九年级1、2班英语教学计划
学生情况分析
九年级(1)班、(2)班共有学生80名。
从整体情况来看,两个班学生英语基础较差,学生缺乏兴趣、自信心和学习动力,在课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情, 缺乏良好的学习习惯,没有养成良好的听说读写能力。
另外书写也是一大问题。
有少部分学生基础较好,自制能力较强,但学习方法与技巧有待进一步改善提高,加之新换老师,师生都得有个适应的过程。
总的来说,本两班的英语教学具有挑战性,需要耗费不少时间和精力。
教材分析
九年级英语是人民教育出版社出版的新目标英语,本册书依然是分为Section A、Section B、Self-check和阅读四部分,其中A部分为新课呈现,B部分为拓展延伸,教材编排有以下目的:
1.要使学生受到听、说、读、写、英语的训练,握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的能力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。
2.使学生明确学习英语的目的性,
3.培养初步运用英语交际的能力和自学能力。
教学改革方向
灵活应用“洋思”“先学后教,当堂训练”的教学模式,深入课堂教学每一环节的研究,尤其是自学指导的设计与检测。
努力探索适合五中学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法与模式,提高对学生自学的指导、点拨与拓展能力,培养学生的英语综合能力,提高学生的思维发散能力。
课堂教学设计理念
以“三维目标”为取向,重视完成如下目标和任务:
1、依据学生基本情况,逐步激励学生对英语产生学习兴趣。
2、重视课堂教学质量,逐步提高学生英语交际能力。
3、有意识培养学生听力、表述、朗读、书写和作业的基本能力。
4、重视思维过程系统编排,由浅入深,由易到难,由已知到未知,循序渐进,点面结合,逐步扩展,循环往现,以加深影响。
5、特别注重阅读能力的培养。
初三阶段的英语教学工作十分关键,而这两个班学生英语底子薄,兴趣不高,在这种情况下,就需要更加深入地研究教材,根据学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。
努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。
同时,要进行分层次教学。
对于好的学生要加大知识的容量,拓展知识的层面,使好学生成绩更上一层楼;对于差生要因势利导,因材施教,使差生在原有的基础上有所提高。

Hello, everyone. To begin with, let’s listen and read to the recording of the text HOW DO YOU LEARN BEST? That is, read aloud to the tape, as fast as the tape goes, as clearly as the native reader reads. OK? Here we go!
1a Reading and checking
Learning English can be both easy and difficult. What things are easy for you? And what things are difficult for you? Now turn to page 5, read the list on the top and check √the statements that are true for you.
1b Making a list
Read and checked the statements true and make a list of other things difficult for you, too.
2a Listening and checking
Paul is a nice boy. He works hard at his English, but still has many learning challenges. Now listen to find out what challenges he has and check them in the box on page 5.
2b Listening and matching
Now listen again to Paul talking about his challenges at learning English and match them with the solutions listed in the Box on page 5. While listening, pay attention to the structures of the sentences.
2c Doing pair work
Role plays conversations using the information from activities 2a and 2b.

教后反思
我发现3b和self check中的写作,一定要坚持课堂练习,不要怕浪费时间,至少应该当堂修改,或集体修改一至两本,这样才能达到较好的效果。
总之,学生的写作训练确实训练的不够到位,质量也不高,应急需想一个好的训练方法,至少坚持课堂写作。

教后反思
今天的阅读课我觉得上的比较成功。
我认为每单元后面的阅读课,一定要把训练学生的阅读技能,渗透阅读策略放在第一位,而不是简单的学几个新词,当然词汇量的扩展也是阅读课的另一设计目的,设计时一定要意,力争双向发展,达到阅读技能与词汇量的双统一。

至此,我才让学生打开书完成书上的内容,我觉得这样效果很好。
每节课的设计一定要根据内容等方面的不同而不同,千万不能一个模式到底。
