摘要

煤矿安全是当前安全生产工作的重中之重,而瓦斯灾害是威胁煤矿安全生产中最严重的一种灾害。随着计算机技术和瓦斯灾害预测技术的发展,把计算机技术和瓦斯灾害预测预警技术相结合,构建一个完整的瓦斯灾害预警系统,有利于提高煤矿瓦斯灾害预测水平,对煤矿的安全生产有着重要的现实意义。

本文首先开展了瓦斯灾害预测技术的研究。瓦斯灾害主要以瓦斯爆炸和煤与瓦斯突出作为研究对象,运用瓦斯爆炸事故树来分析影响瓦斯爆炸的主要因素,分析出瓦斯浓度是影响瓦斯爆炸的最主要因素;在参照国内外专家意见的基础上,把影响煤与瓦斯突出的因素分为煤层的地质特征和突出的敏感性指标两个方面,并对这些影响因素进行了分析;应用BP神经网络建立瓦斯浓度预测模型和煤与瓦斯突出的预测模型,并通过实测数据对模型进行验证。

其次,通过对系统的需求和目标分析、系统的开发原则和策略、系统总体架构设计、系统功能的分析与设计、系统数据库设计进行分析。以TopMap地理信息系统为开发平台和C#为开发语言,结合BP神经网络建立的瓦斯灾害预测模型,应用Web编程技术、数据库技术和软件工程理论方法,建立基于WebGIS煤矿瓦斯灾害预警系统,对系统的各个功能模块进行分析,并对如何实现这些功能模块进行了详述。最后,以某煤矿为例,对系统功能进行了验证。

ABSTRACT

Safety in coal mining is the most important thing in the safety of contemporary production, and damp disaster is the most severest natural catastrophe menacing coal mining safety . Along with the development of the computer technology and the technology of damp disaster forcast, an integrated damp disaster information system which combines these two kind of technology can help to forcast the damp disaster of the coal mine, which holds great practical meaning to the safety in the coal mining.

In this thesis, the technology of damp disaster forcast is firstly been researched. In this reseach of Damp disaster, we mainly study gas explosion and burst of coal and gas, analyze gas explosion with the accidental tree of gas explosions, and get the conclusion that damp concentration is the most important factor of gas explosion; according to the experts in and abroad, the influential elements of the burst of coal and gas, which can be divided as the geographical characteristic of coal bed and the sensitivity of burst, is analyzed; combined with the BP neural network, the model of damp concentration forcast and the model of forcasting coal and gas burst is established and verified.

Then, we analyzes the demand and the target the system, the integrated structure of the system, the function of the system, the database of the systme and the operational enviroment of the system. Applying TopMap geographical information system as the development platform and C# as the development language, combining with the model of damp concentration forcast, with the technology of web programming, the technology of database and the theory of sofeware engineering, we establish a damp disaster information system based on WebGIS and describe in detail every functional module of the model and how to realize them. Finally, to verify the funtion of the system, a coal mine is taken as an example.
