Unit6 Holidays说课稿
●Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon! I’m glad to introduce my teaching design here.
●Today I’m going to talk about Part A of Unit 6 of Oxford Primary English, Book 6. Now, I will explain this lesson from the following five aspects.
I. Teaching content
II. Teaching aims
III. Key-points and Difficult points.
IV. Teaching methods
V. Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing. 1.教学内容(体现教材的整合)
Firstly, let‟s focus on the analysis of teaching content. This lesson is the first period of Unit 6. It is mainly about holidays and how do people spend their holidays. In this lesson, it requires the students to master four festivals:National Day, Halloween, Christmas, Spring Festival.

By the way ,I …d like to about the students.
Our students are in Grade 6
They are active and curious, interested in new things.
After learning English for 5 years, they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of using language.
2.教学目标(根据具体内容定目标和要求)
So, I set the following aims.
①The first one is “Aims on the knowledge:
1.掌握五个节日National Day, Halloween, Christmas, New year’s day ,Spring Festival
2.能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语:
Christmas is coming.
My favourite holiday is Halloween.
What’s your favourite holiday?
3.能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型:
When’s…? It’s in…
What do people usually do at…? They…
Did you…last…? Yes, I did. No, I didn’t.
4.能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。
②The second one is “Aims on the abilities”:
To understand the customs of Western festivals, and can talk about their favorite holiday.
③The third one is “Aims on the abilities”:
(1)To foster Ss’consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.
(2) To develop Ss ' interests in learning English.
3.教学重难点
Thirdly,the key points and difficult point is:
Help the students to understand the customs of Western festivals, and can talk about their favorite holiday in English.
4.教法学法
Fourthly, it talks about teaching methods.
In this lesson, I will mainly use “Task-based teaching method”, “Communicative language teaching method”and so on.
5.教学过程
Now ,I …d like to talk about my “Teaching procedures and purposes of my designing.“
I’ll finish this l esson in eight steps.
Step 1. Warm up and free talk
1.热身(Warm up)
(1)宣布本节课的学习方式:小组竞赛。以座位分成四个参赛小组,按每个同学的课堂表现为本组加星,课末评出WINNER。
[设计意图] 学习方式的宣布让学生对本节课充满了兴趣,激起了他们的斗志和为本组争星的表现欲。
2.接着通过free talk 以旧带新[lead in ]
提供话题Birthday,师生自由交流,然后用“How do you spend your birthday?”引出本课的新句型“What do you do on your birthday?”进而再导入“Did you …last birthday? “及回答。然后用Colour 话题引出句型My favourite ….
[设计意图] 通过旧知识滚出新知识,以旧带新,学生可以比较轻松地掌握本课的句型。同时把新句型和老话题融合。有助于培养学生的语言思维能力的开放性。

承接Colour话题,引出第一个节日:National Day。利用课件呈现中国国旗。教师引导的话
