Nonfunctional, connect to GND or leave floatingTable 5: Pin assignment3Sensor Output Signal Description3.1Flow Rate MeasurementAfter the sensor receives the “start continuous measurement” command it enters the continuous measurement mode and continuously performs measurements of ~0.5 ms length. Therefore, the flow rate value is updated every 0.5 ms (see Table 3).The output flow rate value corresponds to the average x of all individual 0.5 ms measurements x i since the last read out. This has the benefit that the user can read out the sensor at his own desired speed, without losing information and thus prevents aliasing. During the first 100 ms of averaging, the averaged value is obtained as the arithmetic mean.x̅=∑x i NNi=1for t<100 msWhen the reading speed is slower than 100 ms, the sensor will continue to average, but with a different algorithm. In this algorithm exponential smoothing is used, with a smoothing factor α = 0.0125.S k= α∙ x i+(1− α)∙ S k−1,S0=x,̅ for t>100 msWhere S0 is the arithmetic mean value after the first 100 ms and the output flow rate value corresponds to the last available S k.With an exponential smoothing factor of α = 0.0125 the user receives approximately an average value of the last 100 ms. In order not to lose information the sensor should be read out at least once every 100 ms.Please refer to relevant literature for more information about exponential smoothing. When the sensor has entered exponential smoothing, this is indicated by bit 5 being set to high (=1) in the signaling flag output of the sensor (see section 3.3).3.2Temperature MeasurementThe temperature is measured every ~12 ms (see Table 3) with the help of an additional onboard temperature sensor. It provides the chip’s temperature, which is influenced by the environmental, and the fluid’s temperature. T he temperature values are not averaged as described above. The read out temperature value corresponds always to the latest temperature measurement available.1 (6)3.3Extended Features for Failure Mode DetectionThe SLF3S-1300F sensor uses Sensirion’s latest flow chip generation. This enables detecting failures like air-in-line or flow rates exceeding the output limit of the sensor. Such conditions are indicated as signaling flags to the user.In addition to the flow rate and temperature values, the user can therefore read out several signaling flags (see section 4.3.1), including two flags for failure mode detection as well as a flag indicating whether exponential smoothing is used as averaging algorithm of the flow rate data (see section 3.1).The two signaling flags for failure mode detection, the Air-in-Line and the High Flow flag, report if an air-in-line or high flow event occurred at least once since the last readout took place. I.e. if the