Sarah M. went on a 6-month voluntary teaching in Indonesia and had a wonderful time learning and growing. Here she tells us her experience in her own words.
On my teaching days，I would walk from my home to the classrooms, wearing my long skirt
and brightly coloured hijab（头巾）covering my hair to respect the culture. I would greet my class in Arabic（阿拉伯语）.
The classrooms were often very crowded and I didn't have a whiteboard or a mark-er（记号笔）to teach with，but we always had a great time. The children were so full of energy and every day we would practise our English through singing，acting or playing games.
