一、剑桥少儿英语学习系统的性质和目的剑桥少儿英语学习系统由教育部考试中心中英中心引进并主办。
引进该项目的目的在于落实教育部《全国教育事业九五计划和2010年发展规划》中教育要从"三个方面"出发，使教育事业适应未来需要的精神，适应我国基础教育从"应试教育"向"素质教育"的转变要求，使学生在轻松活泼的气氛中愉快地学习和使用英语，为其进一步学习提高奠定良好的基础。
