热双金属牌号的选择选择合适的热双金属牌号当需要选择一种特殊用途的热双金属时,下面几个要素应当考虑:•热敏特性•机械应力•电阻率和导热系数•耐蚀性•机械性能1. 热敏特性当热双金属需要实现某一功能时,它的体积随比弯曲的增加而减小。
而比弯曲随温度变化而变化. 一般来讲,热双金属的比弯曲越大,它的线性温度范围越窄,最高使用温度也越低。
康泰尔 230和 200 是两种灵敏度最高的热双金属。
当需要比弯曲值高时,可以选择他们。
但是它们要在适度的使用温度范围和较小的尺寸。
但是,这种类型的热双金属不能承受大的机械应力,且加热温度不可高于250°C (480°F)。
最高使用温度达到350°C (660°F) 时,可以选择使用康泰尔 155 和135 ,但是它们的比弯曲较低。
如果使用温度高于350°C (660°F), 而且要求使用温度范围较大时,可以采用康泰尔115, 100 和60。
康泰尔 115 常用于高温工作下的温控器,同时也可用于燃气保护装置和测试较宽温度范围的温度计。
康泰尔 115已成功的用于100°C (180°F)以上温度的控制,其最高使用温度可达450°C (840°F)。
康泰尔 100 和康泰尔115用途类似,其线性温度最高为425°C (800°F) ,用于测试高温的热双金属温度计。
康泰尔60的最高线性温度可达450°C (840°F),相应其比弯曲较低。
2. 机械应力热双金属在外力作用时会产生机械应力,当受力过大时,会产生永久变形。
不同牌号的热双金属,其最大弯曲应力也不同,且弯曲应力也和温度有一定关系。
他们的弹性模量也有类似关系。
在第24 -77页,第4节中有关于允许弯曲应力的描述。
在许多温度控制器中,热双金属元件用调节螺丝固定,这样,在一定温度时,热双金属就会产生一个作用力。

主要用途:接受、分配电能,对电路进行测量、控制和保护。
●开关柜的发展有两条主线:⏹一是空气绝缘开关柜(AIS),即普通开关柜,它的使用量大面广,价格适中;⏹另一条是气体绝缘开关柜,即俗称充气柜(C-GIS),这种柜虽量不大(约占20%)且价格贵,但它以体积小,不受环境影响及可靠性高而备受关注,也是发展的热点。
●开关柜体的作用:具备足够的机械强度以承受开关元件的静态重力和机械操动力以及运行时尤其是短路故障时的电动力。
保证整个设备可靠安全地接地。
必须具备一定的防护等级以满足防尘防水的要求和防止人员触及带电体和可运动部件而造成伤害。
满足一定的内部电弧故障等级(IAC)的要求以保证人员安全。

a)具有可移开的金属封闭开关设备和控制设备:断路器、负荷开关或接触器只有处于分闸位置时才能抽出或插入;断路器、负荷开关或接触器只有处于工作位置时、隔离位置、移开位置、试验位置或接地位置时才能操作;断路器、负荷开关或接触器只有在与自动分闸相关的辅助回路都已接通时,才能在工作位置合闸。
相反地,断路器在工作位置处于合闸状态下辅助回路不能断开。
