或節目中出現，包括（不僅限於）電視、報刊雜誌、廣播及互聯網；
3.參賽者在參賽過程中應服從鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司的安排和管理，如有違反者，鳳凰衛
視美洲有限公司有權取消其參賽資格。

由此造成的損失由參賽者負責；
4.參賽者完全理解並同意所有的條款規定及自己的權利，包括（不僅限於）版權等內容。

在參賽過程中，全程的一切內容及其更新、發展，鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司享有版權。

所有內容將有可能在全球任何地域及媒體出現（不論是現有的還是即將出現的媒體），並不獲得任何報酬；
5.參賽者明白及同意晋級的選擇權完全屬於鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司及其委任之評委，最終
結果定出後，落選者沒有權利做出任何上訴等行為；
6.參賽者明白任何參賽者在任何地方都沒有權利制止或中斷活動的發展、製作及宣傳，任
何由此引起的糾紛及造成的損失都由責任方（參賽者）向鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司作出賠償；
7.如果本協議中任何條款與現行法律相抵觸，則此條款無效，但不影響本協議中其他條款
的生效；
8.鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司擁有對此活動的最終解釋權並可隨時修訂參賽條款及賽制，而毋
需事先通知及解釋；
9.鳳凰衛視美洲有限公司員工及家屬都不得參加本次比賽；
10.參賽者如果已經與任何公司簽訂經紀或類似合約，應自行與簽約公司解决所有有關許可其參加大賽的事宜，並在報名時書面告知組委會。

2013 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of The Americas Contest Rules and Regulations
(English)
Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant event is presented and operated by Phoenix Satellite Holdings Limited. Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. is authorized to delegate the entire operation of the Americas contest of 2013 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant. The Pageant aims to help global Chinese come closer and set a new standard of beauty for modern Chinese woman, who is not only revered for her beauty, but also compassion, vigor, fortitude, and intelligence. In living up to its reputation of a company that delivers the highest level of quality, standard and service, Phoenix Satellite Television has been devoted to organize a truly remarkable event for the global Chinese community.
Eligibility Requirements:
Any participant who meets the following requirements is able to participate in the 2013 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of The Americas.
1.The Americas’ Applicant must have been born female, who have never been married and never have been pregnant;
2.The Americas’ Applicant must be at least 18 years of age and has not attained 28 years of age (subject to October 1, 2013, that is, the birthday is between October 1, 1985 to October 1, 1995);
3.The Americas’ Applicant must born as Chinese descent;
4.Applicants must have a valid ID and be able to travel internationally; The Americas’ Applicant must hold valid documents for its legal residency in the Americas;
5.The Americas’ Applicant must be in good health condition with good look and figure; Minimum height requirement is 5.4 feet (165 cm) and above;
6.The Americas’ Applicant must have a college education or be a current student, and must possess strong communication abilities;
7.The Americas’ Applicant can not possess any criminal record and must not have any nude photograph's or images of themselves published in any shape or form via media including (without limitation) film, tape, still photography, or the Internet;
Acknowledgement:
1.The Americas’ Applicant must ensure that all personal information provided including but not limited to application form, photos, resume, proof of degree, proof of education institution enrolment and video are all true and valid. If such information shall be deemed invalid, the Pageant Committee reserves and holds the right to disqualify the Applicant’s eligibility, any hereby dispute and damage should be compensated by the responsible party (applicant) to Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc.
2.In consideration of permitting Applicant to participate in this event, the Applicant hereby grants Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. and any affiliates, approved video or entertainment organizations, and all of their respective agents, successors, licensees and/or assignees, the right
to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) the Applicant’s voice, appearance and/or name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or exploit any and all such reproductions containing the Applicant’s voice and/or appearance in any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, video, printing, the Internet, or any other media now known or hereafter created, including also with respect to merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, the right to use the Applicant’s name and information in connection with the following: The rights granted henceforth are universal and shall endure perpetually, and no compensation shall be payable to the Applicant at any time in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. or their affiliates, or approved video or entertainment organizations, to photograph or otherwise reproduce the Applicant’s voice, appearance or name, or to make sue of any of the rights granted herein. These rights many be assigned by Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S) Inc. at their sole and complete discretion.
3.The Americas’ Applicant should be subordinate to the arrangements by Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc., otherwise any hereby dispute and damage should be compensated by the responsible party (applicant) to Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc.
4.The Americas’ Applicant totally understands and agrees all the terms and conditions and their rights, including (but not limited) contents about copyright. During the contest, Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. has the copyright of all the content, as well as its updates and development. All the content may be displayed in the worldwide or any regional media (whether it is existing or any other media hereafter created) without getting any remuneration.
5.The Americas’ Applicant understands and agrees Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc. and its appointed judges have the right to select the participants. After the final result, failed applicant has no right to reject, appeal or conduct any related activities.
6.The Americas’ Applicant understands that they have no right to restrict or interrupt the development, production and promotion of the contest. Any hereby dispute and damage should be compensated by the responsible party (applicant) to Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc.
7.If any provisions hereof are or should become inconsistent with any present law, such provision shall be deemed to be rescinded. In all other respects this Agreement shall continue and remain in full force and effect.
8.Phoenix Satellite Holdings Limited has the final interpretation of this pageant and may amend the terms and entry system at any time without any notice and explanation;
9.The Americas’ Applicant can not be an employee or relative of Phoenix Satellite Television (U.S.) Inc., or Phoenix Satellite Holdings Limited.
10.If the Americas’ Applicant is currently signed to or in the process of signing a contract with a management firm, manufacturing company, or media company, any issues related to the permission of attending other contests should be solved by applicant himself/herself with the signed company, and the Pageant Committee of 2012 Miss Chinese Cosmos should be informed in written form during the application process.。
