I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. Firstly, the service was extremely slow and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. We had to wait for a long time to be seated and then waited even longer to place our order. It was frustrating and ruined the entire dining experience.
Furthermore, the quality of the food was not up to par. The dishes we ordered were either undercooked or overcooked, and the presentation was lackluster. It was clear that the kitchen staff was not paying attention to the details,
which resulted in a disappointing meal.
In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky, and the overall atmosphere was unhygienic. It was off-putting and made us question the overall standards of the establishment.
Moreover, the attitude of the manager when we raised our concerns was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of addressing our issues and offering a solution, he seemed to brush off our complaints and made us feel like our feedback was unwelcome.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your restaurant. I expected better service, food quality, and cleanliness, and I feel that my expectations were not met.
