Freight carriers can supply the necessary damage forms upon request. 8. Retain all shipping material until an inspection has been made or waived.SPECIFICATIONSINSTALLATION - LocationUnits represented in this manual are intended for indoor use only. Be sure the location chosen has a floor or counter strong enough to support the total weight of the units. Reinforce the floor or counter if necessary to provide for maximum loading. For the most efficient operation, be sure to provide good air circulation inside and out. These units should be located so that they can be moved for service. Major service to the refrigeration system is done from the end of the cabinet. The outline dimensional drawings for the units are shown in Figures 3 and 4.MODEL DESCRIPTIONVOLTAGE AMPS PHRBC 4848” Refrigerated Back Counter48” Refrigerated Back Counter with Energy Star120 VAC (60 Hz) 230 VAC (50 Hz)120 VAC (60Hz) 220 VAC (50Hz) 6 (max) 3 (max)5.5 (max) 2.5 (max) 1 1 1 1RBC 6060” Refrigerated Back Counter60” Refrigerated Back Counter with Energy Star120 VAC (60 Hz) 220 VAC (50 Hz)120 VAC (60 Hz) 220 VAC (50 Hz) 6 (max) 3 (max)5.5 (max) 2.5 (max) 1 1 1 1MODEL DESCRIPTIONHEIGHT WIDTH LENGTHRBC 48 48” Refrigerated Back Counter40.00 In.29.50 In.48.00 In.RBC 6060” Refrigerated Back Counter40.00 In.29.50 In.60.00 In.INSTALLATION – Inside UnitTake care not to block air flow to the fans and allow space along the front, back and sides.INSTALLATION – Outside UnitBe sure that the unit has access to ample air; avoid hot corners and locations near stoves and ovens.CAUTION:This unit exhausts air to the bottom and the back. Do not seal the unit to the wall or set unit on a curb. The ventilation slots in the kickplate must remain open.INSTALLATION – LevelingBe sure that the units are placed on a firm, flat surface/floor. Check for cracks in flooring or tile and avoid these areas if possible. If necessary place support pads, properly rated for the weight of the unit, to “bridge” uneven or cracked flooring. Level unit accordingly.INSTALLATION – StabilizingUse the leg adjustments to insure that the unit is solid to the floor surface at all four contact points. Insure that the unit does not “rock” when pressure is applied to the top corners.INSTALLATION – Electrical WiringThe RBC 48 and RBC 60 are available as a 120VAC, 60 Hz or as 220VAC, 50 Hz dependent on model. All electrical connections should be performed by a certified electrician and should comply with local electrical codes for your municipality.WARNING:REFER TO THE AMPERAGE DATA LIST IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OR THE SERIAL TAG DATA AND YOUR LOCAL CODE OR THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE TO BE SURE UNIT IS CONNECTED TO THE PROPER POWER SOURCE. A PROTECTED CIRCUIT OF THE CORRECT VOLTAGE AND AMPERAGE MUST BE RUN FOR CONNECTION OF THE SUPPLY CORD OR PERMANENT CONNECTION TO THE UNIT. THE POWER MUST BE TURNED OFF AND DISCONNECTED WHENEVER PERFORMING MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR FUNCTIONS.Figure. 3 RBC 48Figure. 4RBC 60OPERATION – Location of ControlsThe refrigeration control/temperature setting adjustment is located on the back splash. The energy saving mode switch (if equipped) is located inside the right front access panel. (See figure 5 & 6.) Remove front panel and access plate. These are the only user adjustable components on the unit.OPERATION – Operating ProcedurePress and hold the (i) button to display setpoint. Keep (i) button pressed and use the up/down arrows to adjust setpoint. When the (i) button is released, the new setpoint is stored. To exit from the setup, press the power button or wait 30 seconds. Display will display “dEF” while unit is in defrost mode. Check the cooling specifications required for the products/goods to be stored.Use a simple thermometer to set to a specific temperature. Allow time for temperature chang -es before making a final temperature check.OPERATION – Energy Mode SwitchWhen the mode switch (if equipped) is set to “energy save” mode, the condensate heaters around the door openings are de-energized to reduce power consumption. If condensation forms around the doors, then turn this switch to “normal” mode.MAINTENANCE – Stainless Steel Care & CleaningTo prevent discoloration or rust on stainless steel several important steps need to be taken. Stainless steel contains 70-80% iron which will rust. It also contains 12-30% chromium which forms an invisible passive film over the steels surface which acts as a shield against corrosion. As long as the protective layer is intact, the metal will not corrode. If the film is broken or contaminated, outside elements can begin to breakdown the steel and begin to form rust or discoloration.Figure. 