轻重油转换的操作规程

MDO/HFO CHANGEOVER OPERATION 1、热油锅炉使用轻油运行后，启动并保持重油分油机持续运

行使重油日用柜的重油得到不断的净化和加温；

Start and keep running HFO purifier to heat HFO inside

service tank and make them continually cleaned after thermal

oil heater running with MDO；

2、打开相关热油阀门进行重油日用柜的加热使其温度达到

约85度；

Open related thermal oil valves to heat HFO inside service

tank up to about 85 ℃；

3、提前2个小时打开燃油管路的电伴热或者热油伴热进行燃

油管路的保温，管路保温温度维持在65－75度；

Start electrical or thermal oil trace heating for HFO pipeline 2

hours before changeover,keep trace heating temperature

65-75℃；

4、先慢慢转动重油日用柜出口到锅炉的进油三通转换阀到

重油位置(不可转动过快，否则可能引起燃油泵出口压力问

题或锅炉故障），然后转动回油三通转换阀到重油日用柜；

First turn changeover valve for forward fuel oil to HFO

slowly(Could not turn it quickly,or it will possibly cause

discharge and vacuum pressure problems on fuel oil pumps

and boiler fault),then turn changeover valve for return fuel oil to HFO service tank；

5、到燃油泵旁、燃烧器旁和回油调压阀处，检查并保持燃油

泵的进出口压力、燃烧器油泵压力以及燃油回油压力稳定

上升到重油工作压力;

Check and keep discharge pressure and vacuum pressures on fuel oil pumps and burner oil pump pressure and return fuel oil pressure steadily growing up to HFO working pressure near fuel oil pumps,burner and pressure regulation valve;

6、到控制箱上确认锅炉重油高低温报警并进行复位（此时所

有重油加热器开始工作，重油高温报警可以复位,重油低温

报警只有等燃烧器上的温度足够后才能消除）；

Go to switchboard sections and acknowledge HFO low temperatue alarm and high temperature alarm,reset high temperature alarm(Now all HFO preheater and heating elements are working,only high temperature alarm could be reset and HFO low temperature alarm could be reset only after HFO temperature on burner is enough)；

7、1－2小时后（根据实际情况的不同加热的时间也会有所不

同），燃烧器上的油温达到后风机马达自动开始运行（此时

一定要复位重油低温报警）；

After 1-2 hours(heating time will be different because of

conditions),burner motor will start automatically after HFO temperature on burner is enough(Reset HFO low temperature alarm now)；

8、等燃烧器点火后，在控制箱和锅炉顶部检查并确保燃烧器

稳定运行在重油模式，等燃烧器重油模式稳定运行后，则

可以把重油日用柜的温度维持在75－85度；

Check and make burner steadily running with HFO on switchboard sections and on thermal oil heater top after burner combustion,after burner combustion with HFO is steady,keep HFO temperature inside service tank 75-85 ℃；

9、如果要换成轻油，慢慢把进油三通转换阀转到轻油位置，

而后保持锅炉继续燃烧30分钟到1小时，使其燃油管路中

和燃烧器上的重油完全消耗，然后把回油三通转换阀转到

轻油位置，维持轻油模式运行10-15分钟后，此时再去关

闭电伴热或热油伴热和分油机等设备。

If change over to MDO,slowly turn changeover valve for forward fuel oil to MDO.After that,continue to keep boiler combustion for 30 mins to 1 hour,make all HFO inside fuel oil pipeline and burner consumed completely,then turn changeover valve for return fuel oil to MDO,keep running burner with MDO for 10-15 minutes,then turn off electrical or thermal oil trace heating and purifier,etc。
