探讨综合护理干预在小儿高热惊厥护理中的应用效果

【摘要】Objective:To analyze the practical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with febrile seizures.Methods:A total of 82 children with febrile seizures were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.On the basis of the treatment for the control group, the observastion group were treated with nursing intervention.Then compare convulsions disappearance and hospitalization time and recurrence rate of the two groups and analyse serum biochemical indicators of the two groups of (serum potassium, serum sodium, blood sugar).Results:After treatment, the disappearance time and hospitalization time and serum biochemical indexes of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01).The relapse rate of the observation group was 7.3%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 24.4% Statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The practical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with febrile seizures is significant and can be generalized.%目的:分析在小儿高热惊厥患者中运用综合护理干预的实际价值. 方法:选取某院收治的82例小儿高热惊厥患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上,观察组行综合护理干
预.对比两组惊厥消失和住院时间以及复发率,分析两组血清生化指标(血钾、血钠、血糖).结果:护理后,两组惊厥消失时间和住院时间以及血清生化指标对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的复发率是7.3%,对照组的复发率是24.4%,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05). 结论:在小儿高热惊厥患者中运用综合护理干预的实际价值显著,可推广.
