电风扇摇头机构机械原理课程设计说明书
一、选题:电风扇摇头机构设计与选优
1、选题背景
自1908年,美国的埃克发动机及电气公司,研制成功世界上最早的齿轮驱动左右摇头的电风扇。

这种电风扇防止了不必要的三百六十度转头送风,而成为以后销售的主流。

2、设计要求
本题目要求设计能电风扇叶片以1450r/min的速度转动送风,同时每10秒完成一次90?的摇头,且往复行程的急回系数k=1.02(方案号:3),从而使电风扇能够匀速地向90?范围送风。

二、原始数据及设计要求分析
1 电风扇叶轮直径=,300;
2 叶轮转速=1450r/min;
3 摇头周期T=10 s;
4 行程的急回系数k=1.02;
5 动力源是电动机;
6 摇头过程要求尽量匀速且往复行程速度变化小;
7 作为家用电器,要求噪声小、重量轻、结构紧凑,制造方便。

三、工艺动作分解
1、电风扇工作可分为两个部分:
(1) 风扇叶轮的旋转;
(2) 风扇叶轮的摆头。

2、运动按性质分解:
(1) 叶轮旋转叶轮回转运动
(2) 摆头运动往复摆动
四、机构设计步骤
1、方案选型与评价
综上分析,运动机构就是将连续旋转运动转化为连续往复摆动,可选择的的有曲柄摇杆机构,曲柄摇块机构,摆动导杆机构,摆动从动凸轮机构,,双摇杆机构,以及齿轮齿条机构。

经过选择组合之后,选出一下方案:

(1) 双摇杆机构
采用双摇杆机构,电动机工作带动叶轮做回转运动,同时经过减速箱,蜗轮蜗杆减速后,带动连杆为双摇杆机构的主动件,将旋转运动转化为摇杆的摆动,带动叶轮主轴的摆动。

优点:四杆机构结构紧凑,重量轻
缺点:具有急回特性,不够匀速。

(2) 齿轮齿条+圆柱凸轮机构

电动机转动直接带动蜗轮蜗杆运动,蜗轮再通过2k-H负号轮系机构减速再进过
锥形齿轮进行换向,进而带动同轴的圆柱凸轮转动,凸轮的推杆带动齿轮做直线往复
运动,使得与之啮合的齿轮做往复摆动90度运动。

优点:运动连续性好,采用凸轮可以准确实现预定运动。

缺点:机构复杂,制造困难,有多个齿轮会产生一定噪音。

(3)摆动凸轮

特点:传动准确,凸轮运动精确,但是摆动角度有限,而且凸轮易磨损,不宜维护。

(4)蜗轮蜗杆加链传动,摆动导杆

特点:精确平稳,结构紧凑,但是机构急回特性明显

(5)斜齿轮加曲柄摇块机构

特点:采用斜齿轮精确传动,使运动匀速
(6)不完全齿轮齿条机构

电风扇的叶片和电机(3)固定于电机座齿轮(5)上,电机后端输出转速使锥形齿轮4转动,4齿轮与6齿轮啮合(6齿轮与5齿轮同轴但可相对转动),6齿轮再与齿轮7啮合,齿轮7带动不完全齿轮2转动,不完全齿轮2相对的四分之一圆上有齿(如上图所示),这样在如图示的角度,假设齿轮2逆时针转动: 2转过0-90?时:2与齿条1啮合,2与齿轮5脱离,带动齿条向做移动,齿条于电机

齿轮5啮合便使5逆时针转过90度;
2转过90-180?时:2与齿条1脱离,直接与齿轮5啮合,又使5顺时针转过90?;
2转过180-270?时:过程同转过0-90?时;
2转过270-360?时:过程同转过90-180?时。

特点:结构紧凑,连续性好,机构新颖。

重量大,不符合小型家电的要求。

2、原动机的设计
原动件选择三相异步电动机,叶轮旋转的转速为1450r/min,所以不需要减速,所选电动机的输出转速也需要是1450r/min。

3、传动机构的设计
蜗轮蜗杆传动可以实现大传动比减速,改变运动平面。

定轴齿轮传动虽然传动比小,但是易于制造安装。

2k-H轮系机构传动,可以实现大传动比减速,但是制造加工相对复杂。

锥形齿轮传动传动比较小,可以改变运动方向。

4、主要机构的设计
双摇杆机构的重量轻,体积小;
圆柱凸轮加齿轮齿条结构新颖、紧凑,运动连续性好。

5、机械系统运动方案的拟定与比较
最终经比较,选择了方案1和方案2。

方案1(双摇杆机构)结构简单,重量轻,符合小家电要求。

方案2(圆柱凸轮+齿轮齿条):虽然结构复杂,但是方案新颖,运动连续性好。

6、机构尺寸设计
方案一:双摇杆机构
根据已知条件固定杆长设计为40mm,急回系数k=1.02,摆头角度90度使用matlab软件进行编程

方案二:齿轮齿条+圆柱凸轮机构
圆柱凸轮如图所示为三段等速曲线,根据电风扇的摆头周期是10s,直接带动
电风扇摆头的大齿轮就是5s摆90度,也就是3r/min,大齿轮摆90度(0.25圈)同时圆柱凸轮转1.5圈,所以圆柱凸轮转速等于6倍大齿轮的转速
传动比 i 约 = 1450/18 = 80.56
行程的急回系数k=1 . 02,故大齿轮每周期平均转速为3r/min,设: ''同向时:n,3,,nH ,Hn3,n

六、机构运动仿真
在此次课程设计中,我们使用inventor软件进行运动仿真,首先对各个零部件进行造型,再通过添加约束,装配到一起,应用运动分析对整个机构进行运动仿真,设定时间,对其录像,检验运动的正确,再做调整。

渲染效果及运动方针截图见书前彩图。

七、设计心得
特别高兴我们可以有这次机会来进行机械原理课程设计,来将我们学到的理论知识应用到实例之中,在实际进行的过程中我们发现很多错误,很多不足,在这个过程中不断完善自己的设计,我们明白了看似再简单的设计实际操作都有很多的问题,让我们受益良多。

在尺寸设计时我们应用的matlab,一个以前没接触过的软件,我们学习编程计算出四杆的尺寸,在我们仿真时,对inventor软件又有了更深的理解应用,从造型到装配再到运动仿真,参数输出,效果渲染我们都对其进行应用,在这个过程中我们还要感谢助教路遥老师给我们的帮助,在我们遇到困难时给予提点、建议。
