1. Introduction
Emergency medicine is a clinical discipline that provides immediate medical care for patients with acute medical conditions or traumatic injuries. The goal of emergency medicine is to diagnose and treat the patients as quickly as possible to prevent further complications or death.
In recent years, the number of international patients seeking medical care has increased, and many of them are not fluent in the local language. Therefore, it is essential to develop an emergency medicine curriculum in English to meet the needs of these patients.
