a=t W=12.5 L=50 P≌75 R=25(2)当L=5d=5.65A1/2时,试样被称为比例试样,试样的实际标距长度可修约为5mm的整倍数,但与L的差值应小于10%L。

This entrapped air causes the jack to respond slowly or feel “spongy.” The following procedure bleeds air from the system.1. Remove the jack from service, and place it on a level surface.2. Open the release valve by turning the handle all the way counterclockwise (CCW).3. Pump the handle six full strokes.4. Close the release valve by turning the handle all the way clockwise (CW).5. Pump the handle until the lift arm is fully extended.6. Lower the lift arm by turning the handle all the way counterclockwise (CCW).7. T est the jack for normal operation. If the saddle doesn’t rise to the correct height, repeat Steps 2–6. If this doesn’t solve the problem, call the Jackco Technical Services Dept. at (888) 4JACKCO.CAUTION: To prevent personal injury and damage to equipment,Study, understand, and follow all warnings and instructions. If the operator cannot read thisdocument, operating instructions and safety precautions must be read and discussed inthe operator’s native language.•Before using the service jack to lift a vehicle, refer to the vehicle service manual to determinerecommended lifting surfaces on the vehicle chassis.•Wear eye protection that meets ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA standards.•Inspect the jack before each use; do not use the jack if it’s damaged, altered, or in poorcondition. Take corrective action if any of the following conditions are found: cracked ordamaged housing; excessive wear, bending, or other damage; leaking hydraulic fluid; scoredor damaged piston rod; loose hardware; modified or altered equipment.• A load must never exceed the rated lifting capacity of the jack.•Use the jack on a hard, level surface. The jack must be free to roll without obstruction whilelifting or lowering the vehicle. T he wheels of the vehicle must be in the straight-ahead position,and the hand brake released.•Use the jack for lifting purposes only. Stay clear of a lifted load. Place support stands underthe axles before working on the vehicle. Do not move or dolly the vehicle while on the jack.•Center the load on the jack saddle. Off-center loads can damage seals and cause jack failure.Lift only dead weight.•Do not use blocks or other extenders between the saddle and the load being lifted.•Do not modify the jack or use adapters unless approved or supplied by Jackco.•Lower the jack slowly and carefully while watching the position of the jack saddle.•Use only automatic transmission fluid. The use of alcohol, hydraulic brake fluid, or transmission oil could damage seals and result in jack failure.This guide cannot cover every situation, so always do the job with saf ety first.Setup1. Loosen the screw on the front of the handle socket.2. Grease the socket opening. Insert the handle.3. Torque the screw to 120 in. lbs.Operation1. Close the release valve by turning the handle clockwise (CW) as far as it will go.2. Position the jack under the vehicle. CAUTION: Use the manufacturer’s recommended lifting points on the chassis.3. Pump the jack handle to raise the saddle to the contact point.3. Check the placement of the jack; the load must be centered on the jack saddle. CAUTION: Avoid wheel obstructions such as gravel, tools, or uneven expansion joints.4. Finish lifting the vehicle by pumping the handle. Do not attempt to raise the jack beyond its travel stops.5. Place approved support stands under the vehicle at points that will provide stable support. If any doubt exists as to the safe and proper use of this product as outlined in this factory authorized manual, remove from service. Inspect before each use. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked or otherwise damaged parts are noted. If the ram has been or suspected to have been subjected to a shock load (a load dropped suddenly, unexpectedly upon it), discontinue use until checked out by an authorized factory service center. Owners and operators of this equipment shall be aware that the use and subsequent repair of this equipment may require special training and knowledge. It is recommended that an annual inspection be done by qualified personnel and that any missing or damaged parts, decals, warning / safety labels or signs be replaced with factory authorized replacement parts only. Any kit that appears to be damaged in any way, is worn or operates abnormally shall be removed from service immediately until such time as repairs can be made. Labels and Owners Manuals are available from manufacturer (see Replacement Parts, pages 6, 7).PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONKTI Body Repair Kits are designed to be used for pushing, spreading, and pressing of vehicle body panels as well as various component parts and assemblies. A variety of attachments are included. Pumps are rated from 8,000 to 10,000 PSI. Rams are rated from 4 to 10 tons.WARNING: when extension tubes and/or offset attachments are used, the rated capacity is always reduced by 50 % for each tube or attachment connected. See Parts Section for identification of "offset" attachments.SPECIFICATIONSGENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION1. Ensure that attachments are fully engaged before applying load.2. Ensure that load is centrally applied to attachment or ram saddle. Do