6MAINTENANCE – Stainless Steel Care & Cleaning – cont.Proper cleaning of stainless steel requires soft cloths or plastic scouring pads.CAUTION: Never use steel pads, wire brushes or scrapers.Cleaning solutions need to be alkaline based or non-chloride cleaners. Any cleaner containing chlorides will damage the protective film of the stainless steel. Chlorides are also commonly found in hard water, salts and household and industrial cleaners. If cleaners containing chlorides are used, be sure to rinse repeatedly and dry thoroughly upon completion.Routine cleaning of stainless steel can be done with soap and water. Extreme stains or grease should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner and plastic scrub pad. It is always good to rub with the grain of the steel. There are also stainless steel cleaners available which can restore and preserve the finish of the steels protective layer.Early signs of stainless steel breakdown can consist of small pits and cracks. If this has begun, clean thoroughly and start to apply stainless steel cleaners in attempt to restore the passivity ofMAINTENANCE – Cleaning the Condenser CoilThe condenser coil is located behind the filter panel and is accessed through the front of the unit (See Figure 7). Filter can be cleaned by rinsing with water. Allow to dry completely before reinstalling. The condenser coil requires regular cleaning and is recommended every 60 days. However, in some instances you may find that there is a large amount of debris, dust or grease that has accumulated prior to the 60 day time frame. In these cases the condenser coil should be cleaned every 30 days.Figure. 7MAINTENANCE – Cleaning the Condenser Coil – cont.If the build up on the coil consists of only light dust and debris the condenser coil can be cleaned with a simple brush, heavier dust buildup may require a vacuum or even compressed air to blow through the condensor coil.If heavy grease is present degreasing agents are available for refrigeration use and specifically for the condenser coils. The condenser coil may require a spray with the degreasing agent and then blown through with compressed air.Failure to maintain a clean condenser coil can initially cause high temperatures and excessive run times. Continuous operation with dirty or clogged condenser coils can result in compressor failures. Neglecting the condenser coil cleaning procedures will void any warranties associated with the compressor or cost to replace the compressor.CAUTION:NEVER USE A HIGH-PRESSURE WATER WASH FOR THIS CLEANING PROCEDURE AS WATER CAN DAMAGE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS LOCATED NEAR OR AT THE CONDENSER COIL. MAINTENANCE – Door Gasket CareGaskets require regular cleaning to prevent mold and mildew build up and also to keep the elasticity of the gasket. Gasket cleaning can be done with the use of warm soapy water. Avoid full strength cleaning products on gaskets as this can cause them to become brittle and prevent proper seals. Also, never use sharp tools or knives to scrape or clean the gasket which could possibly tear the gasket and rip the bellows.Gaskets can easily be replaced and do not require the use of tools or authorized service persons. The gaskets are “Dart” style and can be pulled out of the grove in the door and new gaskets can be “pressed” back into place.MAINTENANCE – DrainEach unit has a copper drain tube located inside the unit which removes condensation from the evaporator coil and deposits it onto a drain pan where it can evaporate (See Fig. 8). If you notice excessive water accumulation on the inside of the unit be sure that the drain tube is connected from the evaporator housing to the condensate evaporator drain pan. If water is collecting underneath the unit you may want to check the condensate evaporator drain tube to be sure it is still located above the drain pan. The leveling of the unit is also important as the units are designed to drain properly when on a level surface, if your floor is not level this can also cause drain problems. Be sure the drain pan is kept free of dirt, dust and other debris as excessive amounts wi ll cause water to back up and overflow from the drain pan.MAINTENANCE – Drain Pan AccessThe drain pan and drain tube can be accessed from the rear of the unit. Pull the unit away from wall to expose the opening in the rear of the cabinet. The drain pan is located under the refrigeration system unit (see fig. 8)NOTES229917 11 10/03/16229917 12 10/03/16Duke Manufacturing Company 2305 N. General Maintenance
To ensure proper operation of your Dixon® valve, proper maintenance must be performed at regular intervals. To prevent damage, check all fitting connections and screw connections for any loosening of the connections during equipment operation. Maintain adequate spare parts stock for all replacement components on the piece of equipment. Please refer to the repair kits section of the manual for complete component part numbers and kit part numbers.
