(3)The mapping form of the new panel data was come up with, which applied the grid method to describe the geometric characteristics of penal data in three-dimensional space. Considering the similarity and proximity of the segments respectively, the grid was then split into segments. Utilizing the slope of the line segment in space to construct the similar grid incidence coefficient, the grey similar grid incidence model was gained via the arithmetic mean method. Using the area covered by segments and bottom to build up the close grid incidence coefficient, the grey close grid incidence model was proposed using the arithmetic mean method. Finally, the quality of these two models was discussed.
(4) Applying the grey grid incidence model to evaluate the 3E systematic development level of Nanjing city and selecting seven typical cities to compare with each other, that Nanjing should greatly enhance the utilizing efficiency of resources was concluded based on the comparing result. Therefore, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model was proved and verified by the instance, which could be expressed that the grey grid incidence model has good effects and practical values.

面板数据灰色关联模型研究及其应用
Abstract
For some of the problems that exist in the grey incidence model with respect to panel data, the classic grey incidence theory was expanded, this dissertation established the panel data grey incidence model based on the point distance. According to the geometric characteristics of the grid, grey grid incidence model that maps panel data to the grid structure in the space based on similar perspective and close perspective were constructed. The specific content of the research is mainly reflected in the following aspects.

(1) Define the definition of the panel data and classify it into three categories which were listed in a matrix. Referring to the idea of the single index series initialization, the incidence operator set of panel data was built up in accordance with the characteristics of panel data.

(1)明确了面板数据的定义,并将其分为三类,分别用矩阵表示。参考单指标数列初始化 思想,根据面板数据的特性,构建了面板数据的关联算子集;
(2)将邓氏关联度中的点概念引申至三维空间,构建了基于点距离的面板数据灰色关联度 模型,讨论了该模型的性质,并通过实例验证其有效性;
(3)提出新的面板数据序列映射形式,用网格法描述面板数据在三维空间中的几何特性。 将网格拆分为线段,分别考虑线段间的相似性和接近性。利用线段在空间中的斜率,构造相似 网格关联系数,得到灰色相似网格关联度模型;利用线段与底面所围成的面积,构造接近网格 关联系数,得到灰色接近网格关联度模型,并讨论了两个模型的性质;
(2) Extending the point concept of DENG incidence to the three-dimensional space, the grey incidence model using data based on point distance was proposed, the quality of the model was discussed and examples were presented to illustrate the effectiveness of proposed model.
