Then we realized that we should probably pay attention to where we’re going, so we wouldn't get lost. The part of the path that was supposed to take us back to the car seemed nowhere to be found! So we left the marked path,in
the hope of finding our way back. We found a cycling path and followed it to a parking lot. Sadly it wasn’t our parking lot! A map at that parking lot showed us where all the other parking lots were and we noticed we were a long way from all of them! Except that,we couldn’t know which one was “our”parking lot.
We decided not to walk towards any of them. Instead we walked up to a house nearby.A lady was unloading(卸载)her food from her car,and we asked if she could help us. We described to her where we had come from and what the roads looked like. She immediately knew the place we described and said that we were a long way off. 9.答案:Some students are often late for class because they get up late. Getting up late not only affects their studies but also is a bad habit. To get up early is a good habit, for it can do you much good.
Getting up early can help you to be healthy. The air in the morning is fresh. If you breathe such air, it does you a lot of good. In the morning you can have some sports, too. This can make you stronger. The fresh air and quietness in the morning even make you think more quickly than any other time of the day and memorize what you have learned easily.
Getting up early can also help you to train your character. Some students can get up early, but some can not. This needs perseverance. There is a saying in English, ―Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. This is very true.
I hope everyone will form the good habit of getting up early.

Hello everyone. My name is George Smith, from our college hospital. I’ve been asked to speak to you, this afternoon on exercise. I guess most of what I’m going to say isn’t new to you. However, I want you to take a fresh look at exercise.
I’m a runner myself. I got into it when I was 16, and I’ve been running for 27 years now. Every morning I get up and go out to the run for about 3 miles before having breakfast. It helps me a lot.
Is running the only supports that can help us? No. In fact, exercise of any kind seems to be the key to better health. Do a little exercise each day. A ten- minute walk is plenty to start you on the course to long-term exercise.
You should check with your doctor before you begin any hard exercise, especially if you’re over 30 years old. If you choose to try running, increase your running distance every time you run. For instance, if you choose to run twice a week, start with half a mile and the next time try three-quarters of a mile. If you stop running for more than a couple days, don’t try to pick it up where you left off. Start。
