光电编码器是一种基本的位置、速度检测反馈单 元,广泛应用于变频器、直流伺服、交流伺服等系统的闭 环控制中11 J。为了减小编码器的体积。绝对式光电编码 器一般采用串行通讯方式输出绝对二进制编码,对于伺 服电机控制等高端场合,为了满足快速的电流环、速度 环以及位置环的控制速度需要,编码输出数据速度应该 非常快,以上不利因素都对绝对式编码的接收增加了难 度[21。

小心夹手!2 安装场地以及电源准备(1) 本机的安装应有足够的空间,以便于操作和维修。

该机进料口与来料流管对接应保持在垂直方向,其夹角不大于10度。

(2) 本机安装地点必须远离振源(如磨粉机、空气压缩机及振动筛等),否则影响称重计量精度。

如离振源较近则必须采取有效的减振措施(如底部加垫40毫米厚的松木板及橡胶板等)。

(3)气源的输送管路须采用镀锌管,并将管内清理干净。

进入机器的二联体前端应安装阀门,使用前应放气,经验证确信无杂质、水分后接入机器的二联体。

机器的二联体前端应配置直径为10的气管。
