一、教学目标:

2)对如何讲述故事(开始、发展、结束及启示)进行归纳总结,进
一步复习巩固Section A 部分的故事
3)掌握unless, as soon as, so •白^th既,并通过讲述不同故事进
行练习,真正做到词汇在语篇中的理解及运用。

阅读是人类进步的阶梯,多读书,读好书,从书中汲取知识及智慧。

二、教学重难点
1.教学重点:
1)对如何讲述故事(开始、发展、结束及启示)进行归纳总结。

2)把unless, as soon as, so t •运thO^故事中去,提升故事的连贯
性。

把unless, as soon as, so …说用到故事中去,提升故事的连贯性。

三、教学过程
Step 1 Revision 1. Retell the story Yu gong Moves a Mountain. (Review steps to tell stories)
T:Show some pictures of the story and give the questions
S: Try to retell the stories.
Write down the key phrases unless, as soon as, so…that2. Let Ss tell something about the Monkey King. The Monkey King is the main character from the famous Chinese story Journey to the West He is wonderful because he helps weak people. The Monkey King has a magic stick. He uses it to fight bad people. He can make the stick big or small. He can sometimes make the stick so small that he can put it in his ear. As soon as he sees bad people, he thinks of ways to fight them. He can turn himself into different animals or objects. But unless he can hide his tail, he cannot make himself a human. Children all over the world love the Monkey King.
Let students translate the sentences withnless, as soon as, so 3. that Now let fill in blanks with the two stories.

用时代替将来时。

如果主句描述的是方面的内容,if •••not结构不能换成unless
as soon as

as soon a裾连词词组,引导___状语从句,意为“: 如果
主句是Bt,从
句用时表。

2.He took out his English books as soon as he sat down!旨紧接着发生的两个短动作,主从句都用时。

so ... that

so ...that表示,常用于引导—状语从句。

常见结构为“so 上词
/词+ that从句”或“so + + a / an + + that从句”。

So that:
Nothing more was heard of him, so that people thought that he was dead.
未再听到他的消息,因此人们认为他已死去了。

(1)引导结果状语从句,意为“" 主句和从句间常用
分开,一般不与情态动词连用。

We left early so that we could catch the first bus.
我们很早出发,以便能赶上第一班汽车。

(2)引导目的状语从句,意为“",通常从句中用may, might,
can, could等情态动词。
