有关keep的用法:① keep + 宾语 + 形容词/副词

② keep + 宾语 + 动词ing 使...出于某种状态

③ keep + 宾语 + 介词短语

有关keep构成的词组:keep the secret 保守秘密 keep one’s promise 信守承诺

keep the record 保持记录 keep up with 紧跟着,不落下

keep away from / keep off 远离

keep in touch with 和...保持联系

keep (on) doing sth. 一直做某事

keep sb. from doing sth. 阻止某人做某事

4. give sb. sth. = give sth. to sb. 给某人某物

5. What about...= How about...(后可接名词或者动词ing) ...怎么样

7. plan to do sth. 计划做某事

8. too much 太多(强调much) much too 非常 = very (强调too)

四语法要点

1.可数名词和不可数名词

⑴可数名词复数形式的构成:

①规则变化:a. 一般的名词直接在词尾 + s

b. 以s、x、ch、sh结尾的名词变复数的 + es

c. 以o结尾的名词变复数时 + s / es

一般情况下加s的比较多,但加es的名词有:黑人(Negro)、英雄(hero)

爱吃土豆(potato)、芒果(mango)和西红柿(tomato)

d. 以“辅音字母+y”结尾的名词,去y变i + es

f. 以f、fe结尾的名词变复数时,须先将f、fe变为i + es

②可数名词的不规则变化:

man—men woman—women child—children foot—feet

tooth—teeth sheep—sheep

⑵不可数名词:

①名词前不可用不定冠词和数词修饰

②没有复数形式

③名词前可直接加some、much、a little来修饰

④具体数量的词表达为:数量词 + of + 不可数名词

⑤不可数名词做主语时,谓语动词用第三人称单数的形式

2. how long、how often、how soon与how far的区别:

⑴how long: 通常对“一段时间”提问,意为“多久,多长时间”

在答语时常用“for + 时间段”或since引导的时间从句回答

⑵how often: 询问动作的频率,即“动作多长时间发生一次”

在答语中常用always等频度副词或once a week, three times a day等回答

⑶how soon: 对表示将来的时间提问,意为“多久”

常用“in + 时间”回答

⑷how far: 通常对距离、路程提问,意为“多远”

常用ten kilometers / miles、three minutes walk等表示距离的词或短语回答