use cleaning agents that will attack stainless-steel or the elastomers that were supplied with the valve. If you are unsure what elastomer is used in the valve, reference the part number key in this manual to make the determination. Follow any MSDS instructions for proper use or handling of cleaning agents. Flush the equipment sufficiently to remove any soiling from the product contact components. Depending on the process, there may be varying amounts of soiling. Cleaning times and cleaning agent concentrations will vary depending on the product being processed. It is the responsibility of the operator to determine and adjust these cleaning specifications as necessary. The equipment should not be allowed to sit with product present in it for extended periods of time. Equipment should be cleaned immediately after processing is complete.

The capacity of a vacuum pump is defined by how fast the pump can evacuate a system; and the efficiency of the pump is defined by how deep a vacuum it is capable of pumping over a length of time. The level of vacuum you want to achieve can only be determined by a vacuum gauge. Most service engineers who are experienced in evacuating systems know beforehand the approximate time the vacuum pump will have to run. However, the only proof he has that the system is actually empty is by the reading of a vacuum gauge. We have researched the numerous arrangements of using shut off valves and have found the subsequent valve layout to be the most versatile and efficient. (Fig.2)The following recommendations will help you pull a vacuum in the shortestpossible time:1. The valves and connecting tubes (Fig.2) that are in-line from the refrigeratingunit to the pump should be of the same ID (size and type) as the original fittingon the suction side of the pump.2. Always pull a vacuum simultaneously from the high and low side of the system.3. If you must connect your hose to an access fitting on the system, first removethe core.4. Use the shortest possible length of hose.Oil vapors from a vacuum pump will contaminate all electronic vacuum gauges.Oil vapors are produced after the running pump has stopped. The air atatmospheric pressure rushes into the vacuum side of the pump causing an oilturbulence. Most pumps are equipped with a check valve, but it only takes a tinyamount of vapor to affect the electronic sensor. The following simple precautionswill assure you of many years of trouble free service. Referring to (Fig.2):Before you stop the vacuum pump.1. Close the pump valve first.2. Close the vacuum gauge valve. Before you start the vacuum pump.1. Close all valves.2. Start the pump.3. Open pump valve.4. Gradually open main valve, wait 5 seconds before opening gauge valve.MAINTENANCEThe DVG60 electronic vacuum gauge sensor is cleanable. It is good maintenance practice to clean the sensor periodically. Use an eyedropper to pour about 2 teaspoons of ordinary rubbing alcohol into the fitting. Cap the fitting and shake about 10 seconds; empty and air dry. (The slight movement of the fitting in the case is normal and does not affect the internal connection in any way.)When transporting the DVG60 as a separate unit, close both ends with the quick caps.EVACUATING A REFRIGERATION SYSTEMEmptying a system of all its vapors, including moisture, is a matter of time, and the length of time depends upon:1. Size of the vacuum pump.2. Efficiency of the pump.3. The size of the system.4. The distance of the furthest part of the system to the pump. The most common time destroyer is an inefficient vacuum pump or a leak in the system that is discovered after an hour of pump running time. To prevent both from happening, test for leaks before you start the vacuum pump by closing all the valves except for the pressurizing valve. When you've completed the leak test and you are removing the test pressure gas, you can test the pump for efficiency by leaving the main valve closed and opening the pump and vacuum gauge valve. This is called a blank-off test. The vacuum gauge shows the lowest possible vacuum the pump is capable of pulling. This one time blank-off test does not guarantee that the pump will be that efficient after it gets hot from running more than 15 minutes. There are many instances where the oil in the pump should be changed, and it becomes obvious only when the pump is running hot.If you estimate, for example, that the vacuum