Preparation:
The procedures for the strain gage attachment are as follows:
a. Surface is prepared using 600 and 1000 grit silicon carbide paper.
b. M-prep Conditioner A and Neutralizer are applied to remove residue.
c. Rosette strain gages are attached on the PCB board surface near component.
d. The set-up is connected to the measurement system,Vishay 6100 system, and data
is recorded every 0.002(500Hz).
Results & Discussions:
•Figure 3 shows strain measurement of GN Septimus PCBA 28-02944-B at the FCT station. Data is acquired during the testing at this station.
•Result of strain measurement is shown in the table 1, and Figure 4 shows the result of measurement refered from acceptable guideline. Table 2 shows the result of measurement refered from time history measurement data.
•Graph plot of result data as compared IPC guideline is shown in the Figure 4.

Result :
The strain measurement has been completed and the result of the FCT fixture modified by TE was acceptable .