sensor is read out again after 50 ms have passed, the signaling flags will be output as “high”, if an air-in-line or high flow condition was detected at least once at any time during the last 50 ms.When using Sensirion’s Viewer Software, the user has to select Signaling Flags under the Type of Measurement dropdown menu to display the signaling flags while taking measurements. An air-in-line condition is displayed as a “1” and a high flow condition is displayed as a “2”.If both conditions occur simultaneously this is hence displayed as “3”. The following sections provide further details about the two available failure mode detection signaling flags.3.3.1Detection of Air-in-LineOwing to the thermal measurement principle of Sensirion’s liquid flow sensors, the sensors can differentiate between air and liquid media filling the flow channel.When air is passing through the sensor, bit 0 of the signaling flags is set to high (= 1). The bit 0 in the signaling flag output stays high until it is read out. See below.Since the air bubble has an impact on the flow velocity profile inside the sensor’s flow channel, the High Flow flag (see below) might also be set at the beginning and at the end of the air bubble.The output of the signaling flags as well as the typically flow rate signal are visualized in the following graphs 1 to 5, while an air bubble travels through the sensor’s f low channel from left to right.3.3.2 Detection of High Flow RatesDuring priming or flushing of fluidic systems, much higher flow rates than the sensor’s output limit might be needed. The sensor is not damaged in these situations as long as the maximum recommended operating pressure is not exceeded. However, high flow rates (that exceed the output limit of the sensor) cause the sensor to saturate or output incorrect flow rate measurements. By checking the High Flow flag this potential error can be monitored and detected reliably. In cases, where the output limit is exceeded, bit 1 of the signaling flags is set to high (= 1). The bit 1 in the signaling flag output stays high until it is read out.3.4 Sensor Start-Up and Warm-Up BehaviorThe maximum time for system power-up is 25 ms until the sensor responds to communication requests.After reset or start-up of the sensor, the sensor’s internal heater is turned off and must be started by performing a Start Continuous Measurement command (see section 4.3.1). The very first measurement is delayed by approximately 12 ms for the SLF3S-1300F liquid flow sensor.Due to the thermal measurement principle, a total warm-up time (to be determined for SLF3S-1300F) is necessary for a reliable measurement. This chapter describes the available command set. For detailed information about the I 2C protocol, please consult the document "NXP I 2C-bus specification and user manual" (/documents/user_manual/UM10204.pdf).The physical interface consists of two bus lines, a data line (SDA) and a clock line (SCL) which need to be connected via pull-up resistors to the bus voltage of the system. 