符合工作场所相关法规的要求 禁止强制劳工 禁止使用童工 缝纫产品制造企业的工作场所须符合所在地相关法律及法规 的要求。 缝纫产品制造企业不得使用非自愿或强制劳工，包括契约或 抵押劳工等。 缝纫产品制造企业不得雇用14岁或以下需要接受义务教育的 人员，或低于法律规定的最低工作年龄的人员。 禁止骚扰或虐待 报酬及利益 工作时间 缝纫产品制造企业的工作环境要杜绝任何形式的骚扰、虐待 或体罚。 缝纫产品制造企业必须支付当地法律规定的最低报酬总额， 包括所有的强制性工资、津贴及利益等。 缝纫产品制造企业须符合所在国对每天工作时间、每周工作 天数的相关法律规定，不得超过限度；除紧急业务外，每周 至少要有一个休息日。 缝纫产品制造企业应根据工人的能力来决定雇用与否、薪资 水平以及职位升迁，而不是根据性格或信仰。 缝纫产品制造企业应提供安全健康的工作环境，如提供住宿， 住宿环境也要安全健康。 缝纫产品制造企业应承认并尊重员工行使自由结社及集体谈 判的合法权力。

Challenge
The Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production Principles are core standards for production facilities participating in the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production Certification Program. The Program's objective is to independently monitor and certify compliance with these socially responsible global standards for manufacturing, and ensure that manufactured products are produced under lawful, humane and ethical conditions. Participating retailers voluntarily agree that their production and that of their contractors will be certified by the WRAP Certification Program as complying with these standards.

环境 遵守海关规定 安全 缝纫产品制造企业应遵守所在地对本行业的环境要求及相关 法律法规，采取关怀环境的措施。 缝纫产品制造企业应遵守相关的海关法规，尤其要制定并执 行相关措施，防止海关所禁止的非法服装转运。 缝纫产品制造企业应采取安全措施防止不明来源的货品进入待 运货物当中（比如毒品、爆炸品、生物危险品及/或其它违禁品）。

WRAP Principles
Compliance with Laws and Workplace Regulations Prohibition of Forced Labor Manufacturers of sewn products will comply with laws and regulations in all locations where they conduct business. Manufacturers of sewn products will not use involuntary or forced labor - indentured, bonded or otherwise. Manufacturers of sewn products will not hire any employee under the age of 14, or under the age interfering with compulsory schooling, or under the minimum age established by law, whichever is greater. Manufacturers of sewn products will provide a work environment free of harassment, abuse or corporal punishment in any form. Manufacturers of sewn products will pay at least the minimum total compensation required by local law, including all mandated wages, allowances and benefits. Manufacturers of sewn products will comply with hours worked each day, and days worked each week, shall not exceed the legal limitations of the countries in which sewn product is produced. Manufacturers of sewn product will provide at least one day off in every seven-day period, except as required to meet urgent business needs.

Prohibition of Discrimination Manufacturers of sewn products will employ, pay, promote, and terminate workers on the basis of their ability to do the job, rather than on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs. Manufacturers of sewn products will provide a safe and healthy work environment. Where residential housing is provided for workers, apparel manufacturers will provide safe and healthy housing. Manufacturers of sewn products will recognize and respect the right of employees to exercise their lawful rights of free association and collective bargaining. Manufacturers of sewn products will comply with environmental rules, regulations and standards applicable to their operations, and will observe environmentally conscious practices in all locations where they operate. Manufacturers of sewn products will comply with applicable customs law and, in particular, will establish and maintain programs to comply with customs laws regarding illegal transshipment of apparel products. Manufacturers of sewn products will maintain facility security procedures to guard against the introduction of non-manifested cargo into outbound shipments (e.g. drugs, explosives, biohazards, and/or other contraband).
