•使用市面所售的开关稳压器时,请将壳体接地端子和接地端子接地。

•因特性的个别差异以及光纤模块型号的不同,所有模块的最大感测距离或显示值可能不尽相同。
•如果在启用 APC 功能的情况下长时间使用传感器,LED 指示灯将承载沉重负荷。
在这种情况下,传感器因发光所需耗电量是恒定的,并将显示"END APC"。
传感器仍可继续使用。

NTS12-F04-PN6L-L02电感式传感器电感式传感器NTS10-F06-PN6L-L02(接近开关)是一种具有机械运动部件不直接接触,能对位置的开关操作,当物体接近感应开关表面一定的距离,不需要机械接触,也不需要任何压力就能使开关动作,从而驱动直流电或给电脑(PLC)装置提供控制指令。
接近开关是开关型传感器的一种(即无触点开关),它既有行程开关特性,同时也具有传感器的性能,性能稳定可靠,频率响应快,使用寿命长,抗干扰能力强等,并具有防水、防腐蚀、防震的特点。
电感式传感器NTS10-F06-PN6L-L02(接近开关)又称无触点接近开关,是理想的电子开关量传感器。
当金属检测体接近开关的感应区域,开关就能无接触,无压力、无火花、迅速发出电气指令,准确反应出运动机构的位置和行程,即使用于一般的行程控制,其定位精度、操作频率、使用寿命、安装调整的方便性和对恶劣环境的适用能力,是一般机械式行程开关所不能相比的。
它广泛地应用于机床、冶金、化工、轻纺和印刷等行业。
在自动控制系统中可作为限位、计数、定位控制和自动保护环节。
接近开关具有使用寿命长、工作可靠、重复定位精度高、无机械磨损、无火花、无噪音、抗振能力强等特点。
电感式传感器NTS10-F06-PN6L-L02(接近开关)特长:①由于能以非接触方式进行检测,所以不会磨损和损伤检测对象物。
②由于采用无接点输出方式,因此寿命延长(磁力式除外)采用半导体输出,对接点的寿命无影响。
③与光检测方式不同,适合在水和油等环境下使用检测时几乎不受检测对象的污渍和油、水等的影响。
此外,还包括特氟龙外壳型及耐药品良好的产品。
④与接触式开关相比,可实现高速响应⑤能对应广泛的温度范围⑥不受检测物体颜色的影响对检测对象的物理性质变化进行检测,所以几乎不受表面颜色等的影响。

PRECAUTIONS9.1 SYSTEM MATCHING PRECAUTIONS(1) Refer to the drawing.(2) To avoid wireless noise interference, please keep the antenna away from LCD control board.9.2 HANDLING PRECAUTIONS(1) The module should be assembled into the system firmly by using every mounting hole. Be carefulnot to twist or bend the module.(2) While assembling or installing modules, it can only be in the clean area. The dust and oil maycause electrical short or damage the polarizer.(3) Use fingerstalls or soft gloves in order to keep display clean during the incoming inspection andassembly process.(4) Do not press or scratch the surface harder than a HB pencil lead on the panel because thepolarizer is very soft and easily scratched.(5) If the surface of the polarizer is dirty, please clean it by some absorbent cotton or soft cloth. Do notuse Ketone type materials (ex. Acetone), Ethyl alcohol, Toluene, Ethyl acid or Methyl chloride. Itmight permanently damage the polarizer due to chemical reaction.(6) Wipe off water droplets or oil immediately. Staining and discoloration may occur if they left onpanel for a long time.(7) If the liquid crystal material leaks from the panel, it should be kept away from the eyes or mouth.In case of contacting with hands, legs or clothes, it must be washed away thoroughly with soap.(8) Protect the module from static electricity, it may cause damage to the C-MOS Gate Array IC.(9) Do not disassemble the module.(10) Do not pull or fold the lamp wire.(11) Pins of I/F connector should not be touched directly with bare hands.9.3 STORAGE PRECAUTIONS(1) High temperature or humidity may reduce the performance of module. Please store LCD modulewithin the specified storage conditions.(2) It is dangerous that moisture come into or contacted the LCD module, because the moisture maydamage LCD module when it is operating.(3) It may reduce the display quality if the ambient temperature is lower than 10 ºC. For example, theresponse time will become slowly, and the starting voltage of lamp will be higher than the roomtemperature.9.4 OPERATION PRECAUTIONS(1) Do not pull the I/F connector in or out while the module is operating.(2) Always follow the correct power on/off sequence when LCD module is connecting and operating.This can prevent the CMOS LSI chips from damage during latch-up.(3) The startup voltage of Backlight is approximately 1000 Volts.