4.1 I 2C AddressThe sensor’s I 2C address is 8. The I 2C header is formed by the I 2C address followed by a read or write bit. 4.2 I 2C SequencesThe commands are 16-bit. Its properties are displayed in Table 14. The CRC covers the contents of the two previously transmitted data bytes. The SLF3x mounting clamp is made from POM (Polyoxymethylene).See Figure 4 below for the two possible mounting orientations of the clamp and how to correctly insert the SLF3S-1300F sensor into the clamp.Figure 4: Guidelines for mounting of the SLF3S-1300F sensor inside the SLF3x mounting clampThe arrow visible on the clamp’s clip holding down the sensor indicates the positive flow direction of the SLF3S-1300F sensor. The 6-pin connector is facing the front of the clamp to allow for an easily accessible cable connection. 宁夏的鸟类资源

Edition)宁夏的鸟类资源张大治,杨贵军,赵红雪,杨英(宁夏大学生命科学学院,宁夏银川750021)摘要:鸟类多样性是生物多样性的重要组成部分,相对完整的鸟类资源名录对于理解地区生物多样性及资源分布现状是十分必要的.《宁夏脊椎动物志》出版至今的30余年里,陆续有宁夏鸟类分布新记录报道,在《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第四版)新的现代鸟类分类系统下,宁夏的鸟类资源缺乏最新的资源名录,这给相关研究工作带来不便.依据《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第四版)分类系统,以《宁夏脊椎动物志》中鸟类种类统计为基础,结合宁夏鸟类新记录文献资料,对宁夏的鸟类资源进行重新整理统计,形成最新的宁夏鸟类资源名录.结果表明,截至2023年6月底,宁夏现有野生鸟类21目 68科 204属 419种(446种及亚种),有国家一级重点保护鸟类19种、国家二级重点保护鸟类79种.在区系组成上,古北种鸟类有290种(占总种数的 69.21%)、东洋种鸟类有45种(占总种数的10.74%)、广布种有84种(占总种数的20.05%),古北种鸟类占绝对优势.被世界自然保护联盟(International Union for Conserva‐tion of Nature,IUCN)评估列入红色濒危物种名录的极危(CR)有2种、濒危(EN)有5种、易危(VU)有13种、近危(NT)有14种;被列入濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约(The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora,CITES)附录I的有7 种、附录II的有21种.鸟类物种多样性指数中属间的多样性(G指数)为4.973 1,科间的多样性(F指数)为39.354 3,G⁃F指数为0.873 6,显示出宁夏鸟类的物种多样性丰富.关键词:鸟类多样性;新记录;资源现状;宁夏分类号:(中图)Q959.7 文献标志码:A宁夏位于我国西北地区东部,地处黄河中上游,属于温带大陆性干旱、半干旱气候区,在我国动物地理区划中属古北界跨蒙新区西部荒漠亚区和华北区黄土高原亚区,自然环境复杂多样,过渡特征明显.宁夏地域面积虽小,却拥有森林、草原、荒漠、湿地和农田等生态类型,这为野生动植物提供了栖息场所.尤其是作为全国唯一全境属于黄河流域的省区,拥有类型多样、特色鲜明的湿地资源,这为鸟类提供了良好的栖息地和繁衍地,成为西部的“鸟类天堂”,具有丰富的鸟类物种多样性.最系统、全面的宁夏鸟类资源名录是1990年出版的《宁夏脊椎动物志》[1],该志书收录了宁夏鸟类17目47科156属282种(302种及亚种),志书后又补遗了3种鸟类,总共收录宁夏鸟类285种(305种及亚种).自《宁夏脊椎动物志》出版,很多专家、学者对宁夏陆生脊椎动物物种资源进行大量研究,1991—2000年的近10 a只有1种白腰杓鹬(Numen⁃ius arquata)的新记录报道[2].进入21世纪,随着人类对鸟类保护意识的日益提高以及观鸟、摄鸟设备越来越先进,观鸟、摄鸟的队伍不断壮大,宁夏鸟类新记录增加进入快车道,池鹭(Ardeola bacchus)、灰背隼(Falco columbarius)、泽鹬(Tringa stagnati⁃lis)、彩鹬(Rostratula benghalensis)、渔鸥(Larus ich⁃thyaetus)、草地鹨(Anthus pratensis)、荒漠伯劳(Lanius isabellinus)、北灰鹟(Muscicapa latirostris)、太平鸟(Bombycilla garrulus)、玉带海雕(Haliaetus leucoryphus)、中杓鹬(Numenius phaeopus)等12种宁夏鸟类新记录被报道[3].