From my perspective,health is more important than wealth and wisdom.Good health enables us to enjoy our life and face the challenge.As far as I am concerned,exercise does bring a lot of benefits to our health.First of all,it can build up our mind and body,thereby making us more energetic.Besides,we can do some sports to relax ourselves during leisure time.What's more,it can help us breed optimism when we are in trouble.But every coin have two sides,to some extent,doing sports may cause many problems as well.For some students who get addicted to it,doing sports often makes them forget to do what they should.If you are inactive and seldom do sports,it's more likely for you to get injured when you do sports.Worst of all,continual as well as excessive exercise can result in sudden death.A succession of scientific researches reveals that exercise also can result in iron loss.Therefore,we should take advantage of sports rather than turn a blind eye to the negative effects it brings about.Personally,I think,we should exercise regularly and moderately according to the health conditions of our own.In a word,whether exercise will do us good or harm is all depending on how we make use of it.
