The Information Needed From The Applicants For
Heavy Oil Thermal Pilot Service Contract
Applicant is required to provide the following information.
1.Has the Applicant executed Service Contracts for Thermal Pilot Heavy Oil Projects covering
design, purchase, construct, installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance? For how many years and at which locations?
2.Were any of the above services sub-contracted by the Applicant? If yes, provide details of the
subcontracted activities and details of the Subcontractor(s).
3.Applicant to provide details of the types of Steam Generators they have worked with and the
injection pressure, temperature ranges employed in the Thermal pilot they have operated.
4.Is the applicant capable to supply all the system and equipment for water treatment, steam injection,
production facility, fuel storage, flare etc. that are required for heavy oil thermal pilot projects?
Provide details of the capability.
5.Applicant to provide details of Thermal Pilot project equipment that are owned by the Applicant
and that can be readily mobilized.
6.Does the Applicant have certified manpower for operation and maintenance of Steam Generators?
Submit the Copies of certification from statutory bodies for such manpower?
7.What is the total strength of skilled manpower employed by the Applicant? Provide brief of the
personnel that will be available for the subject project.
8.Did the Applicant execute at least two Services Contracts during last 15 years, having total
minimum value USD 40 million. Provide the details as below.
9.Is the Applicant capable to handle an additional contract of approx. value of USD 30 million? If no,
what is the range of contract value that applicant can handle?
10.Has any of the Applicant’s earlier Contracts terminated prematurely or had claims against it for
improper or delayed or non-compliant work, or failure to meet guaranteed performance?
11.Provide details of Applicants HSE compliance readiness and HSE performance record.

12.Provide the following details of;
o Last 5 service contracts executed.
o Current contracts being executed.
The following copy is needed for the five biggest value contracts:
1-Title page with contract number and page with signatures of both parties.
2-Page of detailed work scope.
3-Page of start and expiry data of contract.
4-Page of total value of the contract.
5-Official document from their clients regarding to their evaluation to the services