《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》共记录宁夏有分布的鸟类318种(334种及亚种)[4],首次展示了宁夏的鸟类物种有一定数量的增加.《宁夏鸟类图鉴》以《宁夏脊椎动物志》为主要依据[5],参考相关文献及宁夏各自然保护区综合考察报告的有关鸟类记录,以图鉴的形式介绍了320种宁夏鸟类.在《中国鸟文章编号:0253‐2328(2024)01‐0069‐18收稿日期:2022‐10‐05基金项目:宁夏自然科学基金资助项目(2021BEB04025)作者简介:张大治(1970—),男,教授,博士生导师,主要从事动物生态与动物资源方面的教学、科研工作,(电子信箱)**************.cn.第 45 卷宁夏大学学报(自然科学版)类分类与分布名录》(第二版)中,宁夏有分布的鸟类与第一版相同[6],物种数没有增加.此后的有关宁夏鸟类新记录物种报道,基本上是依据《宁夏脊椎动物志》[1]和《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第二版)[6].近10 a,先后有棕尾鵟(Buteo rufinus)、黄嘴山鸦(Pyrrhocorax graculus)、橙斑翅柳莺(Phyllosco⁃pus pulcher)、黄雀(Spinus spinus)和芦鹀(Emberiza schoeniclus )[7],反嘴鹬(Recurvirostra avosetta)、白头鹎(Pycnonotus sinensis )、燕雀(Fringil lamon⁃tifringilla)和黑尾塍鹬(Limosa limosa )[8],灰斑鸻(Pluvialis squatarola)、灰瓣蹼鹬(Phalaropus fuli⁃carius)、反嘴鹬(Recurvirostra avosetta)、鸥嘴噪鸥(Gelochelidon nilotica)和黑背白鹡鸰(Motacilla lugens)[9]、金鸻(Pluvialis fulva)[10]、大红鹳(Phoe⁃nicopterus roseus)[11]等宁夏鸟类新记录被报道.在新记录报道的基础上,2017年年底出版的《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第三版)中记录宁夏有分布的鸟类329种(349种及亚种)[12].特别是近两年,科研人员、观鸟协会、观鸟爱好者积极参与宁夏生物资源调查活动,宁夏鸟类新记录见诸各类期刊[13-24]和新闻媒体[25-35],其中观鸟协会及鸟类爱好者是发现宁夏鸟类新记录的中坚力量[36].郑光美在《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第三版)中建立了我国现代鸟类新的分类体系[12],在《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第四版)中再次进行了分类阶元和中文名的修订[37].截至目前,还缺乏基于我国鸟类新的分类系统的宁夏鸟类资源名录,因此,建立一个较为全面、准确的宁夏鸟类资源名录,对于明确宁夏鸟类资源现状、开展宁夏鸟类科学研究和保护管理工作等具有重要的理论和现实意义.1 数据来源和研究方法宁夏鸟类分布名录以《宁夏脊椎动物志》为主要参考[1],通过著作、期刊、网站及中国观鸟记录中心等多种途径进行文献信息检索,搜集、整理、核实宁夏的鸟类资源.鸟类分类系统依据《中国鸟类分类与分布名录》(第四版)[37],鸟类保护物种级别依据《国家重点保护野生动物名录》(2021年版,http:///)确定[38],鸟类区系依据《中国鸟类名称手册》[39],IUCN 物种红色名录等级参照IUCN 濒危物种红色名录网站(http:// /)的最新数据[40],CITES 濒危等级参照中华人民共和国濒危物种科学委员会网站(http:///citesgy/fl/)上《濒危录)最新公布的数据[41].鸟类多样性通过G指数、F指数和G⁃F 指数进行分析[42].2 结果与分析2.1 宁夏鸟类的种类截至2023年6月,宁夏现有的野生鸟类有21目 68科 204 属 419种(446种及亚种),雀形目、鸻形目是宁夏鸟类的优势类群(表1、附录).一般情况下,雀形目鸟类可以适应辐射到各种生态环境,数量多,占全部鸟类的50%以上.宁夏的鸟类物种组成也相似,雀形目鸟类共计36科98属219种(237种及亚种),占总种数的52.27%(种及亚种占53.14%)(表2).在非雀形目鸟类中,以湿地生态环境中生存的鸟类占多数,物种数最多的是鸻形目,共有57种,占总种数的13.60%;其次是雁形目,有33种,占总种数的7.88%;鹰形目的种类有30种,占总种数的7.16%.鸟类科内所含的属数、种数也是衡量鸟类物种多样性组成的一个量化指标.宁夏的鸟类,从科内含属的组成上看差异较大(表3),含1属的鸟类有36科,占总科数的52.94%,常见的1科内含2~4属.雀形目中的鹟科含15属,是科内含属最多的一个科.从科内含种的组成上看差异也比较大(表4),单种科有20科,占总科数29.41%.雀形目鹟科内含37种鸟类,是多样性最丰富的一个科,其次是雁形目的鸭科,含33种鸟类.与常规的群落多样性指数不同,基于信息测度的G⁃F指数通常用来测定一个地区生物类群在科(F指数)、属(G指数)水平上物种的多样性,是一种简洁有效的生物多样性评估方法.经计算,宁夏鸟类物种多样性指数中F指数为39.354 3,G指数为4.973 1,G⁃F指数为0.873 6,这反映出在宁夏鸟类资源中非单种科比较多,物种多样性丰富.2.2 宁夏的珍稀濒危鸟类在宁夏分布有记录的鸟类中,被列为国家重点保护野生动物共有98种,其中国家一级重点保护鸟类有19种,分别是青头潜鸭(Aythya baeri)、中华秋沙鸭(Mergus squamatus)、大鸨(Otis tarda)、小鸨(Tetrax tetrax)、白头鹤(Grus monacha)、遗鸥(Ich⁃thyaetus relictus)、黑鹳(Ciconia nigra)、东方白鹳(Ciconia boyciana)、卷羽鹈鹕(Pelecanus crispus)、胡兀鹫(Gypaetus barbatus)、秃鹫(Aegypius mona⁃chus)、乌雕(Clanga clanga)、草原雕(Aquila70第 1 期张大治等:宁夏的鸟类资源(Aquila heliaca)、金雕(Aquila chrysaetos)、玉带海雕(Haliaeetus leucoryphus)、虎头海雕(Haliaeetus pelagicus)和黄胸鹀(Emberiza aureola)等;国家二级重点保护鸟类有79种.