pump should evacuate the system in about 1 hour, it would be a smart plan to periodically check the pump for efficiency. It only takes a few seconds. After the blank-off test, close the pump valve and open the main valve. The reading on the DVG60 tells you the vacuum level the system is at. Each time you test the system for its vacuum level, there should be a progressive reduction in the micron level. If the reading remains at the approximately 1,000 micron level, there is either some gas pockets that are being drawn from the oil in the system or moisture in the system. In either case, if you know that the compressor is efficient and there aren't any leaks in the system, it is going to be a matter of time to evacuate down to your target level.HOW LOW A VACUUM SHOULD YOU PULL ON A SYSTEM?Ever since vacuum pumps have been used in ON-SITE situations, the low pressure figure has been a judgement call with the individual service engineer and contractor's policy. At some educational seminars, caution was expressed on going below 300 microns because the compressor oil would be evaporated. Oil companies, who supply the industry with compressor oil, have discounted this theory. After interviewing many experienced service engineers we have found that the average low pressure target most service engineers look for on large systems is about 700 microns and on small systems about 400 microns.CALIBRATIONSThe micron pressure readings have been calibrated at the factory. It is permanent and never needs re-setting. However, due to seasonal temperature variations, you may have to make a slight ambient adjustment. The gauge is perfectly calibrated when, after you push the slide switch to ON, both the atmosphere and slide switch lamps are energized. Should the 5,000 micron lamp go on instead of the atmosphere lamp, insert a small screw driver into the opening at the side of the case (No. 10 in Fig.1), locate screw and make the adjustment until only the atmosphere and slide switch lamps go on. Do not overturn the screw, it may turn off the atmosphere lamp.OPERATIONWHEN CONNECTING HOSES TO THE DVG60, DO NOT USE WRENCHES OF ANY KIND. USE ONLY SERVICE HOSE CONNECTIONS WITH A KNURLED FTTTING ON THE END. THE HAND TIGHT CONNECTION OF A SERVICE HOSE IS AN ADEQUATE CONNECTION.After you have connected the vacuum pump to the system, close all valves.1. Run vacuum pump.2. Gradually open main valve and pump valve.3. Open valve to vacuum gauge.4. Allow 15 seconds for sensor to stabilize. During the initial stages of evacuation, the atmosphere lamp may go out. This is normal when large volumes of air pass by the sensor. As the lamps indicate the vacuum levels in the system, 2 lamps may be energized at the same time. This is normal when there is a transition from one range to the next.LOW BATTERY INDICATIONIf the LED indicator (No. 2, Fig.1) is not as bright as the other lamps, or it doesn't light at all, the battery should be changed.(Use only Alkaline batteries.)REMINDER:ALWAYS SHUT OFF THE GAUGE VALVE BEFORE YOU STOP THE VACUUM PUMP.SPECIFICATIONS:SENSOR TYPE . . . . . . . . . . .Thermistor LOW BATTERY INDICATOR. . . Clean the sensor as described in the Maintenance section.PROBLEM...ATMOSPHERE LED IS DIM OR DOESN'T LIGHT.SOLUTION...Weak batteries. Replace wlth new Alkaline batteries only.PROBLEM...5,000 Micron LED LIGHTS INSTEAD OF ATMOSPHERE LED.SOLUTION…Possible cause is excessive seasonal ambient temperature change. Make calibration adjustment as described inCalibration section.PROBLEM…AFTER UNIT HAS BEEN RUNNING AT 1,000 MICRONS YOU SHUT OFF THE PUMP VALVE, DVG60 RISES FAST TO1,500 MICRONS.SOLUTION...The vacuum at the gauge is 1,000 but the system is still 1,500 microns. This is a normal condition where there is a small diameter tube between the vacuum pump and the system causing the pressure drop. As you continue to run the pump and the vacuum level goes to 700 or less, the pressure difference will decrease. The best solution will be to use a very short length of tube with thesame ID as the fitting on the vacuum pump.PROBLEM...AFTER THE UNIT IS RUNNING AT ABOUT 1,000 MICRONS, YOU SHUT OFF THE PUMP VALVE. THE READING OFTHE DVG60 RISES SLOWLY TO 1,500 MICRONS OR MORE.SOLUTION...There is still more refrigerant or moisture in the system. Continue to pump down to the recommended level.COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONSQUESTION...WHEN