变风量(V A V)系统空调调试工法1 前言变风量(V A V)空调系统是一种通过改变送风量来调节室内温湿度的空调系统。
变风量空调系统60年代起源于美国，自80年代开始在欧美、日本等国得到迅速发展，最重要的原因是变风量空调系统巨大的节能优势。
而在我国，随着国民经济的快速发展，人们的生活品质正在逐步提高，对室内的空气环境的要求也越来越高。
为了满足人们的需要，建筑物空调系统正在快速的普及和发展。
与此同时，建筑物的能耗也越来起大。
然而全球气候变暖，因此，在满足人们需要的同时，必须利用现代先进的自动控制系统，大力开发节能型空调系统。
应对于新型空调系统，采用新型的检测调试方法。
为了不影响工程交工验收和数据的准确性，总结了个别工程的经验，为我公司的变风量(VAV)系统的检测调试提供依据。
特编制本工法。
2 工法特点变风量空调系统由空调机组和末端装置(V A V BOX)组成，末端装置(V A V BOX)箱安装于吊顶内，与末端风口采用带强度的保温软管进行连接。
一般VA V BOX均带2-5个风口，风量的调节全部在吊顶内完成，因此检测时，需要其它专业施工到位，方能编制检测调试方案以及平衡调整。
3 适用范围本工法适用于负荷变化较大的建筑物，如：办公大楼，多区域控制的建筑物以及公用回风通道建筑物。
3.1 负荷变化较大的建筑物由于变风量可以减少送风机和供冷、暖的能量(因为可利用灯光及人员等热量)，故负荷变化较大的建筑物可以采用变风量系统。
若建筑物的玻璃窗面积比例小，外墙传热系数小，室外气候对室内影响较小，则不适合采用变风量系统。
因为部分气候时的负荷能量较小。
例如办公大楼，一旦建筑物内有人员聚集和灯光关闭开启，负荷就接近尖峰；人员离开和灯光关闭负荷就变小，因此负荷变化较大。
再如图书馆或公式建筑，具有较大面积的玻璃幕墙和有较大负荷变化的时间长。
3.2 多区域控制的建筑物多区瑾控制的建筑物适合采用变风量系统，因此变风量系统在设备安装上比较灵活，因此用于多区域时，比一般传统的系统更为经济节能。

空调是空气调节的简称，是使室内空气温度、湿、清洁度和气流速度（简称四度）保持在一定范围内的一项环境工程技术，它满足生活舒适和生产工艺两大类的要求。
空调的发展历史在二十世纪六,七十年代,美国地区发生罕见的干旱天气,为解决干旱缺水地区的空调冷热源问题,美国率先研制出风冷式冷水机,用空气散热代替冷却塔,其英文名称是:Air cool Chiller,简称为Chiller!在空调历史中，美国已经发展和改进了有风管的中央单元式系统，并得到了正在现场安装和修理有风管的单元式空调系统的空调设备分销商和经销商的强力支持。
WRAC是最简单和最便宜的系统，能够很容易的在零售商店中购得，并在持续高温来的时候自己安装。
同时，无风管的SRAC和SPAC自70年代起在有别于美国市场的动力下在日本得到发展和改进。
之后，设备设计和制造技术在90年代被转让到中国，这是通过与当地公司(包括主要元件如压缩机、热交换器、电劝机、精细阀和电子控制器的本地制造商)组成的合资公司进行的。
在90年代中国也从其它先进国家吸收了较大型空调设备的先进高新技术，并与多数是美国的大公司组成合资企业。
现今，中国已是一个顶级国家，她的当地主要工厂和合资企业制造了大量SRAC 和SPAC以满足增长的国内市场和出口需要。
日本过去几年在把SRAC和SPAC机组出口到中国、欧洲和中东以建立新的市场。
但是中国现今已是最大的空调出口国，在2001年出口的WRAC，SRAC和SPAC机组总数达500万台，2002年预计有750或800万台机组出口，而日本正在失去出口的地位。
按国家进行回顾美国美国是最大的空调市场，占世界总空调设备销售额的28％，大多数是有风管的单元式空调系统。
但是，热泵比例相对的低，在2001年以数量计占20％而以销售额计‘占30％。
美国空调市场与其它国家的差别，一些明显的原因是：大多数人居住在位于有广阔空间的郊区独立房屋内，可以更方便地为整个室内空间的舒适优先选择安装风管。
MAU和AHU的区别
MAU和AHU的区别MAU -- Make-up Air handling Unit全新风机组，欧美叫法，是提供新鲜空气的一种空气调节设备。
功能上按使用环境的要求可以达到恒温恒湿或者单纯提供新鲜空气。
工作原理是在室外抽取新鲜的空气经过除尘、除湿（或加湿）、降温（或升温）等处理后通过风机送到室内，在进入室内空间时替换室内原有的空气。
当然以上所提到的功能得根据使用环境的需求来定，功能越齐全造价越高。
OAC－－Outdoor air conditioner外气调和机组，日本叫法，同新风处理机组。
AHU -- Air Handling Unit空气处理机组。
主要是抽取室内空气(return air)和部份新风以控制出风温度和风量来并维持室内温度。
有Q/A,T/U之分，前者有高效处理器，而后者就没有！一般是组合型空调箱,洁净行业用得较多RCU -- Recirculation Unit循环机组FCU -- Fan Coil Unit风机盘管RA -- Return Air / RAC回风---SA送风EA排风PAU -- Pre-cooling (or Primary) air handling unit预冷空调箱。
对室外新风进行预处理，在送至风机盘管（FCU）。
FFU--Fan Filter Unit 风机过滤单元机组,用在洁净室送风FMU--Fan Module Unit 模块式风机单元用在洁净室送风HEPA (High efficiency particulate air Filter)，中文意思为高效过滤器，达到HEPA标准的过滤网，对于0.1微米和0.3微米的有效率达到99.998%，HEPA 网的特点是空气可以通过，但细小的微粒却无法通过。
它对直径为0.3微米（头发直径1/200）以上的微粒去除效率可达到99.7%以上，是烟雾、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介。
（抽烟产生的烟雾颗粒直径为0.5微米）它是国际上公认的高效过滤材料。

To minimize uncertainty and maintain accuracy the number of links in the chain of comparison must be minimized and the uncertainty for each link must be documented.This is the highest level of flow accuracy available from any microbial air sampler manufacturer.