被IUCN濒危物种红色名录评估为极危(CR)的有2种,即青头潜鸭和黄胸鹀.中华秋沙鸭、东方白鹳、草原雕、玉带海雕和猎隼(Falco cherrug)这5种被评估为濒危(EN)物种,另有13种被评估为易危(VU)物种、14种被评估为近危(NT)物种.被列入CITES附录I的鸟类有7 种,21种被列入附录II (附录).2.3 宁夏鸟类的区系特征宁夏鸟类区系组成方面,古北种鸟类占绝对优势,有290种,占全区鸟类总种数的 69.21%;东洋种有45种,占总种数的10.74%;广布种有84种,占总种数的 20.05%(表5).3 讨论湿地鸟类为主的鸟类多样性研究,出版了《宁夏沙湖湿地鸟类》[43]《天堂沙湖鸟》[44]《宁夏震湖鸟类》[13]《银川地区鸟类野外识别手册》[45]《青铜峡库区湿地自然保护区鸟类图谱》[46]等专著;二是以全区各自然保护区为主的鸟类多样性研究,如六盘山[47]、罗山[48]、贺兰山[49]、哈巴湖[9]、沙坡头[3]等国家级自然保护区,以及青铜峡库区[20]、沙湖[50]、党家岔[51]等自治区级自然保护区,还有一些国家湿地公园[52-53]等.总体看,宁夏鸟类多样性研究在区域分布上还存在不平衡的问题,保护区(地)以外一些区域的鸟类多样性本底还存在不清的现状.保护生态环境、保护生物多样性已是人类的共识,生物多样性是生态文明建设的有机组成部分,而鸟类又是开展生物多样性观测的重要指示生物类群.相信今后随着各级政府和部门对环境与生态保护越来越重视,以及随着在各级自然保护区、湿地公园等地生物多样性研究工作的深入开展,人们对宁夏鸟类物种多样性及其地域分布必将有更加表 resource in NingxiaZhang Dazhi, Yang Guijun, Zhao Hongxue, Yang Ying(School of Life Science, Ningxia University, Yinchuan 750021, China)Abstract: Bird diversity is an important component of biodiversity. A relatively complete resource list of birds is necessary to understand the regional biodiversity and its distribution status. In more than 30 years since the Annals of Vertebrates in Ningxia, there have been reports of new records of bird distribution in Ningxia. The Classification and Distribution List of Birds in China(the forth edition) has established a new bird classifica‐tion system in China.The bird resources in Ningxia lack the latest resource directory,which brings inconve‐nience to relevant research work. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the bird resources in Ningxia and establish a classification list. Based on the Classification and Distribution List of Birds in China (the forth edition) as the classification system, and the bird list in the Annals of Vertebrates in Ningxia as the reference, combined with the data of bird new records in Ningxia. The bird species list in Ningxia were summarized. The results showed that by the end of June 2023,there were 419 species (446 species and subspecies)of wild birds belonging to 204 genera,68 families,21 orders in Ningxia.There are 19 species of birds are listed in the first class of national protected birds,and 79 species of second class protected birds.Flora composition showed that there are 290 species of Upper Palaearctic birds (69.21% of the total species),45 species of Oriental species (10.74%), and 84 species of widely distributed species (20.05%). According to the IUCN assessment, there are 2 species of critically endangered (CR), 5 species of endangered (EN), 12 species of vulnerable (VU),and 14 species of near threatened (NT). Seven are listed in CITES Appendix I and 21 are listed in Appendix II.The G index,F index and G-F index of birds of Ningxia are 4.973 1, 39.353 4 and 0.873 6, respectively.
