ס - April 30, 2001 another one of which is connected an output line leading to an end user of said filter; an optical fiber of predetermined length constituting a loop (8) serving as delay line connected at one of its free ends to yet another one of said plurality of connection ports, and at the other one of said free ends to still another one of said plurality of connection ports, and a phase modulator (10) interposed in said fiber loop and adapted to selectively modulate the phases of said optical signals and, by interferometrically processing said signals, rendering said filter at any instant passable only by signals of a preselected wavelength.
