Types VIZ-15 and VIZ-15G Indoor voltage transformersProduct features−25 kV, indoor−150 kV BIL, 60 Hertz−Primary volts: 12000 - 34500ApplicationThe VIZ-15 and VIZ-15G indoor voltage transformers are designed for service in metalclad switchgear and are used for metering, relaying, or control power. Both units are available in single, double, and tapped secondary designs with two accuracy and thermal rating options.Construction featuresThe primary and secondary coils are wound using special winding and shielding techniques for improved voltage stress distribution. The coils are designed to withstand continuous operation at either 1.1 or 1.25 times the line-to-line voltage level for Z burden units and the line-to-ground voltage level for Y burden units. For some line-to-ground voltage units, a short-time withstand voltage of 1.9 is available upon request. Each coil is insulated with mylar film to provide a high dielectric strength between layers. The coils and core are combined to create a complete winding structure that is assembled to a support frame. The entire assembly is vacuum cast in polyurethane for added insulation and protection.Fuse classificationsThese units are available in three fuse classifications: mounted fuse with hardware, unfused with hardware, or unfused without hardware. Optional fuse kits are offered to convert unfused styl es to fused styles. A fuse kit is available for the VIZ-15 (line-to-line). Fuses are to be installed remotely, not on top of the transformer.Consult your ABB sales representative concerning overvoltage conditions for designs above the standard rated voltage factor of 1.25.BaseplateThe baseplate is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum and is secured to the encapsulated base support.MountingThe VIZ-15 and VIZ-15G can be mounted in upright or cantilever positions.CurvesType curves are available upon request.Test reportsTest reports are stored electronically and can be e-mailed in various formats at the time of shipment.StandardsThis unit can be tested to all applicable IEEE, CSA, or IECstandards as requested.2 Types VIZ-15 and VIZ-15G indoor voltage transformers | ABB product bulletinUnit dimensionsType VIZ-15, unfused (approximate weight 120 lbs.)Type VIZ-15G, fused (approximate weight 122 lbs.)Type VIZ-15G, unfused (approximate weight 120 lbs.)Types VIZ-15 and -15G baseplateABB product bulletin | Types VIZ-15 and VIZ-15G indoor voltage transformers 3Optional accessoriesFuse kits to convert unfused VIZ-15 or VIZ-15G to fused style: −VIZ-15 fuse kit: 9628A05G86 Contains two CLE-PT fuses -0.5, 25.5 kV (style # 50C5225G04) and hardwareFuse kit to be installed remotely, not on top of the transformer. −VIZ-15G fuse kit : 9628A05G89 Contains one CLE-PT fuse -0.5, 25.5 kV (style # 50C5225G04) and hardwareAdditional styles available upon request. AT1511中文资料
2F, No.10, Prosperity RD. II, Science-Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu 300,Taiwan, R.O.C.Features•Provides bias for GaAs and HEMT FETs •Drives up to three FETs •Dynamic FET protection•Drain current set by external resistor•Regulated negative rail generator requires only 2 external capacitors •Choice in drain voltage •Wide supply voltage range•Polarisation switch for LNBs - supporting zero volt gate switching topology.•22kHz tone detection for band switching•Compliant with ASTRA control specifications •SSOP surface mount packageApplications˙Satellite receiver LNBs ˙Private mobile radio (PMR)˙Cellular telephonesDescriptionThe AT1511 includes bias circuits to drive up to three external FETs. A control input to the device selects either one of two FETs as operational using 0V gate switching methodology, the third FET is permanently active. This feature is particularly used as an LNB polarisation switch. Also specific to LNB applications is the enhanced 22kHz tone detection and logic output feature which is used to enable high and low band frequency switching. The detector has been specifically designed to reject inerference such as low frequency signals and DiSEqC TM tone bursts - without the use of additional external components.Drain current setting of the AT1511 is user selectable over the range 0 to 15mA, this is achieved with the addition of a single resistor. The series also offers the choice of FET drain voltage, the AT1511 gives 2 volts. These devices are unconditionally stable over the full working temperature with the FETs in place, subject to the inclusion of the recommended gate and drain capacitors. These ensure RF stability and minimal injected noise. It is possible to use less than the devices full complement of FET bias controls, unused drain and gate connections can be left open circuit without affecting operation of the remaining bias circuits. In order to protect the external FETs the circuits have been designed to ensure that, under any conditions including power up/down transients, the gate drive from the bias circuits cannot exceed the range -3.5V to 1V. Furthermore if the negative rail experiences a fault condition, such as overload or short circuit, the drain supply to the FETs will shut down avoiding excessive current flow. The AT1511 are available in SSOP20 for the minimum in device size. Device operating temperature is -40 to 70°C to suit a wide range of environmental conditions.Aimtron reserves the right without notice to change this circuitry and specifications.2F, No.10, Prosperity RD. mem-ory(RAM) Both ROM and RAM have their own separateaddressing space with separate address buses The archi-tecture though based on Harvard architecture permitstransfer of data from ROM to RAMCPU REGISTERSThe CPU can do an8-bit addition subtraction logical orshift operation in one instruction(t c)cycle timeThere are six CPU registersA is the8-bit Accumulator RegisterPC is the15-bit Program SP is initialized to RAM ad-dress06F with resetS is the8-bit Data Segment Address Register used to ex-tend the lower half of the address range(00to7F)into256data segments of128bytes eachAll the CPU registers are memory mapped with the excep-tion of the Accumulator(A)and the Program Counter(PC)PROGRAM MEMORYThe program memory consists of4096bytes of ROMThese bytes may hold program instructions or constant data(data tables for the LAID instruction jump vectors for theJID instruction and interrupt vectors for the VIS instruction)The