CONNECTING THE DVG60 TO THE SYSTEM, SHOULD I USE AN AUXILLARY FITTING ON MY VACUUM PUMP OR USE A SERIES (IN-LINE) HOSE CONNECTION TO BOTH SIDES OF THE DVG60?ANSWER...Do not use the DVG60 as a series connection from the vacuum pump to the system. This will definitely cause a pressure drop. Most vacuum pumps have a fitting near the suction inlet of the pump. If you use this fitting for the DVG60 there is no way to shut off the pump to see if there is a rise of vacuum in the system. Refer to Fig. 2.OUESTION...IF I PULL A VACUUM TO 1,000 MICRONS AND CLOSE ALL THE VALVES, AFTER 10 MINUTES I THEN CHECK THE SYSTEM AGAIN. IF THE READING DID NOT CHANGE, DOESN'T THAT PROVE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY LEAKS IN THE SYSTEM?ANSWER...No, running under high pressure, refrigeration systems may have leaks which are nearly impossible to detect under vacuum or low pressure conditions. The system should be tested for leaks by pressuring rather than by applying vacuum.Whenever you close the valve at the vacuum pump and you notice a slow rise in the DVG60 reading, it simply means that there is still some moisture or other vapors in the system. This condition makes it very important to check for leaks BEFORE you start toevacuate the system and eliminate all doubts of possible leaks.Where Do I Find Everything I Need for Process Measurement and Control?OMEGA…Of Course!Shop online at TEMPERATUREⅪߜThermocouple, RTD & Thermistor Probes, Connectors, Panels & AssembliesⅪߜWire: Thermocouple, RTD & ThermistorⅪߜCalibrators & Ice Point ReferencesⅪߜRecorders, Controllers & Process MonitorsⅪߜInfrared PyrometersPRESSURE, STRAIN AND FORCEⅪߜTransducers & Strain GagesⅪߜLoad Cells & Pressure GagesⅪߜDisplacement TransducersⅪߜInstrumentation & AccessoriesFLOW/LEVELⅪߜRotameters, Gas Mass Flowmeters & Flow ComputersⅪߜAir Velocity IndicatorsⅪߜTurbine/Paddlewheel SystemsⅪߜTotalizers & Batch ControllerspH/CONDUCTIVITYⅪߜpH Electrodes, Testers & AccessoriesⅪߜBenchtop/Laboratory MetersⅪߜControllers, Calibrators, Simulators & PumpsⅪߜIndustrial pH & Conductivity EquipmentDATA ACQUISITIONⅪߜData Acquisition & Engineering SoftwareⅪߜCommunications-Based Acquisition SystemsⅪߜPlug-in Cards for Apple, IBM & CompatiblesⅪߜDatalogging SystemsⅪߜRecorders, Printers & PlottersHEATERSⅪߜHeating CableⅪߜCartridge & Strip HeatersⅪߜImmersion & Band HeatersⅪߜFlexible HeatersⅪߜLaboratory HeatersENVIRONMENTALMONITORING AND CONTROLⅪߜMetering & Control InstrumentationⅪߜRefractometersⅪߜPumps & TubingⅪߜAir, Soil & Water MonitorsⅪߜIndustrial Water & Wastewater TreatmentⅪߜpH, Conductivity & Dissolved Oxygen InstrumentsM3804/0502。

Pushing the red reset button temporarily allows gas to flow to the pilot burner for ignition of the pilot burner flame. When the bulb heats up, the main valve opens to allow gas to flow to the main burner. The red reset button is then released. If the pilot burner flame fails and cannot be reactivated the following test can be performed:• Pilot burner adjustment: Refer to following page.•Clean Pilot burner’s limiting orifice as follows:a. Disconnect gas tubing at the pilot burner body b. Remove cup shaped orifice from pilot burner body c. Clean orifice by blowing any foreign matter out the orifice hole. Take care not to enlarge orifice hole.d. Replace components in reverse order. If the pilot burner still does not operate or the main burner comes with a low flame, or will not come at all, replace the Automatic Safety Pilot Valve (TSII)MAIN MANUAL CONTROL VALVE #70380The main manual control valve is a simple ball valve. Due to its sim-plicity, failures of this type of valve are practically non-existent. For difficulties associated with this control, it would be best to replace the valve.THERMOSTAT FDTH #71880For any suspected thermostat problems the following procedures should be reviewed in this manual:• Thermostat adjustment• Bypass (Minimum Burner Flame) adjustment.