1. Built-in pull-down resistor (the resistance of the pull-down resistor varies with the applied voltage, as described in the Electrical Characteristics).
Power-save pull-down resistor
The resistance of the TG input pull-down resistor changes in response to the input voltage. The pull-down resistance is 500kΩ when the input is HIGH, and the pull-down resistance is 135kΩ when the input is LOW. Furthermore, if a light-dependent resistor (CdS) cell is employed as a switch (the pull-down resistance is maximum when the CdS resistance is minimum (light) and the pull-down resistance is minimum when the CdS resistance is maximum (dark)), the combined resistance can be increased, decreasing current consumption.

S11-125KVA/10KV/0.4KV油浸式变压器二次不带负载,一次也与电网断开(无电源励磁)的调压,称为无励磁调压,带负载进行变换绕组分接的调压,称为有载调压。
电力变压器作为使用最为广泛的电力设施,数量种类繁多,对节能减排有着重要意义。
S11型全密封油浸式电力变压器是目前配电设备主要选型产品,节能效果显著。
我国配电变压器性能代号的涵义为:在S7型以上,空载损耗每降低约10%,代号“7”则在数字上加“1”。
从S7型发展到S9型,负载损耗降低较多,平均为25%,后来,由于没有突破性的新材料、新技术和新工艺,配电变压器的负载损耗下降比较困难,所以,性能水平代号通常以空载损耗降低为标准。
以400kVA产品为例,S7型空载损耗920W,S11型空载损耗570W,下降了38%。
目前,主流的配电变压器一般选用S11型叠铁芯电力变压器。
采用全充油密封型、无储油柜、波纹片式箱体结构,变压器由于温度和负载的变化引起油温和体积的变化,完全由波纹油箱予以调节,其空载损耗比S9降低25%,耐雷电冲击抗短路能力强,节能效果明显,并降低了变压器的外型尺寸。
S11型变压器采用高导磁取向硅钢片生产,片厚为0.27-0.30mm,单位铁损为1w/kg,而新S9型为普通硅钢片,片厚为0.30-0.35mm,单位铁损为1.20-1.55w/kg。
S11-125KVA/10KV三相油浸式电力变压器结构及特点:u 油浸式变压器低压绕组除小容量采用铜导线以外,一般都采用铜箔绕抽的圆筒式结构;高压绕组采用多层圆筒式结构,使之绕组的安匝分布平衡,漏磁小,机械强度高,抗短路能力强。
u 铁心和绕组各自采用了紧固措施,器身高,低压引线等紧固部分都带自锁防松螺母,采用了不吊心结构,能承受运输的颠震。
u 线圈和铁心采用真空干燥,变压器油采用真空滤油和注油的工艺,使变压器内部的潮气降至最低。
u 油箱采用波纹片,它具有呼吸功能来补偿因温度变化而引起油的体积变化,所以该产品没有储油柜,显然降低了变压器的高度。

33DESCRIPTIONThe SMHF Series™of 28 V DC/DC converters offers a wide input voltage range of 16 to 40 volts and up to 15 watts of output power.The units are capable of withstanding short term transients up to 50volts. The package is a hermetically sealed, seam-welded metal case. Flanged and non-flanged models are available.S CREENING AND R EPORTSSMHF converters offer three screening options (Standard, Class H,or Class K) and three levels of radiation hardness (O, L, and R). See Tables 1, 2, and 3 for more information. Detailed reports on product performance are also available and are listed in Table 4.C ONVERTERD ESIGNThe SMHF converters are switching regulators that use a quasi-square wave, single-ended forward converter design with a constant switching frequency of 550 kHz. Isolation between input and output circuits is provided with a transformer in the forward path and a temperature compensated opto-coupler in the feedback control loop. The opto-coupler is radiation hardened and is especially selected for space applications.For the SMHF dual output models, cross regulation is maintained by tightly coupled output magnetics. Up to 70% of the total output power is available from either output, providing the opposite output is simultaneously carrying 30% of the total output power. Predictable current limit is accomplished by directly monitoring the output load current and providing a constant current output above the overload point.H IGHER P OWER D ENSITYThe SMHF Series offers a new standard of performance for small size and high power density. At just 0.33 inch high and a total foot-print of 1.7 in 2, this low profile package offers a total power density of up to 30 watts per cubic inch.L OW N OISE ,H IGH A UDIO R EJECTIONThe SMHF converters’feed-forward compensation system provides excellent dynamic response and noise rejection. Audio rejection is typically 50 dB. Typical output voltage response for a 50% to 100%step load transient is as low as 1.3% with a 150 msec recovery time.Input ripple current is typically 35 mA p-p with output ripple voltage typically 30 mV p-p .I NHIBIT F UNCTIONSMHF converters provide an inhibit terminal that can be used to disable internal switching, resulting in no output and very low quies-cent input current. The converter is inhibited when a TTL compatible low (≤0.8 – output disabled) is applied to the inhibit pin. The unit is enabled when the pin, which is internally connected to a pull-up resistor, is left unconnected or is connected to an open-collector gate. The open circuit output voltage associated with the inhibit pin is 8.5 to 12 VDC. In the inhibit mode, a maximum of 12 mA must be sunk from the inhibit pin at 28 VDC input.S YNCHRONIZATIONA synchronization feature is included with the SMHF Series that allows the user to match the switching frequency of the converter to the frequency of the system clock. An external synchronization feature is included that allows the user to adjust the nominally 550kHz operating frequency to any frequency within the range of 500 kHz to 600 kHz. This is initiated by applying a TTL compatible input of the desired frequency to pin 5.S HORT C IRCUIT P ROTECTIONSMHF Series converters provide short circuit protection by restricting the output current to approximately 115% of the full load output current. DESCRIPTION
The OPA111 is a precision monolithic dielectrically isolated FET (Difet ®) operational amplifier. Outstanding performance characteristics allow its use in the most critical instrumentation applications. Noise, bias current, voltage offset, drift, open-loop gain, common-mode rejection, and power supply rejection are superior to BIFET® amplifiers. Very low bias current is obtained by dielectric isolation with on-chip guarding. Laser trimming of thin-film resistors gives very low offset and drift. Extremely low noise is achieved with patented circuit design techniques. A new cascode design allows high precision input specifications and reduced susceptibility to flicker noise. Standard 741 pin configuration allows upgrading of existing designs to higher performance levels.
