摘要： Methods and apparatus for forming a closure structure in practice plate (133) for a container body (153) having a non-cylindrical side wall. A new configuration of notch forming tool (94) used to place a surrounding notch line (102) defining a separable practical panel (112), close to the closure wall (100) fitting around the entire periphery at the open end of the sidewall of said container. Separating said panel leaves no obstruction to the withdrawal of solid packaging container. The detachable panel (112) consists of a multi-layer fold (127) of sheet metal which is seated against the inner periphery of said panel, so as to protect the twisted residual metal remaining with the panel after separation along said line peripheral notch. Placing preselected manner an integrated opening system elongated (148) as found on various panels of the end walls of non-circular configuration, and a new form of clamping member (170) allows assembly of a desired clamper holder for an outer joint edge, of said end closure in a sheet metal container body.
