Fist of all,students' part-time job is regarded as a platform to contact society,some of them accepts that they must step into society sooner or later,the earlier they touch society,the more professional experience they will gain. Students can get different degrees of improvements in practicing as well as socializing. And then,it is beneficial for students to anneal their own wills and qualities,simultaneously,sorts of good merits lay the foundation to job search.