program memory is addressed by the15-bit programcounter(PC) All interrupts in the devices vector to programmemory location0FF HexDATA MEMORYThe data memory address space includes the on-chip RAMand data registers the I O registers(Configuration Dataand Pin) the control registers the MICROWIRE PLUS SIOshift register and the various registers and counters asso-ciated with the timers(with the exception of the IDLE timer)Data memory is addressed directly by the instruction or indi-rectly by the B X SP pointers and S registerThe device has192bytes of RAM Sixteen bytes of RAMare mapped as‘‘registers’’at addresses0F0to0FF HexThese registers can be loaded immediately and also decre-mented and tested with the DRSZ(decrement register andskip if zero)instruction The memory pointer registers X SPB and S are memory mapped into this space at addresslocations0FC to0FF Hex respectively with the other regis-ters being available for general usageThe instruction set permits any bit in memory to be setreset or tested All I O and registers(except A and PC)arememory mapped therefore I O bits and register bits can bedirectly and individually set reset and tested The accumu-lator(A)bits can also be directly and individually testedNote RAM contents are undefined upon power-uphttp www national com 7Data Memory Segment RAM ExtensionData memory address0FF is used as a memory mapped location for the Data Segment Address Register(S)The data store memory is either addressed directly by a single byte address within the instruction or indirectly rela-tive to the reference of the B X or SP pointers(each con-tains a single-byte address) This single-byte address allows an addressing range of256locations from00to FF hex The upper bit of this single-byte address divides the data store memory into two separate sections as outlined previ-ously With the exception of the RAM register memory from address locations00F0to00FF all RAM memory is memo-ry mapped with the upper bit of the single-byte address be-ing equal to zero This allows the upper bit of the single-byte address to determine whether or not the base address range(from0000to00FF)is extended If this upper bit equals one(representing address range0080to00FF) then address extension does not take place Alternatively if this upper bit equals zero then the data segment extension register S is used to extend the base address range(from 0000to007F)from XX00to XX7F where XX represents the 8bits from the S register Thus the128-byte data segment extensions are located from addresses0100to017F for data segment1 0200to027F for data segment2 etc up to FF00to FF7F for data segment255 The base address range from0000to007F represents data segment0 Figure4illustrates how the S register data memory exten-sion is used in extending the lower half of the base address range(00to7F hex)into256data segments of128bytes each with a total addressing range of32kbytes from XX00 to XX7F This organization allows a total of256data seg-ments of128bytes each with an additional upper base seg-ment of128bytes Furthermore all addressing modes are available for all data segments The S register must be changed under program control to move from one data seg-ment(128bytes)to another However the upper base seg-ment(containing the16memory registers I O registers control registers etc )is always available regardless of the contents of the S register since the upper base segment (address range0080to00FF)is independent of data seg-ment extensionThe instructions that utilize the stack pointer(SP)always reference the stack as part of the base segment(Segment 0) regardless of the contents of the S register The S regis-ter is not changed by these instructions Consequently the stack(used with subroutine linkage and interrupts)is always located in the base segment The stack pointer will be inti-tialized to point at data memory location006F as a result of resetThe128bytes of RAM contained in the base segment are split between the lower and upper base segments The first 116bytes of RAM are resident from address0000to006F in the lower base segment while the remaining16bytes of RAM represent the16data memory registers located at ad-dresses00F0to00FF of the upper base segment No RAM is located at the upper sixteen addresses(0070to007F)of the lower base segmentAdditional RAM beyond these initial128bytes however will always be memory mapped in groups of128bytes(or less) at the data segment address extensions(XX00to XX7F)of the lower base segment The additional64bytes of RAM (beyond the initial128bytes)are memory mapped at ad-dress locations0100to013F hexTL DD 9765–9 Reads as all onesFIGURE4 RAM OrganizationResetThe RESET input when pulled low initializes the microcon-troller Initialization will occur whenever the RESET input is pulled low Upon initialization the data and configuration registers for ports L G and C are cleared resulting in these Ports being initialized to the TRI-STATE mode Pin G1of the G Port is an exception(as noted below)since pin G1is dedicated as the WATCHDOG and or Clock Monitor error output pin Port D is set high The PC PSW ICNTRL CNTRL T2CNTRL and T3CNTRL control registers are cleared The UART registers PSR ENU(except that TBMT bit is set) ENUR and ENUI are cleared The Comparator Select Register is cleared The S register is initialized to zero The Multi-Input Wakeup registers WKEN WKEDG and WKPND are cleared The stack pointer SP is initialized to 6F HexThe device comes out of reset with both the WATCHDOG logic and the Clock Monitor detector armed with the WATCHDOG service window bits set and the Clock Monitor bit set The WATCHDOG and Clock Monitor circuits are in-hibited during reset The WATCHDOG service window bits being initialized high default to the maximum WATCHDOG service window of64k t C clock cycles The Clock Monitor bit being initialized high will cause a Clock Monitor error follow-ing reset if the clock has not reached the minimum specified frequency at the termination of reset A Clock Monitor error will cause an active low error output on pin G1 This error output will continue until16t C–32t C clock cycles following the clock frequency reaching the minimum specified value at which time the G1output will enter the TRI-STATE mode The external RC network shown in Figure5should be used to ensure that the RESET pin is held low until the 加速器第3章
