我们深知，省委办公厅、省政府办公厅转发的《关于进一步规范中小学办学行为，深入实施素质教育的意见》，以及苏州市教育局下发的相关文件，都强调了控制学生在校时间，提高教学质量的重要性。
面对新的教学形势，我们这届学生面临着课时减少的挑战，同时也有其他地方采取了如利用教育电视频道共享优质教师资源的策略。
面对这些情况，我们学校领导和教师深感责任重大，同时也有着危机感。
正是这种责任心和危机感，促使我们采取了年级分管制、领导蹲点制等措施，确保教学质量。
我们要求领导下沉到教学一线，与师生共同学习、进步，及时发现并处理教学中的问题。
质量是学校的生命。
虽然我们还在高二，但我们一直以“准高三”的标准严格要求师生。
我们高二年级质管组成员每周都有例会，商讨教育教学工作的问题及解决方案。
每个班级都经常进行班级分析会，及时了解并处理班级中的突出问题。
作为高二的学生，本学期肩负着艰巨的任务。
江苏省自20__年进入新课程，本届学生将在20__年参加高考，这是新高考方案实行的第四年。
高考的统考科目是语文、数学、外语三门学科，总分为480分。
为此，我们语文、数学和外语三门学科的老师都渗透高考的要求，努力帮助学生成功。

家长会上，崔广民校长做了热情而生动的讲话，代表学校感谢家长一直以来对学校的大力支持，然后向全体家长介绍了目前学校的升学率情况、近期的发展和以后的前景，并向家长们提出了一些教育孩子的建议，针对当前如何预防校园安全、进行了具体讲解，希望家长加强与学校的沟通、加强与子女的沟通，为共同教育好孩子而努力。
