【摘要】Objective To investigate the effect of intestinal detergents combination therapy in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis. Methods120 patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital were divided into a study group and a control group. Comprehensive treatment and Intestinal detergent combination treatment were used respectively in the control group and the study group.ResultsThe Chid-Pugh score, serum endotoxin levels, lactulose and mannitol excretion rate ratio (L / M) of the comprehensive treatment were lower than the control group
(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of intestinal
detergents can effectively improve the intestinal barrier function of patients with cirrhosis, and reduce toxin levels.%目的：探讨肠道去污剂联合疗法对肝硬化患者的治疗作用。
方法选择我院收治的120例肝硬化患者，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。
对照组采取综合治疗，研究组在此基础上应用肠道去污剂联合疗法。
结果研究组治疗Chid-Pugh分值、血清毒素水平与乳果糖与甘露醇排出率比值（L/M）均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。
结论肠道去污剂联合疗法能够有效提高肝硬化患者的肠道屏障作用，降低毒素水平。