•Thermostat calibration. Most thermostat failures will generally fall into one of the following three catego-ries:1. If thermostat is in a runaway condition and will not shut off at set temperature, replace the thermostat.2. If thermostat will not maintain calibration after adjustment, replace thermostat.3. If thermostat bulb or capillary are cut, bent, or unnecessarily flattened, replace thermostat. (This is NOTcovered under the warranty!)Figure 1MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONSADJUSTMENTSMany malfunctions attributed to defective material or faulty workmanship may be rectified by the adjust-ment of pilot burners, main burners, or thermostats. It is therefore wise to attempt to correct operational difficulties through adjustment rather than the immediate replacement of parts.PILOT BURNER ADJUSTMENT #70101A commonly diagnosed malfunction of the safety pilot valve is the pilot burner/flame sensing bulb relation-ship resulting from:• Improper draft• Low gas pressure. (Natural Gas 4.5” WC – Propane Gas 11”WC)• Clogged pilot burner orifice from dirt and debris from unpurged gas lines.• Incorrect adjustment of pilot burner flame. When working correctly, the flame must engulf the safety pilot probe tip.Pilot HoodSafety PilotProbeFigure 2MAIN BURNER ADJUSTMENTSSatisfactory oven performance and burner life are dependent on correct burner adjustment. Before ship-ment, burners have been adjusted for proper operation with the type specified on the rating plate located inside the control compartment above the light switch. If further adjustment is necessary proceed as follows:• Adjust primary air shutter at the front of the burner compartment to obtain a stable and quiet flame.• If too much primary air is present, flames will lift from the burner parts. A reduction in primary air will correct this condition.• Too little primary air will cause yellow tipping or an entire yellow flame to appear. This condition indi-cates incomplete combustion and may cause carbon sooting to appear on metal parts near the flame.• When a flame raises off the burner it is important to determine if it is a “lifting flame” or a “floating flame”:LIFTING FLAMES - rise from the ports to burn some distance above the ports. In some cases these flames will drop back to the port and lift again intermittently. They are caused by too much primary air.Decreasing the shutter opening will stop lifting flames.FLOATING FLAMES - are long and lazy in appearance, poorly defined, quiet flames which roll around the combustion chamber sometimes completely off the ports. Floating flames result from too little second-ary air. Lack of secondary air is caused by incorrect venting, clogged flueways, blocked secondary air inlet openings, or lack of natural room makeup air to the oven.BYPASS (MINIMUM BURNER FLAME) ADJUSTMENTSA Robertshaw FDTH 300° - 650° F (149° - 343° C) type thermostat is used. This is a throttling type gas thermo-stat with bypass flame adjustment control. For bypass adjustment proceed as follows:1. Preheat oven to 500° F (260° C). When thermostat has throttled to bypass the glame on the main burnershould have decreased to a flame no larger than 1/8” (6mm)2. If flame is too high, remove dial, insert screwdriver in screw marked “B” on the thermostat and turn screwclockwise to lower flame.3. If flame is too low, remove dial, insert screwdriver in screw marked “B” on the thermostat and turn screwcounterclockwise to increase flame.THERMOSTAT CALIBRATION1. Attach pyrometer lead to thermostat bulb in the baking compartment. If a pyrometer is not available, place a reliable mercury type oven thermometer in the center of the baking deck (approximately 1”above the surface).2. Preheat the oven to at least 400° F (204° C).3. When the burner reaches bypass or minimum flame, take the temperature reading. If the temperature iswithin 10° F (6° C) of the thermostat setting, do not change the thermostat settings. If the temperature differs more than 10° F (6° C) from the thermostat setting, adjust the thermostat as follows:a. Pull thermostat dial straight off without turning.b. Hold calibration plate on thermostat and loosen the two calibration lock screws until the plate canbe moved without moving the control.c. Turn calibration plate so that pyrometer reading is set in line with the indicator mark at the 12 o’clockposition. Temperature variation will be 50° F (28° C) between the letters.d. Adjust the calibration plate as follows: Turn calibration plate counterclockwise if pyrometer or ther-mometer reading is higher than the dial reading OR clockwise if the pyrometer or thermometer read-ing is lower than the dial reading.e. Hold calibration plate and tighten two screws firmly.f. Replace thermostat dial.By-Pass Adjustment ScrewCalibration ScrewsPilot Adjustment Screw(not applicable)Calibration PlateFigure 3PARTS REMOVAL & REPLACEMENTMAIN BURNER REMOVAL1.
