简述我们常说的贴片电阻(SMD Resistor)叫"片式固定电阻器"(Chip Fixed Resistor),又叫"矩形片状电阻"(Rectangular Chip Resistors),是由ROHM公司发明并最早推出市场的。

特点是耐潮湿,耐高温,可靠度高,外观尺寸均匀,精确且温度系数与阻值公差小。

按生产工艺分厚膜(Thick Film Chip Resistors)、薄膜(Thin Film Chip Resistors )两种。

厚膜是采用丝网印刷将电阻性材料淀积在绝缘基体(例如玻璃或氧化铝陶瓷)上,然后烧结形成的。

我们通常所见的多为厚膜片式电阻,精度范围±0.5% ~ 10%,温度系数:±50PPM/℃~ ±400PPM/℃。

薄膜是在真空中采用蒸发和溅射等工艺将电阻性材料淀积在绝缘基体工艺(真空镀膜技术)制成,特点是低温度系数(±5PPM/℃),高精度(±0.01%~±1%)。

封装有:0201,0402,0603,0805,1206,1210,1812,2010,2512。

其常规系列的精度为5%,1%。

阻值范围从0.1欧姆到20M欧姆。

标准阻值有E24,E96系列。

功率有1/20W、1/16W、1/8W、1/10W、1/4W、1/2W、1W。

Internal metal electrodes are added at each end and connected by a resistive paste that is applied to the top surface of the substrate. The extra protective metal film is added onto top side electrodes to protect termination from sulfuration. The composition of the paste is adjusted to give the approximate resistance required and the value is trimmed to within tolerance by laser cutting of this resistive layer.The resistive layer is covered with a protective coat. Finally, the two external end terminations are added. For ease of soldering the outer layer of these end terminations is a Tin (lead free) alloy.Fig 1. Therefore, it is possibleto mount Surface Mount Resistors on one side ofa PCB and other discrete components on thereverse (mixed PCBs).Surface Mount Resistors are tested forsolderability at 235︒C during 2 seconds. 4.5、耐焊接热试验:
4.5.1、将电阻在100℃-200℃温度下预热10-20分钟然后浸锡(浸锡温度:265±5℃,时间:10±1S),最后将电阻取出清洗干净,室温放置1H后,在10倍以上的显微镜下观察,电阻应无机械损伤、开裂,上锡率≥95%以上,电气性能也正常。
4.5.2、过IR炉(265±5℃峰值)一个循环后,电阻置于室温24H后再进行测量。此时要求电阻外观无损伤、,烧毁现象,且其电气功能也正常,DF值和绝缘电阻在图纸规定的变化范围内。
2.3、检查样品电阻的材质是否与图纸所描述的相一致。
3、尺寸检验:
尺寸及其公差均按图纸要求进行测量。
4、相关特性参数测试:
4.1、供应商提供的规格承认书和出货报告的检查:
4.1.1、检查供应商提供的规格承认书(电气参数)是否满足我们的图纸要求;
4.1.2、供应商提供的参数测试报告(出货报告)中的相关技术参数是否和图纸一致;

一、目的:
本标准规定了贴片电阻(Chip Resistor)检验方法﹑要求和可接受程度,确保检验员按照正确的方法检验样品以及为IQC制定QI(来料检验规范)提供参考依据。
4.5.3、烙铁手工焊接:做试验前先测量初始阻值后,用烙铁(温度:390-400℃)碰触电阻两端的端子表面10±1秒,然后检查零件,表面应无机械损伤。
4.6、冷热冲击:
试验前测试贴片电阻的初始值,然后将电阻放入冷热冲击箱中,温度:置于-55℃±3℃,30分钟,再转换至标准大气条件10~15分钟,再转换到85℃±2℃,30分钟,再转换至标准大气条件10~15分钟,转换时间:最久5分钟,暴露次数:5次,再将物品应置于标准大气条件中1~2小时后再进行测量动作。试验后电阻外观无损伤﹑烧毁现象,且其电阻变化率(试验后电阻值比试验前电阻值)在图纸规定的变化范围内。