not load off center.3. Always monitor the force applied to workpiece by using a load cell and indicator or you may monitor pressure developed in the ram by using an inline pressure gauge, then calculate the applied force using the formula:F = P x A, where F = lbs force, P = pressure in PSI,and A = effective ram area in in². Ram Area of KTI-63705 is: 0.998 in² Ram Area of KTI-63711 is: 2.431 in²4. If bowing or bending of ram or any attachment occurs during use, "STOP", release pressureimmediately and reconsider application. Application may not be compatible with product, a ram kit with a higher capacity may be needed.BEFORE USE (refer to Figure 1)1. Inspect before each use. Do not use if bent,broken, leaking or damaged components are noted.2. Ensure that product and application are compatible.3. Check to ensure that all parts of your kit are included (see illustration and parts list).4. Carefully remove the dust caps and plugs from hose coupler and ram coupler.5. Connect hose coupler to ram coupler, ensure that there are no fluid leaks.6. Locate and open release valve. Pump handle a few strokes to purge air from system. Close release valve and pump handle until ram is fully extended,then open release valve until ram has fully retracted.7. With pump in normal, horizontal position, locate and open oil filler screw (located centrally on reservoir body). This will aid in the release of air trapped within the reservoir. Retighten the oil filler screw.8. If using air actuated units, an air source of at least 7.8 CFM @ 90psi is required.• Study, understand, and follow all instructions provided with and on this device before use.• Do not exceed rated capacity.• Use only on hard, level surfaces capable of sustaining rated capacity loads.• Do not open oil filler screw unless ram is fully retracted.• Always wear safety glasses when using this equipment.• Do not use as a vehicle lifting device or as a vehicle support.• When extension tubes and/or offset attachments are used, the rated capacity is always reduced by 50% for each tube or attachment connected.• Any attachment that is not loaded centrally, as through the centerline of the ram, is considered to be "offset". See parts section for identification of offset atachments.• Do not modify this device.• Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.WARNINGFigure 1- KTI-63705 and KTI-63711 NomenclatureOPERATIONNote: Inspect before each use for evidence of fluidleaks, damaged hydraulic fittings, bent or brokenattachments and missing parts.1. Locate and close release valve by turning itclockwise until firmly closed. (Do not over tighten)2. Operate by pumping handle. This will send fluidfrom the pump reservoir into the high pressure hoseassembly and into the ram assembly.3. Continue pumping until ram reaches desired height.To Release Pressure on work piece:Slowly, carefully turn the release valvecounterclockwise until ram retracts to desiredposition. Never turn release valve more than1/2 full turn. The ram return system is springloaded.MAINTENANCEImportant: Use only a good grade hydraulic jack oil.We recommend Mobil DTE 13M or equivalent.Reinstall oil filler screw. Avoid mixing different types offluid and Never use brake fluid, turbine oil,transmission fluid, motor oil or glycerin. Improper fluidcan cause premature failure of the ram and thepotential for sudden and immediate loss of load.3. Set pump in its level upright position.4. Fill with good quality oil to within 3/8" of the oil fillerscrew hole opening. Reinstall oil filler screw.LubricationA coating of light lubricating oil to pivot points andhinges will help to prevent rust and assure thatpump assemblies move freely.CleaningPeriodically check the pump piston and ram for signsof rust or corrosion. Clean as needed and wipe with anoily cloth.Note: Never use sandpaper or abrasive material onthese surfaces !StorageWhen not in use, store with the pump piston and ramfully retracted.TROUBLESHOOTING* "Bleeding off" means that jack begins to slowly lower rather than keep load at height.ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTYFor a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, KTI, will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, any of its products which fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, or which fails to conform to any implied warranty not excluded hereby.Performance of any obligation under this warranty may be obtained by returning the warranted product, freight prepaid, to K-Tool International 31111 Wixom Rd. ♦Applications
· Wireless communication system · Cellular, PCS, PHS, W-CDMA, WLAN
♦Description
P0120007P is a high performance GaAs MESFET housed in a low-cost SOT-89 package. Our originally developed "pulse-doped" channel structure has realized low distortion, which leads to high IP3. The channel structure also achieved an extremely low noise figure. The details about pulse-doped FET channel are described in our products catalog. Utilization of AuSn die attach has realized a low and stable thermal resistance. The lead frame is plated with Sn-Bi to make the device Pb-free. SEI’s long history of manufacturing has cultivated high device reliability. The estimated MTTF of the FET is longer than 15years at Tj of 150°C. You can see the details in Reliability and Quality Assurance.
